I did not have to PayPal extras. The crew actitud. The food was good. I like very much that you are trying to avoid the use of disposables. I think a good image of an airline is to show that environmental issues are important.

Nothing, it was by far the worst fly experience I've ever had.

I did not like everything: a) 24 hours of delay. We were suppose to fly from Buenos Aires to Paris through Sao Paulo. Instead of flying to Sao Paulo they went to Rio de Janeiro. The excuse was that "there are too many planes in the airport and we don't have enough fuel to wait in the air". Very encouraging! In case of emergency they have enough fuel for let's say 30 additional minutes. b) Once we arrive to Rio, instead of letting us fly to our final destinations from there (yes, there were many, many flights from there) they decided to let us wait 3 hours with all the uncertainty and of course no food (2 AM in the morning). We finally flew back to Sao Paulo. No one from LATAM was there, so we literally didn't know what to do. The police came after 40 minutes and they finally called LATAM. c) They lost my luggage. LAN and TAM used to be quite good. LATAM is just too bad.

Very unfriendly and difficult process to select seats. Impossible and almost unfriendly personnel, process to attempt to buy upgrade to. Haines even though 1/2 seats available. What a shame for an otherwise good experience.

I did like that "new plane" smell. Good pretzels.

Plane was too new; computer system hadn't been set right. Left 45 minutes late, though made up some lost time in the air. Very rude passengers (obviously not the airline's fault, I know). Everyone thinks they should be the first to get off the plane!

Everything was fine except the flight was delayed an hour. No biggie. My only question is that I had a trip that passed through Isa to 3rd country. At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.

Aeromexico truly is the worst airline on the planet. I travel all the time and I am the type of person who never complains. Six months ago when I came to Mexico and my daughter’s fiancé died of a heart attack they gave me the worst service of my life. And now again today they’re completely 100% at fault for me missing my flight. I was seven hours at the airport waiting for the flight and they didn’t post it on the boards. They never put a gate up. Other people also missed the flight. They offered no compensation, they wouldn’t pay for a hotel or a shuttle, absolutely reprehensible. Do not do business with this company

The flight crew was excellent. They spoke Portuguese and English and was really friendly. Fernanda was always smiles whenever you saw her, she was really nice.

The boarding process seems a little off because everyone rushes to make the lines and then when you get on the plane, there's a wait to get to your seat and hope there's overhead room for your bag. I know they is not the airlines problem and it's with every airline, I'm just stating what I did not like. The crew made it as tasteful as possible and did keep the lines moving. This crew for this flight was wonderful.

Walking past the Turkish Airlines desk in Dulles and knowing I would NEVER have to interact with these monsters again.

I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. The crew was very nice.

The screen at my seat did not work. Nobody told me why or mentioned it to me. While I was sleeping a flight attendant took away my tray of food before I was finishing eating.

The flight was delayed over 2 and a half hours, missed our connecting flight in Mexico City. The in flight entertainment stopped working half way through the flight, didn’t work again. Bad customer service, didn’t even apologize
