Cons: "For that size of airplane basing on the fact that it was an international flight not having a USB port or any power source by the seats it’s ridiculous. The boarding process was a nightmare, very disorganized the crew members starting boarding group by group just using ONE of the two entrances available because of it the line to board the plan occupied almost 2 boarding gates. I couldn’t reclaim my seat because it was broke, the quality of the food was very mediocre, crew members attitude were upsetting... uncaring and ignoring passengers call. Another filthy plain ... I had 4 flights with avianca between 2 International fights and 2 national connections, all flights were terrible! The worse part is I probably could’ve flight more comfortable for less money or at least get what I paid for."

Even though I am an American citizen.And when you receive the shot you must stay in Colombia for 10 days before you can leave the country.i don't understand why one is allowed to purchase a ticket from Colombia to Costa Rica without proof of the required vaccination.I didn't even receive a simple notification to receive the vaccination before my trip.Now I am still in Colombia.Already down an extra unexpected $500 and will miss work back in the states for not being able to return home on time.An airbnb reservation will be lost in Costa Rica which was prepaid for 5days.Worst of all I'm stuck in Colombia spending unexpected money to survive and will not be able to visit my PAID trip to Costa Rica.So unfair and a hole I will have to dig myself out of when and if Im able to make it back home"

Our boarding passes were printed by our hotel as were many others that we saw. We went to a desk where another individual started asking question about our life and where we were going. Still, no one thought it was necessary to explain what part of the process or what exactly is going on. The man that diverted us, I'll bet, does not have reasons or any idea why he diverted us. I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans."

I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"
Cons: "Watched a very weird interaction between Muslim (with a hajib) women with a kiddo and desk crew. She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

My original flight to dallas was delayed from 12:56 to 8pm which would of landed me in dallas at 2:21am but the club Fat Rabbit closes at 2am Which in fact was a 1300 (US dollar) loss. I re booked my ticket to Austin from Vancouver this morning because the only reason to go dallas was my job. Was supposed to fly in have dinner play music get back on the plane n go Austin but going to dallas was irrelevant and a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous."

Even the damn Club lounges close. No 24 hour clubs like at other major airports."

I could see the gate from the security line and the security line was EMPTY. There was no reason for them not to let me get on the plane, but they ended up scheduling me for a flight to Denver with the connecting flight in the morning- delaying my trip 24 hrs and charging me an extra 125$!!! I ended up paying an extra 85$ to American and was able to get to PHX that afternoon! The ladies at United were straight up RUDE too. When I told the lady at the counter my name she rolled her eyes."

Cons: "I flew to Charlotte, NC last week from Houston with my husband for a funeral. The flight there went smoothly and we used the United app to check in and get our boarding passes. When it came time to check in for our flight home my husband was able to get his boarding pass, but they said mine was unavailable. Obviously concerned I called United. After being on hold for over an hour I was able to speak to a representative. I was told that I hadn't show up for my flight to Charlotte... so they had canceled the returning flight. Not only was I on that flight my boarding pass was scanned twice (one at security and once during boarding). The representative then told me to go to the airport the next day and "try" to explain what happened. I don't know if this was some sort of glitch in the system, but I was very concerned and upset that someone could be on a flight with no record of them being on the plane... and that I was having to spend 2 hours trying to figure out if I could go home after a very stressful day... during a time when I should have been with my family. The next day I had to show up the the airport extra early while the representative there tried to figure out how to reactivate my ticket. Overall, an awful experience... I don't think I will be flying with United again anytime soon."

I slept in the parking lot due to the fact the locksmith could only open the doors and could not cut new electronic keys until morning. I am extremely enraged over this incident. I know the keys were contained in this article due to the fact that the Keychain was left on top, without keys. Pros: "Although it was a new airliner to United, it had noticeable more legroom than the Airbus aircraft that other airlines use. Luggage room for your carryon was ok, though not near as convenient as the Boeing's."

Cons: "On her way here to Chicago. Airline left my sister at Houston for two days with no fly to Chicago. On her way back. They lost her suitcase and nowhere to be found. This is the worse experience ever. We will never use this airline again. So disappointed..."

Pros: "Everything except seats was great. Flight left on time and, with the tail wind, we arrived an hour early. Personel were kind, professional, promt, and curtious just as it used to be with all airlines. We are very pleased overall."
Cons: "seats were too narrow for both of us and I didn't have enough leg room. My knees were forced into the seat in front of me and my arms hung over both armrests while they were as close to my side as I could get them. My companion is small and even she had the same problems."

Cons: "There’s 3 valid check points, at checking, passing through customs, and perhaps at the gate prior to boarding the plane, I got stopped and asked , passport and boarding pass, has any one given you anything to carry? Left your bag alone? Taking any live stock... blah blah. It seems that 3 checkpoints were part of the airport security and 3 others by the spiritAir lines staff. How rediculous is that, making a poor little old lady take of her shoes, I know that the Managua international airport is infamous for shoe bombers and heavy ISIS trafic, but come on, an old lady... and have 6 check points. Literally, you took ten steps, and you had to get on another line for another check point. The airport is not even that big to support the queues these guys are creating. Absolutely humorous! And at the same time a nousance, the flight is in the middle of the night, they force you to be in queues, to end up sitting tightly squeezed hard seats, with staff that have no concept of customer service."

Bring your own snacks and water bottle! It's that easy! Look up the current "personal item" size restrictions (18"x14"x8" as of 5/30/2017, and make a cardboard box that is 1/4" less than those dimensions. It's free, it's spacious, and it will fit under your seat!"
Cons: "I don't like entitled passengers. When you choose to fly on an economy airline, you waive the right to complain about legroom/seat assignments/personal attention from the flight attendants. Spirit handles the cattle in a commendable, humane fashion, it's just that we cattle don't like to be corralled."

Cons: "They canceled my flight two hours before take off. Nonexplanation. No folllow up email. After being on hold for about 20 mins, they got me a flight out the next morning with another airline company. That flight back home was great! Unlimited snacks and wifi."

My bag was one pound over weight, ONE POUND and a big deal was made over that!!! On top of that our flight was delayed because the pilot got sick!!! SERIOUSLY NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO FLY A PLANE?!? I will be calling coporate and speaking to someone about this matter!!! This is the second time this happens to me!! NEVER AGAIN SPIRIT!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
Cons: "Annoying flight attendants who wake you up 5times. A bunch of last minute charges ..like for a carry on both ways?? Ridiculous.. most uncomfortable seating.. no complimentary snacks or beverages after all these charges.. i willnever fly with spirit again. It wouldve been cheaper flying with anyone else..and our flight to our destination was delayed 3hours.. then we got to sit on the plane for another hour past when we were supposed to leave. On the way back we hovered around the airport for a half hour while my ears felt like they were being stabbed because the flight was anything but on time.. plus the attendants talk to you like your an idiot. i hate this airline"

Cons: "Those extra fees add up quick. Be careful to know what your baggage needs are ahead of time, or else you'll be stuck paying crazy fares even for carry-on. Also, Spirit doesn't have mobile boarding passes, which is a pain. All of this is pretty well known, but as someone who had never flown Spirit before, it took my by surprise."
