Pros: The staff at the check in counter at JFK was very friendly and accommodating, much like the crew on the flight. Boarding was orderly and efficiently executed, although some announcement about the 30-minute boarding delay would have been appreciated. Onboard the seating was quite comfortable compared with other airlines I have travelled on and the crew was exceptional in their service - really customer-focused. The meals were tasty with unlimited snacks and complimentary drinks. Generally, I would highly recommend this airline.
Cons: The TV and remote controls could be updated. Touch screen was largely slow to respond and the whole system could be more intuitive.

Pros: The stewardess were friendly enough. When the cabin got chilly I received another blanket. The complimentary beverages was nice. No chips though. The individual tv screen was a plus.
Cons: Seat was not very comfortable. I couldn’t recline it back all the way to sleep. I was very dry and did not realize that there was water in the galley that I could have helped myself to. Not enough leg room for tall people like me without having to purchase it.

Cons: Flight was initially delayed one hour, then we were asked to line up for boarding but it took another 45 minutes of standing before we were boarded. The flight ended up taking off 2 hours late. We missed our connecting flight, the meal vouchers in Dubai were for vendors that were a) shut down/no longer open and b) of terrible food quality (McDonalds!? AWFUL!)

Cons: Boarding at JFK was delayed a lot and not properly handled. I was in Business class, still there was no information about what would happen when. Onboard, the TV (ICE) and internet were struggling to keep up with user demand. Did not load or connect sometimes. Different crew members had same standard answer - try later. While sleeping in Business class, I was woken up twice by a rude crew member (Velma Ndubi). She even refused to tell me her name because she did not want me to complain. Her attitude ruined the flight for me.

And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond.

Cons: Our flight from Boston to JFK in Ny was delayed an hour. We got to JFK and ran from the plane to the terminal and they had already closed the door but the plane was still there. They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had.

Cons: No proper communication provided on gate about the delay. Meal voucher was given very late and hence did not make any sense. We were completely uncertain about our onward travel since no information was available till we reached Dubai which was very frustrating.

Cons: Most horrible experience... customer service is horrible ... didn't even take the flight . They delayed the flight and they think it is ok to put us on any flight they want . I booked the flight because i was particular on the shortest duration of the flight they rebooked me on a flight that would have taken me to my destination after 36 hrs and the way the crew spoke was so horrible. It was as if they did me a favor by putting me on another flight.

Pros: Emirates is my new favorite airline. Food was excellent, flight attendants were all friendly and professional, the seats were spacious, and there was a great selection of movies.

Cons: First, the seats were very small and uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping, and, the seat was stuck (couldn't move back). And second, the food tasted horrendous. I have been on many flights, and this was perhaps the worst meal I've ever had. The coffee was bitter enough to make me gag (even after I added cream), and the chicken was flavorless. The boarding process was a mess. It was hectic and unorganized. The flight was delayed an hour, and the crew failed to provide an adequate rationale as to why. Speaking of the crew, they weren't helpful. At one point, I had asked to use the restroom, and I couldn't get in. Again the crew provided no rationale as to why. Then, a few HOURS later, a lady approached me and said I could go "very quickly". This was my first time flying with Emirates and I don't think I'll be flying with them again.

Pros: Onboard crew- Bliss was the name of the crew member on board. Efficient and a joyful personality to engage. He connected , talked and responded warmly and efficiently.
Cons: Checking in at the airport- the staff person who I dealt with was combative and inflexible. I had to ask the manager to mediate till the matter was resolved. As frequent travelers, I am aware rules change and am willing to comply. Being told my hand baggage had to be checked in and I cannot redistribute the weight or put things into my checking bags that were yet to be tagged was unreasonable. Started my trip on a negative note which was avoidable. I have found the training crew get and the ground staff get are disparate. As efficient as the onboard crew are, the ground staff in DXB and now NYC do not match up.

Cons: Firstly, the attitude of the staff was beyond comprehension. From the get go, they all looked as if they were working at gunpoint. Secondly, the food was inedible. Over salty, bland, and above all, they ran out of food. On an aircraft the size of an A380, one would like to assume that there will be enough food for people who are stuck and afraid of asking for anything from the moody staff. I have been travelling with Emirates for years now and insisted on flying it this time around upon much disapproval from my peers and family. My experience proved them right. I am still in complete shock and dismay. On a 12+ hour journey if I have to witness the staff rolling their eyes and where the passengers have to think twice before asking to be served, I think that's not right. Shame on you Emirates.

