Cons: The flight was late leaving and most of the passengers needed to catch connecting flights, so there was some anxiety as the crew didn't have any information as to whether or not we'd be able to connect.
Pros: Air Canada business class is superior comfort.
Cons: On the choice of audio entertainment, it uses Stingray which, just like radio broadcast for each category with no choice of album for personal preference, kind of disappointed. I like the previous menu with album choices.
Cons: air canadas service, they should reimburse my accomodation expenses because of their poor time management.

Pros: I loved that every seat had a pillow, blanket and head-phones waiting. The movie selection was great, too.The service was excellent. Love having metal utensils, and not plastic.
Cons: No fault of the airline, but when passengers recline their seat backs all the way, it's very difficult for the person behind. Two vegetarians meals were offered - which is ok, but I was unsure if either had sufficient protein; plus the side dishes were all starches.

Cons: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.

Cons: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!
Cons: Can't tell how the flight was because missed connecting flight from LAX to SJC because Westjet from YYZ to LAX had a mechanical issue. They end up replacing a tire which caused a 1.5 hr flight delay

Cons: Had to pay extra for seat assignment. Very tight seating; almost demands paying extra for "comfort seats." Crew moved my carry-on bag; should have told me or helped me find it when deplaning. No beverage service due to turbulence (understandable -- not their fault). Flight was delayed.

Pros: We really enjoyed TAP Air Portugal and expect to fly with them again. Comfortable seats, pillow, blanket, and MEALS! Good ones with actual silver! USB charging port at every seat, with a good selection of movies. Great airline for a great price!
Cons: We should have had less in our carry on so we had more leg room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was plenty of movies, tv options, and games to pass the time when we weren't sleeping on the over night flight.

Cons: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
