Good service on plane seats weren't bad.
Entertainment system kept not working. Terrible baggage wait in Orlando. Over 30 minutes after I cleared customs Flight was late over 30 minutes
The price was fair and updated information on flights were sent to my phone.

Airplane was clean and comfortable for economy class.
Because I felt sick I would probably prefer to pay a little more and upgrade to a better seat if the option was available.
There was plenty of room, great staff, no worries whatsoever.
The food on Lufthansa has definitely slipped since the last time I flew them a couple of years ago. The main courses are just plain bad. Everything else is good

The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv.
I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen.

They gave someone else seats I had reserved for 6 months and that I had paid extra for. I will take that up with the company forewidth
It was fine, on time. I didn't have a checked bag or I would have waited in line at check-in for at least 30-45 minutes. Online check-in was relatively easy and digital boarding pass was convenient.
Seats are small, if you need to check a bag it will take forever. The underseat area is much.smaller than other airlines. The flight was very delayed because of some discrepancy regarding the number of passengers. Nothing seemed to be wrong but it took forever!
Food was abundant and pretty good. I paid $91.95 US (think it was 75 euro) for the exit row and felt this was money well spent.
They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine.
Staff courteous compared to our previous TAP FLIGHT
The food was not available for the business class passengers and we had to take it from economy.
