Pros: Very nice flight attendant took care of seating problem.

Cons: Give me the seats I had reserved.

Pros: Very rude. Not professional. Slow service

Cons: Economy boarding was in just 2 batches with the front rows first. This results in a lot of standing waiting for people to get into their seats. Entertainment was ok but could have used a better selection of movies. I ended up watching movies I had seen before.

Cons: Horrible service. Flight cancelled. Delayed by 30h. Will never travel Virgin Australia again

Cons: Plane was clean. Leg room was adequate for a 6 footer. Wafer cookie was good. Crew was nice.

Pros: Flight was comfortable.

Cons: The check in process was a nightmare at Amsterdam airport. Partly due to the not being able to check bag straight through, multiple visits to counters, long lines for dropping off bag, and in ability to check in on line or on app from either Lufthansa or United. Each site said visit the other site.

Pros: Crew was pretty friendly

Cons: Food is disgusting, they should really be embarrassed to serve it to humans. Also, the seats are uncomfortable, don't don't recline enough, and don't offer enough room for normal-sized adults to sit comfortably on a 15 hour flight.

Pros: The seat was super uncomfortable and they switched out flights 3 times so the layovers were extremely long.

Cons: Not switching our flights three times and not accommodating us like we had originally paid for.

Cons: The flight from Cairns to JFK that I originally purchased was supposed to be 7 hours of travel time less than what I actually ended up with. The airline changed my flights 4 times after originally booking.

Pros: The crew were OK. I had no personal interactions. I found the seating uncomfortable and not what I had requested for medical issues.

Cons: The experience of economy x seemed the same as economy. My seat request did not happen.

Cons: No screens provided. You have to use your phone with the United app and that’s assuming you have headphones and they gave me ear buds but they don’t work for iPhones...so yeah.

Cons: I would have liked knowing the seat I upgraded to had solid unmoveable arm rests. Also the exit rows were not boarded first, and since I had no seats in front of me my items were not close at hand bc the overhead storage was already taken.

Pros: The crew was beyond amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the crew from the ticket agents to the flight attendants. Super helpful and friendly. The nearly 15 hour flight was surprisingly comfortable even in our economy seats.

Cons: The boarding process was kind of a nightmare. But this was not really the fault of the airline. LAX is just that way.

Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.

Pros: We got home safely! The crew was great and generally cheerful despite less than great conditions.

Cons: Lots of delays due to weather, which I get. The plane was small and old and stuffy with too close seats.

Cons: An attendant working in the check-in was very rude. I was unable to check in using the kiosk so I requested assistance from an attendant near the kiosks.The attendant refused to assist me and told me to wait until the other attendant was free. That attendant then helped the white man next to me.

Cons: Flight left late... I missed my Delta connection from LAX to New York. The Delta staff told me that this flight routinely arrives late. Also, my previous flight that I was booked on, VA7, was canceled the day before. It’s been a nightmare

Cons: Seating choice was unavailable and we were stuck with two middle seats in a row of 4 across. Air NZ tried to bribe us into staying overnight and taking a one stop itinerary the next day.

Pros: New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft).

Pros: The crew, as always, was fantastic. Very helpful and always kind. The seats are comfortable enough, considering it was a long flight, and the excellent entertainment helped the time pass quickly.

Pros: The staff are always so friendly, and even though we had to return to the airport due to a plane fault, the airline handled things very well. Loved free wifi

Cons: Qantas’ fleet is a bit sad and aged and needs to be a little bit more modern. I don’t think I’d chose to fly qantas if I had the choice... boarding is weird, almost half the plane has “priority” boarding and they board everyone together so there’s honestly no perk to being a premium airline member
