Cons: Size of the seats

Pros: Boarding was poor. Stood on bus for almost 30 minutes followed by long bus ride to plane. No apology. Crew service average at best.

Pros: Business class lay flat seats allow sleep. Staff tries to pamper you with good service. Smooth long flight 10hrs40min and flight left 30 min late and still arrived early 40 min.

Cons: Online checkin requires passport check at airport so you try but cannot print boarding pass. Online would not let me order gluten free vegetarian meal for daughter, but staff at terminal said oh it is too late now, you need 24 hrs notice... on flight though they figured it out and brought her foods she could eat so it worked out ok.

Pros: On time

Cons: ....but departure wa delayed over an hour

Pros: The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help.

Cons: More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight.

Cons: Flight delayed

Pros: Crew was excellent seat was as usual

Pros: Amazing route! Nothin like the island hopper! Great crew. Economy plus seating worth it on this route

Cons: In flight entertainment should be upgraded to on demand

Cons: Long time with taxiing on both ends. Flight was delayed as well but landing on time

Cons: The least comfortable and smallest narrow business class seats ever

Cons: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Pros: Organized process and controls.

Cons: The crew can be a little more personable. They were very professional and courteous. Didn’t go out of their way to serve.

Pros: Such a delightful flight.

Cons: Departure late by 25 minutes!!
