The rest of the food was mediocre. The staff was indifferent and not up to professional standards. A small example was unlike other airline staff they didn’t even bother to pick up rubbish in the aisle or maintain toilet cleanliness which takes so little effort. Again, indifference. Also, surprisingly, there was a spat between one woman flight attendant and a male passenger. They discussed the matter at length behind the first class curtains but it was obvious to many passengers that something was wrong.

It's unpleasant that the crew does not come through and at least offer complimentary water. I had to get up each time to ask the crew for water and was given a small cup to take back to my seat. Once, I was told they were too busy. By the end of the 8-hour flight, I had a headache from dehydration. Not fun. I'm unlikely to fly Norwegian again.

I got a refund. Nothing other than that.

Previous flight was delayed and Norwegian changed the flight so HiFly was operating. Didn’t have any way of checking in so even though I was at the check in desk almost an hour early I wasn’t allowed in and they stated I missed my flight. They weren’t able to get me on the evening flight either. I was stuck at the airport. Throughout this there was absolutely no compassion from any of the workers. I was visibly very upset and the supervisor was standing right in front of me joking around with a coworker, ignoring me. I had to go up to her. I am seriously concerned about my flight back from London via Norwegian, and should probably just cancel and use a different airline to be honest.

I would pay more for 1.) Better Food 2.) Friendlier staff... staff is untrained and not really very welcoming. They treat you like you are in their way! 3.) Better seats. Seats aren't bad but not super comfortable for long flight. BA and Virgin used to be great but they are both dropping off. Norwegian is a far better deal but it might see more business if it works on the above.

I bought a ticket for three persons: my wife, my daughtet and me. I am Nigerian, my daughter American, and my wife's Turkish. However, because of the diplomatic row between Turkey and the U.S., my daughter was refused entry into Turkey. Turkish airlines' policy was to refund the ticket of any American caught in this row. They said they will refund my one month old daughter's ticket. However, my wife and i will not receive a refund. We bought the three tickets together. Our ticket numbers ended in 235...51, 235...52, and 235...53. However, they will not refund our whole money by cancelling the ticket but only that of my daughter. So this is the question: Does Turkish airline want me to leave my one-month old baby in the U.S. and tavel with my wife to Turkey? What kind of parents will we be if we were to abandon our daughter to take a trip to Turkey. Even, the people in Turkish airlines will judge us evil parents, yet that was exactly the only option they gave us. Lose your daughter or lose your ticket money. They will not even just change our iternary or give us another destination we suggested without penalties which are almost 3/4 of our initial ticket price. They just made away with our money. You cannot say, 'We are cancelling tickets for American citizens' but make no exception for parents of infant citizens. This is the height of criminality. So, me and my family couldn't take the flight and lost $1500. We had to buy another ticket by airfloat to get to Georgia. But Turkish airlines refused to even contact us on the refund for my daughter. A truly criminal enterprise.

They had a vague refund policy for Americans, forgetting that American infants can also have none-American parents who are as much victims in this as the American infant. For them to be myopic and keep repeating talking points of their refund policy is unfortunate to say the least.

That the plane didn't crash.

I missed the flight because I couldn't hear the announcement and because, as it was for the other flights, there was no notice of embarcation. They were no help in being able to provide a solution. I was told to call my booking agent which was in the US; I asked where could I get a calling card they told me, and I kid you not, that I could ask the janitorial crew to go outside to get me a card if I wanted to call. If it was for them, I would have stayed in the airport until I died they wouldn't have cared. I have traveled a bit and I don't think I've ever experienced something like that. I am from a under developed country, so I do understand low quality of service but this is just a matter of being human. Thanks to my friends and family in the US and via internet access I was able to purchase another ticket since I was told that because my ticket couldn't be refunded (???) I couldn't simply pay a penalty and be placed on the next flight. If you are someone of African ascendance and do not want to be treated like fecal matter in human form, avoid that airline. My great aunt is from Maroc and she's an amazing person. I guess they don't make them like that in Maroc anymore.

When we arrived at the gate, we were told that another bus would come for us. It never showed up and no one came to help us. So we missed the flight. We tried all afternoon to get placed on the next flight out. The ticketing office told us we needed a supervisor to approve the changes to our reservation. We were informed all the supervisors were in the back office watching the futball matches and that we would have to wait. We were told if we don't get the supervisors approval, we will have to buy a new flight at full price. So we waited for many hours. Finally the night supervisor came out and told us that he can't do anything. He said the day managers would've been the ones to help us. They've already gone home after the football game ended. They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets

Breakfast lacked nutritional value as it was carbs only, i.e. an assortment of 3 different types of bread/cake. My friend and I unboarded the flight extremely hungry and had to find breakfast on the street in a new country while waiting for a train from casablanca to marrakesh. Also, my friend's brandnew suitcase was damaged when we received it at the casablanca airport as it was missing a wheel.

Boarding time was supposed to be 19:10, we did not start to board until passed 20:00. Needless to say we were delayed. There was a woman at the counter,but there was no explanation given about the delay. Luckily it was the last leg of my journey and did not miss a connection flight,but being on an 11 hours flight just before, I was a little cranky. Overall I had a great experience.

The food and flight attendants were very nice and accommodating.

I had a 17 kg big baggage and a 7 kg hand baggage and was forced by the hungarian check-in attendant to pay the equivalent of 112 usd. I nearly missed my flight as nobody understood why I had to pay extra since my baggage was under - weight. Outrageous! Will not use Tap Portugal again and definetly won't recommend. Maria Petrita

All flights have been on time. Seats and entertainment system are acceptable

Apart from the unorganized immigration and check-in process the service is very average. On both transatlantic flights the toilets did not work properly. Furthermore the business practice to charge you for any luggage $ 90 at airport without prior notice during the booking process is quite unpleasant and uncommon for transatlantic flights. Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket

Boarding time was supposed to be 19:10, we did not start to board until passed 20:00. Needless to say we were delayed. There was a woman at the counter,but there was no explanation given about the delay. Luckily it was the last leg of my journey and did not miss a connection flight,but being on an 11 hours flight just before, I was a little cranky. Overall I had a great experience.

That the plane didn't crash.

I missed the flight because I couldn't hear the announcement and because, as it was for the other flights, there was no notice of embarcation. They were no help in being able to provide a solution. I was told to call my booking agent which was in the US; I asked where could I get a calling card they told me, and I kid you not, that I could ask the janitorial crew to go outside to get me a card if I wanted to call. If it was for them, I would have stayed in the airport until I died they wouldn't have cared. I have traveled a bit and I don't think I've ever experienced something like that. I am from a under developed country, so I do understand low quality of service but this is just a matter of being human. Thanks to my friends and family in the US and via internet access I was able to purchase another ticket since I was told that because my ticket couldn't be refunded (???) I couldn't simply pay a penalty and be placed on the next flight. If you are someone of African ascendance and do not want to be treated like fecal matter in human form, avoid that airline. My great aunt is from Maroc and she's an amazing person. I guess they don't make them like that in Maroc anymore.

They canceled my flight forcing me to leave my vacation a day early with not even a 24 hrs notice. This resulted in me losing out on money that I had already spent on tickets, the place we were staying, parking my car etc.
