No wifi, seems to be very common with Southwest currently. Everything else was normal.

Poor customer service, no accommodation for passengers when the flight was delayed over 5 hours.

Friendly crew kept coming by to make sure all was ok, provide additional refreshments, etc.

It was good. Last flight was delayed but I always say that is in God's plan

Red eye from San Diego. Temperature of the cabin was way too warm and the air duct flowed very little air.

Overall good, just screaming kids in the area the whole flight.

I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat

Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.

The trip was good. Short, uneventful, and can't ask for more than that My one complaint is that I had signed up for wheel chair assist between gates. I fractured my foot/ankle in two places and needed the help. Neither flight did the requested help appear. I ended up walking through both Atlanta and Nashville Airport and was a very unhappy traveler. While I know that it's the airport responsibility for the service, I wish that SW had at least verified that the assistance was there as requested.

I liked that we arrived safely. I did not like how Southwest personnel blamed the boarding delays on wheel chair passengers. If there is a national wheelchair basketball tournament occurring, be ready as a company to respond with appropriate resources to match your cudtomers needs.

Very turbulent flight, no drinks, very little service, unorganized boarding, gate changed multiple times

Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.

The flight took off an hour late which made the connection concerning

Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary

Never had such a lazy first class attendant. Literally spent 60%+ of the flight playing games on her personal phone making up excuses of why she was unavailable.

Pretty bad gate mgmt upon arrival. No open gates and we had to wait at midnight. Shouldn’t be a surprise that an aircraft is coming in.

Comfortable plane ride however on delays disappointment no real details as to why the delays when other flights are leaving the airport

It was overall a great experience. No TV’s, but you can connect to your Wi-Fi from your portable device. We had extra legroom because we were sitting in be back and the flight attendant moved us to the front with extra legroom. It was only an hour flight, so in all it was great.

Just fat Americans. and small seats don't mix well!

The lady at the check in desk never asked me if I was first class or main cabin. Just assumed I was main cabin. So they almost made me check my carry on until I showed my boarding pass. Other than that, everything was great. Smooth flight flight attendants were very nice
