Cons: "We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!"

Pros: "I told the crew I had a short connection time at a far terminal and I was worried because my seat was in the rear of the aircraft and they were able to move me up closer to the front to ensure I got off the aircraft quickly to make my next flight. That was amazing."

Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

Pros: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."

I asked for a food voucher from American in Charlotte and was denied after waiting so many hrs in Charlotte to get on a 10.05pm to jfk, that was terrible."

I had to run all the way across the Charlotte airport to make my connection. The gate door had already closed (early) but I got someone to open it for me. Cons: "Despite stitching when I could and as soon as I could. Lower back buttocks hurt pretty bad half way through the flight. This is a knock on the airline industry and not so much ANA. Comfort levels start diminish when you try to squeeze as many seats as you can into airplane. Especially, for people like me who are at least 6' tall. Also, the food was very meh. This was surprising because all my other experiences with ANA were quite the opposite."

Were any of the "lunch" items available? "No, we only have snack items on this flight." But it's during lunch time... "It's not a long enough flight." WHO COULD MAKE THIS UP? We declined to complain for fear we would be thrown from the plane. Oh yes, I have 1,800,000 miles on United."

Cons: "The lady at desk to board the flight made me check my carry on. I had assumed it was because the plane was full, but when I got on the plane there were more than adequate spots to stow more bags. There was a compartment across from my seat that remained open the entire flight. While I completely understand the need to check extra luggage when the plane is full, I was very upset when I saw it was not. I intentionally fly with a carry on for the convenience, and to be inconvenienced for absolutely no reason made me not want to fly with this company again for fear it could happen again in the future."

Cons: "I specifically said the aisle seat and on both flights United put me on a middle seat and on a window seat. Both flights were late. I almost lost my connection flight. It was so late that I didn't have time to eat or use the bathroom in my layover. As soon as I got into the plane they closed the doing because my first flight was super late. Then on the food service I wanted to buy food and by the time they got to my aisle they didn't have anything ( just the horrible pretzels) I'm super disappointed with United."

Boarding took a very long time, once we finally started, because there was very little organization and they were taking bags to check once they didn't fit, while people were still getting on the plane. The entertainment is down to direct tv with a menu that is hard to navigate, earplug connections that need you to hold the plug so it will work and no option to pause or start when you want."

Pros: "The plane was roomy... The flight attendants were pleasant... The bag checkin was inexpensive... Quality and excellent custoner service. I have traveled many airlines... United is by far my favorite after this experience... Thank you!"

Pros: "The flight was delayed 38 minutes. Boarding was not pleasant. Never have a Stewart come by. No entertainment."

Cons: "Flight crew was extremely rude. Lots of passengers complaining. Someone is going to catch this lady on a bad day and it is going to be a major problem."

Cons: "I had the United app downloaded plane stated it had wifi and I could not get it on my iPad or iPhone. I had to wait a bit too long for my carry on bag from the crew to bring it up from below. The pilot even had to wait for the ground crew to arrive so the pilot could taxi in to park the plane! So some of the problem lies with United and Norfork airport staff."

Cons: "Everytime I fly United the flights are always delayed. You changed my departing flight time THREE TIMES! I travel 3-5 times a year, usually only fly southwest, and I have never seen that happen."

Cons: "Delayed, delayed, delayed, flight canceled, flight rescheduled, delayed, late takeoff, missed connection. Rescheduled connection, overnight in the airport, late takeoff. From OKC to Norfolk, Virginia, 27 hours. I drove the same trip last year and it took less time than that. I will never fly United Airlines again."

Pros: "Service was fast and friendly and very efficient!!"

Cons: "Got to airport, showed flight wasl on time. Get to gate find out flight delayed from screen behind boarding gate. All official Frontier sites say on time. Finally after about an hour all official screens show flight delayed 4 hours. (initial delay was 6). 2 hours after that a person from Frontier came to our gate. explained that plane was replaced in Cleveland. They did give us 10,oo vouchers but by that time we all had pretty much eaten."

