Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.

I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Everything was the best it could be. Crew found me with pre- ordered food. Excellent experience!

Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.

As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.

Cree was organized and pleasant. Plane had good seating but as it’s a shuttle toilets hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned (eg. bins too full)

All good flight was 35 minutes early when arriving in Edinburgh

Flight left on time, arrived early, pleasant staff provided water, coffee, etc. access to bathrooms was reasonable and were well maintained. blankets were available, lots of entertainment options. LUGGAGE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I got my one checked bag quickly and was able to make a bus connection for a 2 hour bus ride saving me from waiting another 1.5 hours.

They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.

Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.

It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark, then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate

My original booking was through AirCanada and unbeknownst to me they altered flights and providers which caused a complete disaster for checking in for my flights and seat assignments. The original gate agent in Auckland had me basically doing gymnastics to get onto the future flights and have my luggage follow me.

Great setup on both flights except the last flight we got condensed dripping all over me in the last 20 mins of the flight

Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.

My flight from New York to Canada and Canada to Brisbane was canceled, so I had to take united airlines instead flight from New York to Dubai then layover in Dubai 8 hours then from Dubai to Brisbane it was extremely difficult for me , it was a nightmare flying with Canadian airlines unfortunately.

I found the boarding easy and my seat was very comfortable as I had a lot of leg room. I am not too happy that I no longer have lounge access even though I used to get it with my TD credit card.

Strike pissed me n stranded in middle of no where

I think overall both Air Canada and Air New Zealand did a good job the their flights. It is nice to have movies, music, podcasts etc to watch for the long flights. Just wish the seats were wider and had a foot rest to change my leg positions during the trips.

Almost missed boarding, mass line up made me be the last person. Wish the announcement was more loud, didn’t hear what seats or zones were ready. Being last also made finding space for my roller bag. Fortunately the flight attendants made it work!

Since it was a long flight, a seat with better cushion would have been better. Also, water was offered but the steward walked by too fast to get any.