Pros: Unlike most reviewers, I never have a good experience with Emirates.However, Crew (this time) was very accommodating and did their best to make this a comfortable trip.
Cons: Boarding was delayed about 45 minutes. We were called to board but left standing in the tunnel while ground crew cleaned. We began to taxi and people were still storing their luggage and walking around.

Cons: I requested (at least 2 months ago) for a cake for my daughters Birthday which was on July 5th. I made the request over phone calling customer service in NY. Unfortunately it was not honored. When I called 2 days before the flight departure just to verify, I was told by the telephone Representative that the request was cancelled by Emirates as it was not entered properly ( ? ). And she can not do anything about that. Though the request was entered by Emirates Employee and Emirates just cancelled the request and did not bother to notify me. My daughter was so upset and was crying , and nothing I could do to make her happy. I will never fly Emirates again.

The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard.

Cons: Flight from NY to Thessaloniki had a medical emergency. Plane was diverted to Manchester Airport in England to help patient on flight. This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Cons: Turkish Airline’s needs to improve their online experience. Please just pay someone to fix it - you don’t have the city of Los Angeles as a option for home address. In case TA’s web developers are reading this, Los Angeles is the city with LAX in it. I guess you don’t have to know every city, but maybe download a complete list of cities and use that? There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program.

Cons: Because we were late, my baggage didn't get transferred. I had to ask around to find out who handles Turkish air baggage issues in Tel Aviv. I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional.

Pros: Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion.
Cons: However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality

Pros: I have to say that I flew with different companies in my life, Turkish surprised me with the extra luggage and the quantity of food ( I am vegan and they gave me 2 yummy vegan meals). Also the sear were more comfortable than I expected
Cons: First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!

Cons: Flight was over an hour late boarding and spent nearly 45 aboard the plane waiting to depart. No updates from the staff about our departure status or boarding status throughout the almost 2 hour delay. Got an email from Turkish airlines about this issue and they claim the flight was only 25 minutes late departing. Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays.

The flight from JFK got delayed and for unknown reason when arriving to the gate in Istanbul my seat was given to other passengers - though I came to the gate before the boarding was closed. I have never in my life received such a poor service. I was lied/misled/attacked by Turkish airline employees in the gate and in the transfer desk. I would never recommend taking Turkish airlines to anyone

Cons: As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated.

I've flown the following for reference: Lufthansa Air Swiss Delta Air France Air Arabia Saudi Airlines Egypt Air and a couple more I can't think of right now. I'm a very medium sized build and really short (5' 6") and I was so uncomfortable I wanted to (and probably will) cancel my return flight with them. My wife's back is still hurting from that flight. The staff are just plain awful save for 2 flight attendants. Out of 2 flights so far. I was told afterwards that this is commonplace when flying Turkish Airlines. For fairness sake I should mention that both Egypt Air and Saudi Airlines were worse. Whatever money you think you're saving by flying this atrocity you're gonna be spending on fixing your neck and back. Spend the extra and go with Swiss or even Delta. Avoid this rubbish

Pros: The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Pros: Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.
Cons: That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

Pros: There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

Cons: The fight was delayed multiple times, starting at a 5:44 takeoff and finally taking off around 9:15. It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. No posts of extra snacks while waiting, or compensation or explanation of what caused the delay.

Cons: Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule.

Pros: For a short-haul flight on a small CRJ, it was the most pleasing and comfortable flight. No delays and everyone was pleasant from ground staff to flight crew.

Cons: Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights.

Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle. The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that. No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight.

I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! Cons: The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !

The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually.

