Cons: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("
Cons: "I not get to go my flight, I couldn't get reimbursement"
Pros: "Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it."
Cons: "Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++"
Cons: "I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive."

Cons: "Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available."
Cons: "We waited over an hour for our bags at the claim along with the rest of the flight"
Pros: "Very clean and comfortable cabin."
Cons: "The baggage policy was a bit unclear as to what those with the base fare could bring. We ended up having to cram a backpack into the carry-on bag to bring it aboard. We had to check one bag when we checked-in. It cost about 52 euros."

Cons: "They scam you on luggage. We purchased hold luggage prior, were told not to check it in, then forced to pay for it at the gate which was 60 euros per bag. Not sure if we’ll get a refund. But it was a really bad experience. One employee was kind, the others treated us very poorly."
Cons: "Flight delay because of rain. It wasn’t a lot of rain, and we missed our slot for take off."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hours. As a very tall person, I was put in the backmost seat, which is the only row which doesn't recline."

Cons: "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. We had chosen an 11AM flight and had appointments late afternoon in NYC. It was a direct flight. Instead, we had a flight from CDG with a layover in London, and then another flight to NYC. We arrived at 5PM at JFK. By the time we arrived in NYC, it was 7PM and of course too late for our appointments."
Cons: "Most of the TVs did not work on the flight. They had to hand out iPads. Security in Orly was very rude and made us check luggage that was fine as a carry-on to France."
Pros: "I liked the customer service I got on the plane and take off was smooth. Also the engines were not as loud as I was expecting. The spacing for seating as ok but being that I was in economy, I couldn't expect much more."
Pros: "Personnel was nice and accommodating. Flight right on time and even early arrival."
Cons: "The plane must have been old for the seats didn't hold well and every move from neighbour ahead or in back made things shakier, lots of TV screens didn't work either - so iPads were provided. The food was not appetising at all."
Cons: "Went through and booked the flight that was billed as American Airlines on Kayak, but the first leg turned out to be British Airways. I had to pay 39 dollars for each seat then to sit next to my niece. It was a gift to her and I couldn’t wait until 24 hours before boarding and leave it up to chance. Was next to family with 2 crying children, younger one threw up all over mother and the aisle and seat. Flight attendants did nothing to clear the area and it smelled like vomit for 4 hours. I have flown with British Airways many times. The flight crew was not of the caliber of British Aireays flight staff. Very disappointed with this entire experience, from booking to flight."

Cons: "The flight attendants are very short. The aircraft is extremely old and outdated. The seats are shabby rusty dusty and belong in a museum. The tv system did not work for 3/4 of the flight. No headsets available. Barely any leg room."

Cons: "So my flight started with a 4 hour delay. Normally I wouldn’t mind because I want my plane to be safe in the air, but they WOULDN’T EVEN LET US OFF THE PLANE. We had to stay on the plan that entire 4 hours, being updated only twice about the situation. When we finally took off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. At one point my friend asked for more water and the attendant said she would be back with more and never returned...during landing it was extremely unsmooth. We were about to land and then the pilot shot us back up and circled for another 45 minutes because he was “too early”. I can understand this may happen at airports sometimes but after being on the plane for 12 hours this was extremely annoying. The seats were very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep at all during my red eye flight. I ended up getting sick during landing because of the roughness of it (mind you I have never in my life thrown up on an airplane) and the flight attendants were extremely unaccomodating. I couldn’t even get up to throw away my bag and they wouldn’t bring over anything to put it in. Also my sick bag had a piece of someone else’s used gum in it so that was gross as well. Overall I had an absolutely horrible flight and I’m absolutely dreading the flight back home. Please fly another airline if possible."

Cons: "The plane was far too small for a 8-hour, trans-Atlantic flight. I understand that companies are reducing space to cram more people (read: "money") onto flights, but most of the planes I fly on for a 1 hour flight from STL to ORD are bigger than this plane used for an 8 hour ORY to EWR flight. Being crammed like sardines is fine for a 1 hour flight. It is not okay or acceptable for an 8 hour flight."
