Pros: "During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind."
Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

Cons: "I have the worst opinion of the Delta company, when I was flying to Atlanta on October 20 they changed my flight at the last minute I had to leave until my job to take another flight. Just today when returning my suitcase did not arrive they sent it to another destination. I think the company gives very bad service."

Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

Cons: "Airlines in general need to enforce the carry on luggage rules. If it doesn't match the dimensions for the carry on specks then make the people Check it. Don't let it go. If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room."

Cons: "Kayak/webjet sent me the wrong check in code for the wrong airline operating my flight. I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."

I paid the $100.00 charge as I am handy capped and did not want to wrestle extra weight. Under BA there should have been no charge but the AA counter staff acted ignorant of that fact. Not sure why I am telling you this as I expect nothing will be done by anyone."

Pros: "It's convenient and inexpensive for one of my regular destinations. Though, over the years, I've experienced a few cranky employees at the Punta Gorda location. Just the opposite in Asheville, where friendly was apparently invented."

Cons: "I say somewhat cheap, because by the time they ala carte everything, it's not so cheap anymore. As in no longer cheap enough to justify the bare bones service. The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."

Cons: "Boarding was slow and archaic. Once we were all finally seated they came through 3 times with a paper trying to figure out who wasn't on board. As we taxied towards the runway a lady who felt dizzy coming on board threw up. The crew was obviously panicked and unorganized. We taxied back to our gate and waited for LA Fire for. to escort the ill lady off and clean the area. While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

Pros: "United Airline is lying to its guests. United advertise they will be middle seat between pesengers and we board a packed flight today. United is irresponsible and putting pessengers at risk of covid-19 exposure! This is unacceptable. False advertising - people paid for social distance on the plane bit encounter the opposite !!"
Cons: "United Airline need to be HONEST! United broke my trust. United need to update its message online and be honest - that they only care about profit during this pandemic!!"

Pros: "I love the economy plus section. The additional space between rows is much appreciated. The planes are great and the entertainment system is very good. The crew is very nice. The whole experience was very good."

Cons: "Late check in and takeoff because cleaning crew didn’t show up on time. Late landing because plane below was cleared to take off late. Didn’t receive instructional video until after takeoff because TVs wouldn’t work at first. Uncomfortable seating."

Pros: "The sits are a little stiff and doesn’t tilt back much but for the price I guess it’s what you get"

Cons: "the Seat was uncomfortable after an 8-hour flight. I have taken many 14+ hour flights to distant locations so I was surprised how quickly their seats caused discomfort."

Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

Cons: "I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."

Cons: "Upgraded to business class for flight home. I had aisle seat last row. Cart left in aisle to keep cabin class from constantly using the bathroom by the cockpit. But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Pros: "My flight was delayed where I would have missed my connection, customer service rebooked on another flight which got me to my final destination early. The upgrades and consistent service is handled very well."

Cons: "Flight attendant never smiled once. She got short with the lady in front of me. Just looked like she doesn't like her job. You could tell she didn't want to be there. I never did hear the Captain speak. The crew just seemed unfriendly to me. Service at the airport was great!"

Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Cons: "Flight delayed after boarding by 30 + minutes. Snack was not only meager but tasted stale. As my flight from LA was a bit late I didn't really have time to get something to take on the plane. The on board choices were expensive and not at all appealing. Beverage service was only twice. The plane was dirty I had trash in the seat pocket in front of me. The bathroom I used was awful. Trash on the floor toilet was dirty and it smelt bad. It was comparable to a train I took crossing Siberia in the 90,s. My flight to LA was delayed by 51/2 hours. I was given a voucher but after this experience not sure I will ever use it"

Pros: "I was late to get to airport-- the airport is small-- I hauled and managed to get checked in and got to gate 15 minutes before take off. There was no one at the gate door. I went to another gate and she tried to call the attendant at the door. She didn't respond because her phone was at the desk. I was frustrated I didn't get on while I could see she was talking with people at the gate and in the airplane-- but I should have been there earlier. That said-- she came out and was incredibly helpful-- she managed to get me on a flight only an hour after that one and I didn't miss my connecting flight."

Pros: "We were upgraded to seats with more room. After a 8+ hour flight before this one, it was welcome. We had to deal with the hurricane. After delays, the pilot filed a different flight plan. The gate people kept us updated and you had the feeling they were trying to get us to our destination. We left a couple hours late and had a very skillful landing into some pretty stiff winds but landed safely."
