The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.
The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend
Flight delayed and moved to another gate. Got a text message updating the gate as final boarding finished. Missed flight, fighting for my refund
Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.
Perfect. Even got a screwdriver in Pitt to fix my sons luggage. Awesome airline.
Outside of a 30min delay getting back home; this an excellent airline and will definitely use again.

Flight exceeded my expectations. Crew was upbeat and flight was on time.
Ticketing agent never said our flight was delayed. It went from a 2 hr to 3 hr delay to just cancelled….why…lack of crew. Breeze doesn’t even have a phone number to call. You have to “text” them or use Facebook messenger to get in touch with someone. If you’re trying to market a new airline, make sure you have crew to fly if you’re going to run flights. The plane was literally at the gate.
Pros: "Crew was very attentive and professional, and the food and beverage on the Lufthansa transatlantic sector were better than US carriers offer."
Cons: "The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat. I will avoid this aircraft if possible in the future."

Pros: "I purchased a ticket for my 18 year old dog $ 125.00 each way to fly with me to Kalispell and back. She is so old that she can not SEE, HEAR, or BARK any longer. I understood she needed to be under the seat for take off and landing but I was told by the ticket agent and flight attendants on my first flight that she could sit on my lap during the flight. Everything was great on the way there. On the returning flight,.... the flight attendant was so RUDE to me. She saw that after we were airborne and at a steady altitude, I brought my dog "Kacey" up into my lap. She immediately raised her voice and stated the dog needed to remain on the ground. I politely explained her condition BUT she refused to listen to anything. I put my poor old dog back under the seat. After approx 20 min I could hear her patting very loud. I lifted her again and asked a different flight attendant for some water. She was very hot on the floor. Or course, the flight attendant saw my little chihuahua drinking the water and said that after she drinks a little more, she must remain under the seat. By now, my husband is getting annoyed. He tried explaining to the flight attendant the medical needs that my dog has " she's on protein shakes" which were approved their security. and how fragile she is. She can't BARK, SEE, or HEAR. Yes, we will be putting her down soon but we took her to Montana for my daughter to say her GOODBYES!! Sorry to say, but that flight attendant has turned me away from UNITED AIR LINES forever. Cons: "I was unable to find out how the $9 Club could save on baggage fees. No answer from online help. I thought baggage fee would be in line with American. But NO it was twice as expensive. Next time I will wear camping clothes and pack everything in my personal carry on. Web site is difficult to navigate."

Cons: "Gate 17 at IAH smells of what I assume can only be urine. The carpet is sticky and filthy. The gate organization is chaotic and frustrating. Low cost should not equate to what is being offered at Spirit. No pride seen by employees. Book with someone else."

Cons: "Prices competitive BUT once you start adding baggage fees (and realize limit is 40 pounds versus 50 like most other carriers and have to pay extra), seat selection charges, pay for water or soft drinks, maybe not so much cheaper after all . Long flight and no movies, seats do not recline, so not so comfortable. We boarded late. Disruptive and loud children and people trying to sleep but crew did nothing."
