I now can’t go because I can’t afford to change ticket and the waiver documents I need to do so sounds like it’s just another excuse from the airline for not honoring my ticket. I can’t go now because of passport, but I can’t go because I am unable to buy another ticket"

Cons: "United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit."

Pros: "Jamestown airport is so small and stress free. And parking is free! Also, the price was much cheaper than flying from Fargo."

Cons: "I saw my bag come out of the baggage claim ripped open. My stuff coming out. My zipper was complety destroyed and my locking mechanism on my bag was ripped off even though it wasn't locked."
