After boarding the plane had to wait an hour at the for the copilot to show up before we could depart

There was overbooking that delayed boarding. Then an airport emergency lockdown that caused further delays in boarding. However the time was made up during flight and there was a minimal delay in landing. Everything else was excellent.
Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.
The cabin and bathroom experience was poor as the cabin and bathroom were dirty and showed signs of an older plane that had not been updated for Customer’s, comfort and health. There was gum on my seat when I arrived and dirt spots around the fan and light controls. The flight was almost entirely full, so there was no way I could be moved from my seat. Th bathroom had the peeling paint.
Wifi worked inconsistently; outlet to charge computer did not work.
Gate agent in LAS named Juliett should win an award for excellent customer service.
The staff and the boarding procedure were all amazing . The one flight was not equipped with WIFI which now adays seems odd. All in all the experience was good
Delayed - leaving, delayed getting to the gate at destination. What should have been a very easy flight and experience was not.
Plane arrived an hour before departure. Plane was completely boarded and ready for push back when they decided they needed to change a tire. 1 hour delay on the plane when this could have been done before we got on the plane.
Flights was great, service and transit support was outstanding - but the food was limited and of poor quality - only a snack on the first hour for 2 hours 1/2 leg. and a light breakfast on the second 4 hour leg.
The seats are very small, that is all the staff did a good job.
It was great. The staff is always helpful and polite. The app is great and makes the whole trip and process so easy. They even offer a step to step guide to your correct terminal. And they keep all the information you'll need updated. Anything you can think of! Great experience.
The employees seemed impatient with their guests. It seemed like they were giving us orders, instead of easily assisting. Our flight was delayed waiting on a flight attendant. It was alright.
We missed our connection flying back from the Middle Wast because we were misdirected by a United employee. We had purchased first class tickets, but had to need up taking a later flight that got us in to our destination at 1:00am after a long Internatinal flight and we had to sit in the back of the plane in cramped coach seats with little padding.
My easiest trip ever. Flights left on time, and came in a few minutes early. The flights weren’t full so it was very comfortable. Thank you United
Checking bag at terminal was horrible. No agents to check us in and only 1 kiosk working. Boarding went ok. Crew onboard was very scattered rained. Missed our row while serving and then didn’t see them hardly again.
A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight
