On the return trip I was told that premium seats include a beverage and I didn't have to pay, so on my flight to LA not only did I pay EXTRA for a more spacious seat and was kicked and knocked the entire flight, but I then had to pay even more for a beverage. NOT impressed."

One flight even offered free check-in of bags that went all the way to our destination because of limited overhead compartment storage. Most flights were on time. We had one flight late and the person at the counter was able to get us on another flight so that we didn't miss our connection - this was stellar customer service."

We were so immersed in our conversation the trip felt like 5 minutes long. Neither of us were skinny miniies and cramped in those 'child-sized' seats made no difference, we so enjoyed our visit. When disembarking, there was a male attendant who said, and I paraphrase: This plane has exits both in front and in the back, you may choose whichever one you choose, but if exiting from the rear door, please be careful (and in light of our destination, I must caution you to DUCK.' Well, Eugene, OR? Ensued chuckles, Go Ducks! and much tittering. I complimented him on his sense of humor and myself said "Alaska Rocks!". Just sayin.... Lynne Ledingham, Alaska flight 2081G"

Flights were so turbulent there was no beverage service to or from Seattle. Flight attendant on Seattle to Eugene flight was texting on her phone while we were boarding and she would say hello without looking up. I've never seen such an amateurish enterprise in my life."

The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day."

Allowing people with children to board first and get off the plane first would make things better for all passengers. Planes are also outdated. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers."

Cons: "Uhh not boarding and then the pilot coming on and saying "whoops we have to deplane since the weather is bad." Really? Why not just delay boarding instead of putting everyone through that. Terrible experience"

Extremely annoyed that there was a blatant miscommunication. I did not end up going on the flight but was unable to get a refund which seems ridiculous given that there was text on the website explicitly saying this was their policy."

The seats were so small and tight and then we had to get off the plane and take all of our belongings and waited another 3 hours to get back on the plane after they had told us something was wrong with the plane. It was a horrible experience. And we received nothing for the inconvenience when I had to cancel my work day so I had no compensation and lost clients because of cancelling last minute on them."

Cons: "It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to 7:30 pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the 7:30 pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. 12:30 am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at 2:30 pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1,000 extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at 2:30 pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and 150 people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about 3:30 am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!"

Cons: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."

Needless to say we missed our connecting flight in New Jersey they shut the door and said we could not board, that's OK if that was the rules but what to do next was the problem, no one could seemingly help us.We had to walk around to find someone to help us to only be told that we can just get the next flight but we had to go to customer service to get re-ticketed which was making us missed even another flight the lines in customer service were extremely long and they were going extremely slow so I had to jump out of line and go to a gate in which someone help me get re-ticketed to catch the next flight. We were to have someone to meet us in London in which we had no way to connect with them to tell them we were going to be 2 to 3 hours late. Once we got on a flight the plane was clean, the seats were spacious enough for economy and the staff was friendly but coming through New Jersey was not what I would want to do again but I had a flight back coming through. The horror!"
