We were very late to take off, late exit plane, and luggage took a long time.

Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.

Reserved seats and yet did not get my original seat because someone else was seating in them and the crew member did not try to find out what was going on with the issue. My wife and I did get similar seats. This created concern and unnecessary issues.

We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.

Could have service kiosks, had to find a gate with an attendant

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.

I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

Smoothest landing ever, great flight. No window was a bummer, I checked seat guru but it didn’t say anything about 11a not having a window, but my wife and I had all three seats to ourselves and it was a night flight so no big deal.

Alexa provided her hand to help from the plane door until I could grab part of the interior to get to my seat

I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.