Cons: The Soviet Union wants its airline back. This was perhaps the RUDEST airline experience I've ever experienced. I was at Frankfurt (FRA) airport waiting to board Air Moldova Flight 864 to Chisinau (KIV). Due to a delay caused by Frankfurt security (and no fault of my own), I was delayed in reaching the gate. Since it was past my boarding time, I grabbed my bags from the conveyor belt once past security without having time to repack. I arrived at the gate and the extremely rude Air Moldova gate agent on duty yelled at me and demanded that I give her my boarding pass. When I told her I needed to pack, she yelled that there was “no time for that”. When I searched for my pass, she again yelled and said “NOW!”. When I told her that it was not my fault that I arrived late since there was a delay at security, she said “Not my problem!”. After she checked my boarding pass, I tried to repack and she again yelled “There is no time. Go to the bus NOW!” I once again told her that it was not my fault I got delayed and she again yelled “NOT MY PROBLEM”. In addition to rude employees, the airline is clearly in violation of safety regulations. The safety card in the back seat pocket was written in ARMENIAN – and Armenian only, thanks to the plane having been leased and Air Moldova not appropriately changing the safety cards. How did they expect people who read Romanian or Russian (the local languages) or English to understand it! On top of that, the plane was easily 20 years old or more and dirty. If they can't even keep a plane clean or have the appropriate safety cards, what else are they not maintaining. Do not fly this terrible airline!

New custom: serve coffee AFTER breakfast 5. Nobody walked around with water or juice between the meals - you had to wake your neighbor since climbing over someone is no longer possible [either] 6. If you have 2 beverages on your tray and your neighbor needs to get out, you need a third person to assist (impossible to get out of your seat with 2 beverages in your hands (we tried it!) - just too narrow (even for a European Teenager) 7. It was not clearly visible who boards where. An Economy couple standing patiently in line at the Wong boarding line was sent back to the end of the long economy line - although NOBODY was in the business line

Cons: Dirty plane, apparently not cleaned from the previous flight, since there were crumbs everywhere on the floor.... Unfriendly crew, non accommodating, not helpful, or not even following on questions/ requests from passengers. I don't expect a luxurious meal for an economy class ticket, but the food could have been better ( and it is - with other airlines). Some fresher bread - and more eatable - would have been very good. The movie selection was poor - only old, badly rated movies. I know it can be way better than this - with other airlines. Overall I was unpleasantly surprised - very surprised.

Pros: New airplane A380-800. Staff was nice but no nonsense. Entertainment had good selections, although interface was a bit clunky and slow to respond.
Cons: Almost no legroom to speak of so very cramped for a long flight.

Pros: I was unable to board my flight given British airways misinformed me about a COVID test prior to boarding for a flight to Israel. This resulted in a $50 fee, loss of money.
Cons: There should be no charge and a refund issued for a mishap on behalf of British airways.

Pros: From JFK to London, staff was friendly.
Cons: From JFK to London, a large number of passengers were not wearing masks properly and the crew did not take action other than a reminder early on. From London to Edinburough, the crew was somewhat rude.

Pros: Not much, except that I got to Nashville.
Cons: I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!

Pros: Crew did their best to deal with the multiple delays.
Cons: Having a plane that was properly prepared to fly. Not stealing my Limoncello Cream and tape measure.

Cons: This was American Airlines flight, not British Airways. The plane was old and quite uncomfortable. The entertainment system was subpar. The AA app was supposed to give opportunity to get more choice using personal devices but the system did not work on this old plane.

Cons: The configuration of seating in business class allows for no privacy and my connecting flight just had food and front seats for business class. Our three across seats were the same as everyone else.

Cons: 2 Hours delay I lost my connection it took like 10 more hours to get to my destination I finally got to my destination my luggage was misiing today is Tuesday July 24th and I’m still waiting no luggage and dress with the same clothes since Sunday

Cons: They lost our luggage and then located in another country but wouldn't fly it out to us until 12 hours later. We could not stay in the airport that long with a toddler. Food was terrible, no breakfast provided and not even water provided on our connecting flight to vce.

Pros: The re-routed , 5 hr late, flight (to Gatwick) was comfortable but we were left to track down BA reps to get a hotel voucher at 01:30 with the airport shut down.

Pros: Modern individual entertainment stations. Comfortable leather (or perhaps synthetic leather) seats. Friendly helpful crew.
Cons: I was seated between 2 people, and it felt like very little space.

Pros: Crew was late due to Thanksgiving traffic. The Crew was then very rude during the flight and unapologetic for what has to be the most ridiculous reason for a flight delay I have ever experienced. If a passenger had that excuse, do you think the airline would wait for the passenger? Lame.

Cons: Landed in London late missed the connection flight. BA only had 1 flt a day going to Santorini....Next days flt completely booked...Had to fly from Lon to Madrid to Athens then to Santorini.....Took 38 hrs traveling time to get to our destination...Not a happy camper!!!!!

Cons: Flight was delayed by 2 hours because of hydronic issues. I feel asleep and missed the food which was part of the ticket wasn’t woken up. Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........