Pros: "The counter attendant was helpful to find another flight."
Cons: "The delays that are caused by the very slow computers at the ticket counters. I did not like that I had to 'somehow' get to Orlando to get into the next flight to NJ. Even though I arrived 1 hr before the flight."

Pros: "Checking in was quick."
Cons: "Cramped seating. You didn't tell us about the extra charge on the carry on and if you did it was too hidden."

Cons: "On both flights, the airplane wobbled during takeoff - significantly more than any other flight I've been on. Either the pilot was less skilled or the plane itself was just flimsier. Once we were in the air it was fine though."

Seat very uncomfortable for 2.5 hour flight. Just too cattle car-ish. With all fees they charge, i'd been better off on southwest. Also, on-line check in was a real hassle and I have a FFN with Frontier."

Cons: "Very tiny airplane, so hot it would make You pop. Would have appreciated a status update. You do get what you pay for"

Cons: "Flight was scheduled to depart at 9:20 PM on the 24th. On way to airport, I was advised of a 5 hour delay. At that point I returned home (1 hour 15 minutes from TPA airport) by which time the delay advice was increased to 7 hours. I called Frontier and they agreed to rebook me (at no charge) on a flight on Feb. 26th since all flights on the 25th were booked. I just checked and saw that Flt 291 actually departed TPA at 5:02 AM on the 25th. As always, it was stressful trying to talk to an agent having to listen through numerous recordings before I couold connect to ascertain times and make changes. I contacted Frontier at least 5 times and had language difficulties every time."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Website is horrible. Impossible to navigate paying for bags. Seats on plane are uncomfortable and don't move."

Pros: "Crew."
Cons: "Comfort of flight and the cost involved with everything from bags to edible items on flight."

Pros: "Awful flight...seats are uncomfortable...kids are annoying...flight was super loud...flight was super turbulent...will never fly frontier again :("

Cons: "problem printing boarding pass on Frontier web site, had problem with this web site before- very unfriendly and doesn't work"

Pros: "Perfect landing"
Cons: "I didn't have a pillow!"

Pros: "Although I paid extra for my carry-on ($45; which I was aware of, but some people may not be) the flight attendants were friendly and professional. They were courteous upon stepping onto the plane and throughout the duration of the flight. The seats were comfortable, and overhead space was plentiful. My 2.5 hour flight from Tampa to PHL was shortened to 2 hours. Overall, it was a great experience flying Frontier for my very first time."

Pros: "Plane was clean"
Cons: "Despite the fact that their ticket counter was open for other flight departures, they only allow you to check in beginning two hours before your scheduled takeoff time. This really means you have only an hour and a half until your flight begins to board. On the flight they mentioned wanting more people in the exit row, but you would have to pay an extra $50 because it has more leg room, needless to say everyone chuckled at this blatant ripoff attempt. On the flight you have two pay $2 for a small glass of water, not a bottle but a small plastic cup filled primarily with ice. When we landed we had to wait 45 minutes before the checked baggage began to arrive. Overall this is a very poor airline. Watch out for the fees as they charge you $20 for each airline interaction. I would suggest avoiding them if you can as the price rapidly rises above your ticket cost & the hassles for basic services are not worth the cost."

Cons: "the lady at the counter told me that my bag was ok if i told some things out , i threw away some things i wanted came back and she preceeded to tell i still had to pay 45 dollars and she did not tell me that so i lost my samples and am very angry"

Pros: "The price - but it won't create long term customers"
Cons: "The space, the aircraft felt cheap/unsafe which made turbulence more unsafe, the tray tables don't even fit a small lap top which is comical, the lack of food availability. Overall feels extremely cheap and unsafe in camparison to other aircrafts. Comparable to Spirit."

Pros: "The crew was nice."
Cons: "Although the flight was good I was shocked that I had to pay an additional fee for my seat upon check-in via the internet. I had to pay $17 extra on the way to Florida and $11 extra per seat on the return flight to Chicago. Why wasn't I made aware of this? Also, I went on Frontiers website prior to my trip to see what the carry-on fees were. They never explained the fees until after I was trying to print out my boarding pass and I was charged $40 per carry-on (3 of us were travelling). Give a head's up about your fees!!!!!! Otherwise, your prices are misleading!"

