As usual the flight from AUS in Austin to SFO was late because they didn’t have adequate staffing to board the plane on time creating a 1 hour delay, which resulted in me missing my flight to Osaka due to a missed connection. When I got to the gate 10 minutes late after landing exactly the time the connecting flight was taking off, I saw my flight to Osaka sitting at the gate and that gates had closed. I attempted to contact United Via chat on the United App and was given the runaround and passed between 2 separate “agents” who after saying they could rebook me, told me I needed to go to ANA even though they’re partners and all of my ticketing was through United. After going to ANA’s gate at SFO to try and get help I was told I would need to leave and go to United’s ticket counter in order to get help. The ANA agents said that it was United’s issue. An hour after running to try to make my flight I got to the United counter. I showed the agent my itinerary and she helped as much as she could. I was booked on a flight that would occur 13 hours after my original flight to Osaka and given $45 in vouchers which doesn’t cover much at SFO. I had also spent 30000 miles with United to get an upgrade with more legroom. And that was not refunded to this point. Ultimately I lost 1 whole day of vacation in with my wife and kids and, the 30000 airline miles and I’m out the money and time I spent. In these situations United and their partners should go out of their way to communicate and accommodate but I was left to my own devices to find the right resources. The only option was to fly to Seoul 12 hours and take a connecting flight to Osaka: I am a United Skyniles member and would not recommend booking a flight with them unless you thoroughly understand the routes as it is likely you will be left to your own devices to resolve the situation.

The food was terrible and totally inedible. If you are flying with ANA/United bring your own food it was a long flight to be hingry

Staff at gate and crew on plane efficient and friendly.

I thought I bought the ticket directly through Kayak not a 3rd party

I like that we made it faster than regularly scheduled. Everything else was poor. The boarding was slow and chaotic. One person was screaming instructions to people that didn’t understand and there was only one camera so boarding was slow. The crew was not very friendly and one stewardess was extremely rude to everyone the entire flight. The food was not good and not themed to the country we were going to like every international flight I’ve taken. Lastly the seats were awful. After this flight I would never recommend United and will actively avoid booking another flight through them.

When I checked in, it printed two bag tags. The helper said they would cancel the other. They canceled both and my bag was left behind

The ladies are great seats should be a little bigger!

Couple of hours delayed, we had to re-booked our Shinkansen reservation twice. United Aiines need to improve their time!

The staff is amazing, I cannot stress that enough! The food is really good and snacks at stations to take for yourselves. Economy seating is fine, not the most comfortable, but our friends in Premium Economy said they were very comfortable! Decent entertainment options, but being built in, you have to use their cheap headsets unless you have your own plug in ones. I only have Bluetooth earbuds.

It was good. The crew was efficient, food was good

The friendliness of the attendants, and the quality of the service.

Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Clean modern comfortable. Food could have been better, I only ate breakfast I wish they wouldn’t wake sleeping passengers who would rather sleep through dinner. No tea or coffee for breakfast

Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.

Really great service throughout and the food was really nice. I can highly recommend thank you very much.

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

A little more room from the reclining seat in the front of me.

Reasonable fair, good service, in sum, I am very happy!

Courteous crew and effective service on-board. Good leg room. Areas for improvement: 1. Limited menu meal menu options. During checking there was no means provided to select meal option. On our return flight the first meal had Pork and Beef options only. Fortunately the second meal had Chicken as an option. Otherwise we would have gone without meal through 13+ hrs of journey, 2. Limited choice and very limited number of movies and TV shows.

I booked this airline twice. The first time, they cancelled the flight due to destination weather condition but without offering any optional flight but only a cancelation notice sent via SMS. I had no choice but to re-book United airline with the same travel date and destination. (no impact on the weather condition Air Premia claimed) The second time, my husband missed the flight due to local traffic in Seoul. Normally, all major airline would helped you to re-book the same flight next day with changing fee only. But Air Premia offered nothing and only requested my husband to re-book a full price ticket.

Don't splurge for the Premium Wide Economy. They compare it to business class. This is not business class, and the seats are very uncomfortable.

For the second meal, the different food choices ran out both times so we were only offered one.

Seating was good in the economy with plenty of leg room. The seat cushions were a little firm though, especially for such a long flight. All meals were Korean as would be expected. The food was typical airline quality. Edible, but not something you would recommend to friends. Inflight entertainment was also all Korean but Korean tv and movies are made well and you can find something to watch. Just be prepared to read subtitles. Overall it was a good flight, especially for the price.

The crews were friendly, professional and courteous. Checking in was easy and smooth. The best part is, as we all know, the price.

The person in front of me was rude. He may came from some communism countries and don’t care of other people. No common manner and sense between human being.

Very nice staff, airplanes, and an excellent value in premium economy.

Food quality is poor. Flight attendants are very friendly and professional.

I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Josh Smigel - DM426089

Everything was the best it could be. Crew found me with pre- ordered food. Excellent experience!

Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.

As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.

Cree was organized and pleasant. Plane had good seating but as it’s a shuttle toilets hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned (eg. bins too full)

All good flight was 35 minutes early when arriving in Edinburgh

Flight left on time, arrived early, pleasant staff provided water, coffee, etc. access to bathrooms was reasonable and were well maintained. blankets were available, lots of entertainment options. LUGGAGE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I got my one checked bag quickly and was able to make a bus connection for a 2 hour bus ride saving me from waiting another 1.5 hours.

They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.

Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.

Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!

It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark, then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate

Great setup on both flights except the last flight we got condensed dripping all over me in the last 20 mins of the flight

Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.

My flight from New York to Canada and Canada to Brisbane was canceled, so I had to take united airlines instead flight from New York to Dubai then layover in Dubai 8 hours then from Dubai to Brisbane it was extremely difficult for me , it was a nightmare flying with Canadian airlines unfortunately.

I found the boarding easy and my seat was very comfortable as I had a lot of leg room. I am not too happy that I no longer have lounge access even though I used to get it with my TD credit card.

Strike pissed me n stranded in middle of no where

Refreshments and Air Hostess was good. Issues with customs in Toronto caused flight to depart and left me behind twice. Vouchers for delayed flight needs to increase.

Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! Great experience with Air Canada

Everything was good till we got to yyz...then we got to the gate and there was NO GATE AGENT. We waited 15 min before disembarking. No internet No IFE Old aircraft Second leg in two weeks NOT IMPRESSED

The seats are soooooooo small in economy. I was offered no tea or coffee in the am. When I asked was told that it was too late. The plane was 2 hours late leaving.