Cons: The cleanliness of the plans...my tray table has crusted food stains and the magazines in the seat pocket had gum all over them.

Pros: Its hard to consider a flight where you got bumped up from premium economy to business as anything other than a 10!
Cons: The dining choices in the terminal British Airways uses are dismal. I am not sure British Airways has any input to this but the line in arrivals for US passport holders was approximately 2.73 miles long while the line for UK/EU passports was perhaps 40 feet long - not a very welcoming situation. Perhaps a little pressure applied by the major airline could improve this situation.

Cons: The food, the seats were old and cramped and i could feel every movement from the ppl behind and actually got shouted at by the man in front of me because i put my water bottle in the pouch in my seat. He thought i was punching the seat. inflight entertainment was brutal, limited selection of movies and bad ones at that. The screen was old and pixelated..... Food was bland and not edible. It was a red eye and we were not given eye masks, toothbrushes or ear buds. Horrble experience ill never fly BA again

Cons: Purchase through viyama, an Iberia flight that was a code share with British airways and American Airlines. Iberia is terrible with getting its passengers online check-in on their code share partners. Was unable to check-in, got stuck in middle seat. Return seems to be the same situation with American Airlines.

Pros: I loved the crew - they were very helpful and communicative. The food was also good, and I enjoyed the movies.
Cons: My seat would not recline, so when the lady in front of me reclined her seat, eating and watching movies became difficult. The crew were very helpful in trying to solve the problem, but the seat was broken so they could do nothing to help me. They offered to move me and my son, but we had settled in and so decided to decline the offer.

Cons: British airways is a shitty airline, I was stuck in Heathrow for almost 2 days, pregnant and alone. British airways has poor communication, poor leadership and no customer service skills. My flight was terrible and I will never be flying on British airways in the future. I will also be telling friends and family about my experience and ensure that they also don't travel on this awful airline.

Pros: It was quick.
Cons: The EMB140/145 is just a bit too confining for me... I don't normally suffer claustrophobia on flights, but I seriously almost stepped off the plane immediately after stepping on, given the low ceiling, and confining nature of the plane. If it had been a full flight, I'm not sure I would have made it without a full blown panic attack of claustrophobia.

Cons: Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways.

Pros: This flight did not have much enjoyment due to the extreme delay overseas.
Cons: There was an ill passenger onboard as we were flying mid Atlantic - instead of flying the aircraft onward we turned around to St.Johns (understandable) however once we arrived we roughly sat on the plane for three hours after the passenger walked off the aircraft conscious. There was paperwork delaying the craft to fly, the re-fueling took over an 1 hour due to not knowing how much fuel to put into this larger plane. There were also difficulties on the plane other then a passenger being ill, the craft had some engine issues after landing in St.Johns - the pilot tried to keep crowd control by lying to the passengers. As we finally got up into the air, knowing that we missed our connecting flight to Budapest from london already- it was stressful. Then as we approached Europe we were told we have to land in Dublin due to the crew working too many hours... Which the pilot had to of known as we departed from St. John's yet he told us we were on our way to London. We waited in the airport in Dublin Ireland for at least 3-4 hours we were told another crew would bring us to London at 3pm yet we didn't even board until 5-6pm. We finally got to London 12 hours after we were suppose to arrive. And to our final destination 14 hours after we were suppose to arrive. I expect a complete refund from this flight from JFK- Budapest. It was the worst experience ever.

Pros: Nice food, polite, warm and competent staff, blankets and pillows at every seat. Kids enjoyed all the shows. You knew you were not flying an airline that cut corners.
Cons: Plane crew had to reassign seats since plane used had a different configuration than one listed at check-in. That took a long time, but crew was experienced and calm and handled it.

Pros: Loved all of the coffee tea and drink offerings, they were frequent but not overbearing. Vegetarian option was pretty okay.
Cons: Seats were as tight as expected for coach but felt as if they were lacking cushioning on the backs, as if they were almost completely worn through.

Pros: Premium economy seats - even the old ones that were on this flight - are still a better experience than economy but I didn't find the difference in price worth what was delivered.
Cons: Service was scattered compared to the LHR > JFK leg. No "welcome aboard" drinks, staff seemed very distracted, frantic and a bit disorganised. Food was very disappointing and I'm pretty sure it gave me a sick stomach for 24 hours after.