Pros: "Would rather pay more for v tickets with another airline. Horrible. Have to pay for everthing. Will never ride with them again"

Cons: "Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. Spoke with three employees that each told me to do something different. Finally, spoke to a department head and was told that his employees were misspoken. Who trains these guys?"

Pros: "The pilot was very friendly, I liked his tie. The copilot was also friendly."
Cons: "The rest of the staff were rude and unprofessional. The chairs were so uncomfortable. There was no complimentary drink, and when you ask for just water the staff rolls their eyes and gives it to you as if it was the biggest inconvenience for them. When they approach you with the cart they say, "Is anyone purchasing anything?" I also didn't like that there was hardly any announcements on the loudspeaker to let us know about what is happening, or when we might approximately be landing."

Cons: "flight was an hour off with no explanation as to the cause. Seats did not recline and were terribly uncomfortable."

Pros: "The crew on my return flight was much more personable than on the flight out. Boarding and unboarding were super easy (no checked baggage for my flight)."
Cons: "THE HIDDEN FEES ARE CRAZY RIDICULOUS! Sure the flight starts out cheap, until you realize you have to pay for carry-on bags, and another fee when you pick your seat! Overall my flight cost was $130 more than anticipated with the hidden fees. The seats on the flight to my destination were old and uncomfortable and my seat did not recline (and I paid $30 for the super stretch seating)."

Cons: "Two and a half hours late. No one seemed to have received a delay message from the airlines. Their excuse- one employee didn't show up for work that morning, so they've been running late all day! What a way to run an airline- one person doesn't show up for work, so hundreds and hundreds of customers wait hours, miss connections, and have their plans ruined."

Pros: "The flight was so early there were no long lines anywhere, except security. But thatvwas becauee at the time they have a smaller staff at security. I am NOT complaining about the longer lines at security, just know that it takes longer because of 09/11. I would fly frointer again."

Pros: "Fastest plane ride I ever been on. We left on time and arrived at our destination on time. I have absolutely no complaints"

Pros: "The airport agents and crew were really nice and helpful. Checked in online but forgot boarding passes. They printed them, no problem and no charge. Our checked bag was overweight. Knew this might be a problem when we left and brought an empty backpack just in case. They let us rearrange our stuff until we were under the weight limit. They kept a sense of humor about it too. The flight crew came around asap to see if you wanted anything. Faster than other more expensive airlines I've been on. Boarding and getting off went smoothly. Flight was on time. Even paying for checked bag and seat choice our fare was still cheaper than other airlines. Only opted to pay for seating as we brought our grandson since the tickets were so inexpensive. Being his first time flying I thought it would be easier for him and other passengers to have people he knew in both seats as well as I could make sure he had a.window seat. Great value, good quality. If your looking for all the extras, not here. To get to where your going, safely and relatively comfortably, with friendly personnel this is for you. Do add in the cost of luggage and seat if you like certain ones, for this and other airlines, to compare and find the best value for you."
Cons: "Food options weren't great but for a short flight it was fine. Possibly different choices on a longer or mealtime flight? No more expensive than airport, in some cases cheaper. No entertainment to speak of, although you could pay for movies/tv. For short early am flight didn't need it."

Cons: "The seats are 'pre-reclined' which means your sitting strait up and down, my knees where in the chair in front of me for three and a half hours. My carry on bag for both legs of the trip where $70. So in the end a more expensive ticket that includes bags, free seat selection, a drink and a snack is well worth it. Unless your really short, this was the most cramped 3 hours of my life."

Cons: "There was a delay which would have left me stranded in Trenton, NJ at 1AM. I had to pay full price from a different airline to make it to my destination."

Pros: "It was inexpensive to fly comparatively, the ticket counter made sure I made my flight from Cleveland even with the airport remodeling"
Cons: "The seats due to weight reductions have no accommodations for tall passengers like other airlines. Then again it's a commercial airliner and comfort equals weight and weight equals overhead and money. So the trade-off was expected. The seats could be adjustable for height though."
