Cons: "Delayed flight. Paid for Wi-Fi and it cut out halfway through the flight and was extremely slow so I wasn't able to get much work done. Not worth the purchase."
Cons: "Missed my connecting flight from Newark to Ft. Lauderdale due to a 30 minute weather delay, and then an hour long delay imposed by Newark Airport due to air traffic volume. I had to sleep (barely due to all of the nighttime maintenance going on) on the damn floor by my standby gate because I couldn't afford a hotel and United refused to pay for one."
Cons: "My flight last week they had us board and then de plane do to plane maintenance after I traveled litterly all day it added an extra hour. Then this flight Washington connection to Detroit from raleigh the pilot never showed up and extra hour went by, we got a new pilots but, then leading to faulty paperwork that took another hour and thirty minutes after boarding the plan to get sorted. When we got that sorted they then proceeded to tell us that the flight atendent had to leave and we had to wait another 20 min for another atendent to arrive before finally making our way to Detroit. Pros: "The people on the plane were friiendly enough, the customer service once we were on the ground was terrible"
Cons: "United Customer Service Blamed weather for a delay, I am a pilot and didn't see any weather delays posted for Newark. Even if there was weather, they didn't hold our outbound flight and missed it by 15 minutes. Didn't comp us for a hotel, had to stay in Jersey out of pocket, Jersey is busy, dirty, smelly, and overcrowded. Not enough infrastructure for the people. We were lucky we got there 2 hours prior to flight time and had TSA Pre Check."

Cons: "I don't think it's fair that you don't any money back of you cancel your plane ticket. It shouldn't matter what type of ticket it was. You should at least be allowed a voucher for the amount of the ticket at a later date. Even if it's a percentage off, you should be allowed something. How is it that you can buy a car worth thousands, and be allowed to return it under the Lemon Law. When a company called can make billions of dollars doing this, it's just taking advantage of the little people."

We got jumbled around to three different flights until we found one that would fit they try to get us on one flight and boarded in like 45 minutes and there was no way were going to make it manageable us around again , it was awful.."

Cons: "The one "personal" bag policy is insane! I was caught off guard and had to pay for a small carry $50 @ the counter before boarding. If I were aware I could've paid in advance for a lower price and brought a large suit case. Thank God it was a short, 2 hour, flighr because it was not a comfortable seating, it was VERY crammed! AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Cons: "Frontier fraudulently bumped us off our connection at Dulles and rebooked us on a connection 4 hours later. On arriving at Denver we found that the Frontier flight that we were originally booked on was still on the ground and had been held back. Frontier gate agent Sonia for the SLC flight was extremely rude. Lodged a complaint with the manager Rema who was not helpful either. Had to go through Security and rechecking in of baggage all over again, not to mention the time that we were robbed of."

Cleaned, gassed, boarded - yay. On the runway, issue with air pressurization. Head back to gate. De-planed. Waiting....waiting....waiting.... Finally fixed, boarded at 9:10 PM. Arrive at destination 2.5 hours later and 6 hours late. THEN they had to go to Denver. Those poor souls...' NEVER AGAIN, FRONTIER. NEVER. AGAIN."

Cons: "I cancelled my flight a week before the time of departure they said that it'll cost me $99 to cancel the flight and $86.45 was supposed to be refunded. the lady told me it will take 7 to 10 business days when I called 3 days later on the 10th day I called and the gentleman told me that I don't get a refund I get a credit of the $86.45 that I can use to October 7th to use on any flight. My problem with that is I don't fly often and I had to cancel that due to my job. I feel that if I cancel a flight way in advance before the flight is being departed I should be able to get my refund back I'm sorry to say it is but I would never use this airline company again because if I knew that the first time. I wouldn't have done it. Oh I also found out because I keep getting updates from kayak of the flight that the flight was supposed to been I believe was 8:30 p.m. but due to rain it didn't leave Philadelphia Pennsylvania until around 11:45 p.m. so I'm kind of glad now I didn't go because my family member who I was going to visit would have been very upset because they had to stay up an extra 4 hours and they had to go to work the next morning."

Cons: "Flying home from the Denver Airport (frontier's headquarters) was the ABSOLUTE WORST TRAVELING EXPERIENCE EVER. The Frontier Rep at check-in *Martha, female rep at the Denver Terminal* was incredibly rude, demeaning, and insulting to me. Although I had already checked in online before arriving to the airport, already paid for my checked bag and seat reservation ahead of time, she refused to take my checked bag as it was 3 min past the deadline. As I explained, I already checked in and prepaid, she rolled her eyes at me and said that "because you are trying to check in late you crashed my computer", muttered degrading words under her breath (that I could still hear) as we walked to another computer. I asked to be rescheduled for a later flight, or even send my checked bag out on a later flight, or even mail my checked bag via ups or usps; your Frontier rep told me "your bag is not my problem". She then said the only way to get home was "tomorrow or the day after that". I fully understand the 45 minute deadline. I accept that I missed that cut-off by 3 minutes. I do not understand how a paying customer could be treated so horribly, so disrespectfully. I have tried to get my money back for the checked bag fee and the seat reservation fee, since I never even was allowed to get on the flight; however, frontier repeatedly tells me they are unable to do this. I have never been treated this way and I will never fly Frontier again. I will warn any friends, family, or colleagues of my terrible experience and encourage them to NEVER FLY ON FRONTIER EVER."

Cons: "There should be a place to mark horrifying. It always appears that Frontier is the least expensive until you get hit with all the little charges. We paid an extra 18$ each to choose seats, bad ones, and then the seat next to me is filled by someone who choose not to pay. Some folks paid $30 for a carry on and others just lugged uge free bags on. The flights are always delayed and the plane was filthy. I know there was no time for staff to do there short cleaning routine, this was not from a single flight,looked like floors and seat have NEVER been cleaned. UGH"
Cons: "They lost the full planes worth of baggage at the arrival in Denver, we waited over an hour and a half for the luggage, while other flights arrived, got their bags and left. Attendant kept coming over the intercom saying they were looking for the bags from our flight. Once on the plane and the doors shut, passengers were not allowed to move to an empty row, because they said we did not pay for other seats in coach, so had to sit cramped in seats while multiple rows were empty or had only one passenger for the 3 seats."

I was gladly to pay the extra cost for the extra comfort. I was having trouble with their website so I ended up calling customer service to complete my transaction. The customer service person said he completed my transaction and seat assignment and would send me a confirmation, soon. The night before my flight, my confirmation finally arrived with the wrong seat. My seat had been changed to the bulkhead with no leg room at all. My original set was sold to someone else. I feel this was very unfair and I should receive a refund. I ended up moving into a row that didn't recline but it had and area under the seat in front of me to at least stretch out a little. Those seats were less expensive. I should have received what I paid for and nothing less!!!!!!"
