Cons: "I upgraded to row 6 because I thought it would be more comfortable. I have now learned that the seats in row 6 are narrower due to the tray having to be the flip up type housed in the arm rest. This makes the seat narrower and quite tight for sized large people. 5 hours is a long time to sit in an uncomfortable seat. It did not compensate for the slightly longer leg room."

Cons: "The flight boarded 30 minutes early; I arrived to my gate at the time of when my ticket said boarding started, but they were already calling final boarding call for my flight. I completely panicked. The plane was clean but the seats are very close together and there were no complimentary snacks- even though it was a 6 hour flight. On my flight back from Seattle on Delta, we got a complimentary meal AND a complimentary snack. I was expecting my Alaskan flight to be better based on everything I'd heard from friends, but my return Delta flight showed Alaska up; it was a spacier plane with way more food offered."

Pros: "Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There was a half way blind man sitting behind us and they made sure he had everything he needed the whole flight. I wish Alaska flew everywhere because I would never fly anything else."

The flight attendant making the announcements was entertaining and engaging. She was a good presenter, even when giving directions. The seats were also comfortable, and we each had a charging port at our seat. It was very convenient and thoughtful."

Pros: "They suspect the tail of the plane scraped the ground on take off. We hit severe turbulence just after take off that cause the plane to lose cabin pressure. We were routed right back to RDU. After a check of systems we were put back on the plane."

Cons: "Drunk men seated on each side of me that were loud and disruptive and cursed the whole 3 hour flight. They were even readily supplied more alcohol by the flight attendant twice which was really in poor taste considering how rude and clearly drunk they already were. They never should have been allowed to fly because their behavior was disruptive before we even left the gate in Palm Springs. Drunk people should not be allowed to fly if they cannot be quiet and certainly should not be allowed to purchase more alcohol once on board."
