Cons: "noisy plane. seems like Delta does not maintain their planes very well. flight was delayed, which made it stressful to catch connecting flight at LGA. when we were all on the plane, the pilot states that he apologizes for the wait, since we were waiting a while for take off. he said there was something wrong with the fuel system that had to get fixed but it is ok now. wow, that wasn't the right thing to say. as soon as he said that, the passengers started talking among themselves saying,,,,,,,,,,,,well, i hope it is ok now, because if it is not, we may not get to our destination! he should have rephrased that and simply said that;;;;; sorry for the delay, we were simply going through some maintenance on the plane to make sure everything is all-right, which it is, and we look forward to getting you to your destination in a few minutes! keep it simple without getting into all the details! geeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhhhh!!!!! :("

Cons: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

The plane itself was uncomfortable with uncushioned seats. Let's just say that if I had to choose between a Frontier flight and a Delta flight that was $400 more, I will choose the Delta. Same goes with any competitor. I will never fly Frontier again."

Ok well next day comes around and I wasnt able to make it to the flight because I was falling asleep on the road and decided my personal safety was better than making the flight. Again withing a 10 hour period I called to reschedule my flight and again they wanted to charge me $115 this time because I had to change airports withing the same DC area. on my way from new mexico to colorado (driving) I got into a major car accident involving a semi in the desert on a high way and ended p with no car in TAOS New Mexico... when I called to again rebook my flight I was at the end of my patience I honestly had felt that the universe was conspiring against me keeping me in NM. I This time though I requested to speak to a supervisor and sure enough he was able to help me with out any extra charge to get my flight booked. The level of satisfactory customer service shouldnt be reserved until the customer is pissed off. nothing was more infuriating then to have outsourced customer service from india telling 99 99 99 99 99 and that he cant do anything about it.... If Frontier wants a better review then they need to stop cutting corners I will never fly with them again ....they are a knotch below Aeromexico in horrible customer service. _rene Vincit"

Flight was on time, baggage arrived, flight staff ok (marketing of frontier credit card in flight to captive audience is bad form), baggage add on and having to pay for an assigned seat sucks, was glad to have a direct flight.. Even with add on costs, flight cost was better than major carriers for nonstop."
