You can go to get some drinks yourself of course but this is not always easy when your neighbor is sleeping."
Pros: "great entertainment options"
Cons: "horrid food"
Pros: "great options for entertainment."
Cons: "The plane food was horrible."
Cons: "For the crazy price and booking the tickets together, I have never not sat next to the person you booked with. The airline sat us in middle seats 4 rows away from each other (there was no reason for it since we both had single people on the aisles next to us). Really ruined the trip and made nothing about the flight worth commenting on. I won't ever fly this airline again."
Pros: "I got I'll on the flight and the crew was very helpful."
Cons: "I really don't know as besides being sick I tried to get as much sleep as I could."
Pros: "Being a redeye flight, they kept the plane dark for about 4 hours & didn't disturb us. The crew was friendly & professional."
Cons: "The terminal is not air-conditioned, just ceiling fans, so waiting to board was uncomfortable. We had no ability to select our seats so we had to take what they gave us."

Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Staff was VERY rude, seats are uncomfortable. Inside the plane is FREEZING cold. Food was ok-"
Pros: "The seat was uncomfortable. The staff was not friendly. They were serving food and did not let me pass to get back to my seat. And they did not bother to leave any food for me. The movie selection was limited."
Cons: "It had to be the worse experience ever."
Cons: "No movieson demand"
Pros: "Loved that there was a blanket and pillow provided, that they also provided headphones, earplugs, and a sleep mask, and that they served food and wine."
Pros: "This was a wonderful flying experience for me. I was happy with the selection of entertainment, the seats were comfortable, and the crew was friendly. I also enjoyed the food!"
Cons: "We spent a long time on the tarmac at LAX. The explanation was that they were making sure everyone's bags got on board...which I felt was very odd. We left late, and arrived in Pape'ete 45 minutes late. Otherwise, the experience was excellent."
Pros: "Food and service were beter than expected"
Cons: "To little space between Seats in economy or maybe I'm to tall"
Pros: "This is a direct flight from Paris to LA so you don't have to pick up your luggage to go through customs when you go back to the US. You save a lot of time! I had 2 seats for myself. The cabin looks very attractive because of its colors. The Tahitian music is relaxing. It is also nice to see the crew with a Tahitian outfit, Tahitian pearls... You kind of travel without going to Tahiti! The crew is always very pleasant. The food is better than with any American airline."
Cons: "No choice for the meal. They had run out of one dish..."
Pros: "The plane was on time."
Cons: "I did not like the schedule. Leaving by 7 in the evening would permit many more connecting flights upon arrival in LA. Leaving Papeete at midnight wss exhausting. There were a lot of empty spaces but when we were assigned seats, we were not asked if we would like a place to stretch out (which we would have!)"
Cons: "Air Tahiti Nui does not have online seat assignment. You have to call to get a seat assignment. total waste of time. Secondly there is no way to check arrival info online in Tahiti. You have to call the airport."
Pros: "Niecelnie relatert atm on board"
Cons: "Late , but no support on the Gate. Info about time we could use w. missing."
Pros: "On time, friendly hosts."
Cons: "The food was not quality. One fresh fruit option was served; otherwise, lots of starch. They said there would be drinks available, but I could not find them."
Pros: "They were able to secure our connecting flight at the check in gate which was nice, the tv entertainment was excellent service was attentive."
Cons: "The flight had been delayed over an hour yet still showed as on-time at the airport and on kayak. Had we known ahead of time we could have adjusted our schedule."
Pros: "Colors and design are beautiful. Staff is courteous. Appreciate the extra giveaway bags. Food is nice and pretty decent. First flight to PPT was great. Returning flight to LAX was bad."
Cons: "In comparison to the flight we took from LAX to PPT, this plane was ancient, and the technology was really lackluster. The tv screens were super old and the quality was very bad. My screen was completely fuzzy and striated.. The movies froze continuously, and you didn't have control over when you could play something. The magazine guide to what was playing didn't match what was playing. You needed to use the airplane headphones with a double jack because the plane was so old, and the headphones were super uncomfortable to wear in comparison to my own personal headphones. I ended up using my own headphones, but that meant that I only had sound in one ear. There was no USB port to charge your phone. It was just very disappointing considering the airplane going to my destination was more state of the art and comfortable, and I was expecting the same going back. For an 8 hour red eye, I was counting on being able to watch good movies. I tried to watch three different movies and couldn't watch any of them through completion because they froze midway through at some point and never restarted. Most of the movies were in French too even though our destination was LAX. Super disappointing. Especially considering how expensive the flight was. Also on the flight to PPT, they even gave you a Tempur-pedic pillow for your back which was so helpful in terms of overnight comfort. There was nothing like that on this flight. Also there were no temperature controls and I had cold air blowing on me the whole flight that I could do nothing about. Lastly the food schedule was strange in that for a midnight flight, they kept you up for another 1-1.5 hours to do a light dinner service. The food is appreciated but I think going to sleep right away is way more important. Seats are super tight also. Thank you."
Pros: "Flight attendants were nice and Lights turned off shortly after T/O to help people sleep, but not much else."
Cons: "Flight delayed 2 hours--very hot waiting inTahiti airport, especially when original T/O time was 1 minute before midnight."
Pros: "Crew service was great- friendly."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats. So much hardware underneath some there is compromised leg room. Terrible hot food- breakfast in particular."
Pros: "My wife and I have planned a trip to Bora-Bora since we got married in the 80s. I had said that I would not make that long trip without a first class ticket and followed through with this our recent trip. Although the ticket was quite expensive, it was worth every penny. Air Tahiti Nui really understands what "First Class" should be like -they pamper you! They deliver course after course of amazingly good quality food and more drinks than you can possibly consume. All of the flight attendants were sincerely interested in making sure we were all happy...a wonderful experience! darn worth the investment! highly recommended! And remember, this is just the lead-up to arriving in Tahiti; things will only get better when you disembark."
Cons: "There were NO disappointments"
Pros: "My bag was destroyed, and I was told I had to check my back pack in which was BS n was charged $100 to check it in... getting in contact with customer service about the issue is impossible. The crews customer service was satisfactory, you can tell they don't want to be there. I will never fly them again."
Cons: "It got me to my destination in peace."
Pros: "Amazing service from an extremely key me and attentive staff. The food was also delicious!!"
Pros: "The seat I was in wasn't as crowded in last row center. So I had some recline space to kick back."
Cons: "Screaming baby and sick baby right next to me both flights but can't do anything about that."
Pros: "According to our reservation we had seat assignments (not marked seat requested) but when we checked in they assigned us seats in the back of the plane. When we showed theconfirmation and seat assignments they checked and said a family with children has priority so they gave our 2 seats to them. However when we got on the plane we saw that it was not a family but 2 separate individuals. Not sure why they got our seats but it obviously was not because of a child. Another flight with them several days earlier we also got our seats reassigned but the flight confirmation on that leg said seats requested so when they reassigned us we could justify the airline thought that request is different than assigned."
Pros: "The pillows, blankets, socks, eye mask and head phone were all set out. No need to ask. I liked that there were drinks and snacks available thus eliminating the flight staff fr hauling carts up & down the isles allowing for more rest on the plane."
Cons: "There was no soap in the bathroom the entire flight. Some attention needs to be paid to the cup holders. There is lots of dirt there. The planes carpet was worn out. Time for a face lift."
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Everything"

Pros: "I love everything with Air Tahiti Nui."
Cons: "The agent at the counter was unpleasant. I had the impression that I bothered her"
