The arrogant employees at Gov. Valadares didnt tell me they were sending me to another airport making me miss my conection flight in the process. This information was disclosed only after I asked if the flight was on time because I had a international flight to catch at my final destination Sao Paulo - GRU. Instead of helping and apologizing for the hassle, the attendant said that I had to pay for my carry-on (that was 10kg) because I had another hand bag with my laptop in it. I said that I would not pay, and that Azul should return me money first for not delivering the service I purchase - which was the flight from Governador Valadares, MG to Sao Paulo, SP (with a quick stop in Belo Horizonte, MG). Instead they were making me miss my international flight, and besides not taking any responsibility for it, this woman is telling me that I had to pay for a carry on?!? I was mesmirized by the lack of sense of this flight attendant. After telling me that I was going to get in Sao Paulo at 9pm instead of 5pm, and that I would have to run to get a bus to another terminal and hopefully make it to my international flight that was at 10:20pm, she insisted I’d pay. I told her that if she could get me to my destination at 5pm maybe I wouldn’t mind paying, but since that wasn’t the case, and I’d have to run to try to catch another flight because of Azul Airlines, that she should really think about it and let it go, and let me go with my bag as a carry on. She gave me the ticket, and as I grabbed my bag and went towards the bus, she threatened me, saying that in Ipatinga and in Belo Horizonte (my first conection flight) they would not allow me on the plane with the carry on. Since the non-sense continued I just took her as a mentally disable person, and ignored her threat. A full bus and 2 vans headed to Ipatinga (100km away in a dangerous highway), packing the flight there, really making me think that this non-sense was just a way Azul Airlines figured out to save money in fuel. The flight was completely full, the AC not working properly, and with the heat and humidity people were smelly. It was absolutely awful. The flight attendants in Ipatinga (way nicer than the ones in Gov. Valadares), distributed water to the passengers that looked like they were about to faint, the ones sweating profusely, the elderly and the kids. By the way, the carry on bag was not an issue at the other airports. Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Food service was very good. Toilets were clean and sopa + hands cream were very nice. TV options were current and good. Music was not modern. I didnt like options,

TV was slow and I had to reset it twice because it got frozen. Seats were really really uncomfortable. I couldn´t sleep at all.

Had xtra legroom and Wi-Fi

I paid the xtra $99 for the economy plus but my headphone jack didn’t work so I couldn’t watch a movie and my tray table was broken so I had to hold my drink and fumble with my food. The flight attendant tried to fix it but couldn’t. Made my 6 hour flight feel like 12 hours.

Nada. Una vergüenza! No pudimos viajar. Lo único bien que hicieron (porque deben hacerlo porque tiene un arreglo entre otras líneas) fue que nos mandaron por Iberia.

Por un paro gremial nos cancelaron el vuelo dos veces y reprogramaron. Cuando llegamos a Ezeiza nos dijeron que estaba cancelado y que se te programaba para dos dias posteriores!!!! Una vergüenza. Los pasajeros somos rehenes de sus problemas internos. Típico de Argentina!!

None! Never got to fly. They cancelled our flight. Twice. Then nobody told us the strike was over. As a consequence we lost 2 days of our vacation and hotel fee.Couldn't in touch with their 800 number as it was always shutting down. We went to JFK. There was nobody to ask. This is the worst airline. I think I'll never fly this airline even if it was free. We flew United. Old plane but great service.

Also, during boarding, one of the employees removed me from my seat "because I didn't pay extra", although I was showing her the purchase receipt, she insisted that that was not my seat.

The gentle man who attended to me was polite and empathis

I missed my flight which was book through kayak. The flight was cancelled by LATAM, and nothing could be done in terms of a refund. The price to get me on the next flight was 5times the price of the ticket i bought. I have never experienced something like this, and i also couldnt get a refund. Deeply saddened by this

Everything was fine except the flight was delayed an hour. No biggie. My only question is that I had a trip that passed through Isa to 3rd country. At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.

Azul had a mechanical problem with the plane. It took them 6h to fix it. They made us wait for 6h which made mmost of the people lose their connection flight but azul voided to help anyone! Said that they couldnt be responsible if you lost your connection because My connection flight wasnt with them! I had the worse6h of waiting and trying to have someone helping me. All of Azul’s staff are incompetent laZy workers!

Lost my immigration form and missed my flight. Airline told me to talk to my booking agent. I spent time talking to justfly and it took them a long time to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I’m stuck in Mexico for a day.

We got bumped the day before left due to an airline strike. We only found out it was due to a strike because our excellent customer service by webjet.com. Then as we waited for our next flight, we received another email saying we have been bumped another day on our vacation to Argentina. No indication as to why we were bumped. So we tried everything to get in touch with the airline. They only have one customer service number in North America. We called for 4 hours. They never picked up and the automatic service phone number, which is they same for all kiosks at JFK and the main number and the Canadian office number, kept hanging up on us. Fortunately our booking website, webjet.com had great customer service and got in touch with the airline. They cancelled the flight reservation at no charge due to the strike. Without them our flight would have been pushed by two days. Instead of what we did do which was cancel our reservation and moved to another airline, AAirlines, to a redeye flight. But due to the bumps and last minute purchases my wife and I sat separately on the 11 hr flight, in middle seats, overnight with no room to sleep. Also my refund will take 3 weeks according to Aerolineas Argentinas policy! Do not book with Aerolineas Argentina's!

None! Never got to fly. They cancelled our flight. Twice. Then nobody told us the strike was over. As a consequence we lost 2 days of our vacation and hotel fee.Couldn't in touch with their 800 number as it was always shutting down. We went to JFK. There was nobody to ask. This is the worst airline. I think I'll never fly this airline even if it was free. We flew United. Old plane but great service.

The ticket counter heavy set with black hair, I think her 1st or last name start with "JA" is very very ride and unprofessional. In the middle of taking care of me and my wife he walk away and said., I'm going to the back, let someone else take care of you. a crew member was extremely rude and yield at us because we got confused with custom’s paper work and eventhough she saw we were there filling it out again she told her coworker to close the flight with out us and nobody did or tried to help I would never recommend, if I could rate no stars for bording and crew I would do it

Sf to Mexico was fine

Lost my immigration form and missed my flight. Airline told me to talk to my booking agent. I spent time talking to justfly and it took them a long time to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I’m stuck in Mexico for a day.
