Nothing, it was by far the worst fly experience I've ever had.

I did not like everything: a) 24 hours of delay. We were suppose to fly from Buenos Aires to Paris through Sao Paulo. Instead of flying to Sao Paulo they went to Rio de Janeiro. The excuse was that "there are too many planes in the airport and we don't have enough fuel to wait in the air". Very encouraging! In case of emergency they have enough fuel for let's say 30 additional minutes. b) Once we arrive to Rio, instead of letting us fly to our final destinations from there (yes, there were many, many flights from there) they decided to let us wait 3 hours with all the uncertainty and of course no food (2 AM in the morning). We finally flew back to Sao Paulo. No one from LATAM was there, so we literally didn't know what to do. The police came after 40 minutes and they finally called LATAM. c) They lost my luggage. LAN and TAM used to be quite good. LATAM is just too bad.

Azul had a mechanical problem with the plane. It took them 6h to fix it. They made us wait for 6h which made mmost of the people lose their connection flight but azul voided to help anyone! Said that they couldnt be responsible if you lost your connection because My connection flight wasnt with them! I had the worse6h of waiting and trying to have someone helping me. All of Azul’s staff are incompetent laZy workers!

Very unfriendly and difficult process to select seats. Impossible and almost unfriendly personnel, process to attempt to buy upgrade to. Haines even though 1/2 seats available. What a shame for an otherwise good experience.

Fairly new airplane seats with TV screens, USB slots, complimentary headphone.

Flight was moved 6 hours with no explaination a few weeks before (apparently there's an on going strike), so we had to pay to switch our connecting flight. The day of, there was a 2hr delay so we missed our connecting flight. Food was ok. Drink selection was mediocre. Very limited TV and movie selection. Probably should have stuck with my instincts to fly with a larger carrier.

The arrogant employees at Gov. Valadares didnt tell me they were sending me to another airport making me miss my conection flight in the process. This information was disclosed only after I asked if the flight was on time because I had a international flight to catch at my final destination Sao Paulo - GRU. Instead of helping and apologizing for the hassle, the attendant said that I had to pay for my carry-on (that was 10kg) because I had another hand bag with my laptop in it. I said that I would not pay, and that Azul should return me money first for not delivering the service I purchase - which was the flight from Governador Valadares, MG to Sao Paulo, SP (with a quick stop in Belo Horizonte, MG). Instead they were making me miss my international flight, and besides not taking any responsibility for it, this woman is telling me that I had to pay for a carry on?!? I was mesmirized by the lack of sense of this flight attendant. After telling me that I was going to get in Sao Paulo at 9pm instead of 5pm, and that I would have to run to get a bus to another terminal and hopefully make it to my international flight that was at 10:20pm, she insisted I’d pay. I told her that if she could get me to my destination at 5pm maybe I wouldn’t mind paying, but since that wasn’t the case, and I’d have to run to try to catch another flight because of Azul Airlines, that she should really think about it and let it go, and let me go with my bag as a carry on. She gave me the ticket, and as I grabbed my bag and went towards the bus, she threatened me, saying that in Ipatinga and in Belo Horizonte (my first conection flight) they would not allow me on the plane with the carry on. Since the non-sense continued I just took her as a mentally disable person, and ignored her threat. A full bus and 2 vans headed to Ipatinga (100km away in a dangerous highway), packing the flight there, really making me think that this non-sense was just a way Azul Airlines figured out to save money in fuel. The flight was completely full, the AC not working properly, and with the heat and humidity people were smelly. It was absolutely awful. The flight attendants in Ipatinga (way nicer than the ones in Gov. Valadares), distributed water to the passengers that looked like they were about to faint, the ones sweating profusely, the elderly and the kids. By the way, the carry on bag was not an issue at the other airports. Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Everything was fine except the flight was delayed an hour. No biggie. My only question is that I had a trip that passed through Isa to 3rd country. At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.

Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Flight crew. Boarding process

Very unfriendly and difficult process to select seats. Impossible and almost unfriendly personnel, process to attempt to buy upgrade to. Haines even though 1/2 seats available. What a shame for an otherwise good experience.

Pedi comida vegetariana y era imposible de tragar. Muy fea. En el tramo corto la mitad de los pasajeros recibieron sandwiches y se terminaron. La otra mitad comimos mufins por que nos quejamos que no nos dieron nada... la crew nos dijo eleva un reclamo si queres
