When I was at the counter first, not the other woman. The Service Agent in Orland on my way back was rude as well. She gave my Mom and I attitude about my luggage being overweight. Told us to pay the $50 or figure it out. We had expressed already paying the $18 to check the luggage to begin with and wanted to see if that amount could be included in the $50. The Service Agent scoffed at us and turned up her nose. Great air service, horrible ground service."

I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations."

Pros: "The ticket was cheap. My flight from Atlanta was as good as anything I could expect. It was very smooth, no waiting, and I was upgraded at the gate to an exit row. To Atlanta, wasn't as nice. But still an affordable ticket."
Cons: "On my way home to Atlanta, they left my Prechk off my tickets and I got relegated to a center seat (which is very hard for me because I'm claustrophobic). I understand that Frontier is cutting costs as much as possible to provide cheap tickets, of that I am truly grateful, but the fact that they won't even provide you water free seems a bit much. There are probably a lot of people who don't know this and dehydration is vicious on a flight so crammed in. Also, I can understand no entertainment whatsoever on a hop flight (less than 2 hours), but nothing at all on a 4 hour flight also seems hard to understand. Heck, even a magazine would have been nice, but where would they put it?"
Cons: "They gave our captain to an Atlanta flight. We had to wait for another captain to get to DIA. Then we got loaded up and had to wait for the east gate to open, then they had to map out another plan I.e., the northeast gate (and that didn't materialize) soooo we sat on the plane until we receive the okay to depart on "the east gate". Which was approximately 21:30. We finally arrived at approximately 01:00 a little more than hour late. It took better than 30 minutes for us to get our luggage. Stupid crazy that a person is paying ridiculous prices for pitiful customer service."

Cons: "This isn't my first time flying Frontier, the flight itself is reasonably priced but after paying for luggage and seats it becomes comparable to other airlines. My dislike comes from the flight being delayed in Denver to NYC, the gate was changed twice and the updates for the new departure came 40 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave. The flight didn't have wifi which is unfortunate and the flight attendants were ok; they did try to help when my 18 month old son was screaming endlessly because he was exhausted after being in the airport since 9:30am for a flight for an a 11:08am that was supposed to land in NY by 5pm and didn't land until 7:30pm."

Cons: "Gate agent at Denver, as we sat for 15 minutes waiting to deplane since they didn't have the jetway ready, TYPICAL, and do us all a favor Pilots, just gwt all happy about early arrivals since without fail there's always an unnecessary delay to screw everyone. lets do better next time"
Cons: "I was charged $40 for a carry on that I didn't even have."
Pros: "Frontier is very efficient, once flight gets going. The plane loads quickly and gets off ground quickly."
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable and there is no entertainment, but this is expected for the price. This flight was delayed due to weather. Communication at the gate was good, but it would be nice to see more detail as to reason for delay when you look online."

Cons: "I had to change flight plans with travel insurance reccomended by Kayak (which was no help at all). What the travel insurance covered was so specific that it was pointless to buy...(even though Kayak said that I would get a refund not matter what if I bought the travel insurance)."

Pros: "Boarded late but made up time in the air, thanks! Gate personnel announced reason for delay, but after People had been standing up waiting to board for about 15-20 minutes, that could have been done sooner. Pilot talking to us before, during and after the flight is so helpful."
Cons: "No tables anymore :(. I rated food and entertainment one star as there wasn't any. Just include baggage fee in ticket price, would probably receive less complaints."
Pros: "The woman seated behind me referred to us flying in "this tuna can." I'd say that's accurate; the plane sounds like it's going to fall apart upon takeoff, there is no leg room, and the "tray table" is about 5x7"."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled (second flight in a week due to weather?), and Frontier was not accommodating to the 80 people that had just been displaced such as myself. Additionally, waiting 3 1/2 hours on a customer service line to see if they had any alternative flights. They didn't. Suffice to say that many of the passengers' plans were ruined since Frontier does not partner with other airliners to help during these kind of situations. Honestly, 1 star is too much."
Cons: "I had to change my destination no fault of Frontier. My problem is trying to get a refund for extra sitting and baggage I paid for in advance. I don't expect to get a refund on the flight it was cheap enough and this was a return flight. I tried to cancel flight but the hassle wasn't worth it. If I get a refund and can update this I will."
Cons: "They lost everyone's luggage for over two hours and al they did was give us bag our baggage fee. I missed several appointments because of this."

Cons: "Over 2 hours stuck sitting on the plane while they tried to fix the pilots oxygen mask. Ended up delayed to our destination 2-3 hours. Food should have been complimentary at that point."
