The crew is nice. You can order snacks in between meals.

Our flight was cancelled and we were automatically placed on another EARLIER flight and we weren't notified. I found out the morning of our original flight, as our new flight was about to board. I still haven't figured out who was responsible for this snafu - the airline or Webjet.com. Webjet customer service was horrible and offensive when I tried to explain to them what happened; they said it was my responsibility to check the time. I would disagree - the customer is ultimately supposed to get an email notifying them of the flight change, giving them options. Based on that phone call with Webjet, I will NEVER do business with them again. As for the flight cancellation issue - if Kayak could help me get to the bottom of this, that would be appreciated.

To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA).

I loved the professionalism of the crew, and how they treat the passengers with such care. I prefer Singapore airlines over any other. Seats are very comfortable. This craft had touch screen monitors that worked well. I was able to use my own ear buds by pulling the jack out part way.

I really only have one gripe. I wish there were more movie choices for adults that did not have foul language and immoral scenes.

I guess I can't expect much from what seems to be a low budget airline. The food was OK and the movie selection was excellent. I didn't have any issues with boarding or baggage check in. There was a mix of good and bad flight staff. Sadly, the staff in bad moods were servicing me.

PThe bad mood in-flight staff and the uncomfortable seats. During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat.

The Denpasar Airport had been closed for days due to Ash/Volcano Agung, so luckily our Flight departed as planned, and on time. Was easily re-assigned a new seat (middle to aisle) at the gate. The staff was attentive and courteous.

We had a roundtrip ticket from Denpasar to Bali. We were in Thailand when Bali's Mount Agung erupted and called Cathay Pacific requesting our fees be waived to change our return flight from Denpasar, Hong Kong, Newark to Bangkok-Hong Kong-Newark. Cathay Pacific said the fee to change our flight is $350, and plus the difference in the new ticket price. That option was very expensive. We were very stressed about returning to Bali due to the High Alert warnings. The Denpasar Airport was closed for days -- and our request was not unreasonable.

The A380 is an amazing plane. The flight was smooth and the engine sounds were fairly low.

Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight.

Comparing to recent businesses class flight on Emirates; Singapore airlines seat does not recline to flat bed. Boarded flight st 11pm and arrived at Singapore at 7am. Toiletries like tooth brush and paste, razor etc. were not provided. Emirates provides, so we did not pack in-flight.

The people were excellent.

I had planned to check an extra piece of luggage, gifts and purchases for church needs. They wanted to charge me $3,655(!!!) for that. Absurd. I had to leave the suitcase behind. I will probably fly on a different airline whenever I go to Russia now.

Efficiency of Operations, efficiency of service and attitude to pleasing customers, great choice of movies, excellent aircraft

For two hours flight food was adequate

The Denpasar Airport had been closed for days due to Ash/Volcano Agung, so luckily our Flight departed as planned, and on time. Was easily re-assigned a new seat (middle to aisle) at the gate. The staff was attentive and courteous.

We had a roundtrip ticket from Denpasar to Bali. We were in Thailand when Bali's Mount Agung erupted and called Cathay Pacific requesting our fees be waived to change our return flight from Denpasar, Hong Kong, Newark to Bangkok-Hong Kong-Newark. Cathay Pacific said the fee to change our flight is $350, and plus the difference in the new ticket price. That option was very expensive. We were very stressed about returning to Bali due to the High Alert warnings. The Denpasar Airport was closed for days -- and our request was not unreasonable.
