Pros: Boarded as soon as I arrived at the gate. Left and arrived on time. Happy, pleasant staff. Everything as expected or better.

There not enough room in the box for me to explain my experience but the ticket agent lied to me, said he couldn't take my bag until I got a paper receipt and boarding pass from a kiosk despite having had pre-paid for my bag and digital boarding pass. 25 mins wasted

Cons: All our chosen seats were disregarded the entire way from Munich back to Raleigh because the airline was switched to United. My family was separated on all flights, even though we chose seats over a month in advance.

Cons: Dallas Airport needs to get themselves together. Especially American Airlines through Dallas. I wouldn’t wish the AA Dallas experience on my worst enemy.... yet another fail for AA Dallas.

Pros: Plane had three delays. Apparently American mechanics are not allowed to strike so they have these fake or very slow mechanical issues.

Cons: Be on time. We missed our overseas connection and had to buy new tickets to Italy

Pros: The crew was great, the plane was clean and updated, the in-flight entertainment was good.

Cons: On both of my Alaska Airlines flights we took off later than scheduled, by over 15 minutes. It could have been due to the congestion at LAX. And the seats were comfortable if not a little cramped. I also wish we would have been offered adult beverages on my late flight into SFO -- helps for sleep.

Cons: A/c didn’t work in the plane. Departed 40 mins late. Seats were terrible and uncomfortable. Way too hot in the cabin.

Pros: There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat.

Cons: Seats in First Class were not as comfortable as I would expect. Hardly any padding in the back or in the armrests. Didn’t care for the food on either flight. Can’t you just serve some good ol’ Meat and potatoes with gravy, a plain vegetable and a roll?

Pros: Crew didn’t interact-but in all fairness it was only a 2 hr flight

Cons: Flight crew begging for good score/rating. They literally did nothing. No service. No nothing. Why would you get a 5 when you literally did nothing. Maybe a 3 at best. But pleading for a 5. Sorry. You get a 1

Cons: We waited in the plane on the tarmac for an hour. My boarding pass did not have a seat assignment, when I approached Alaska agents at the gate, they were rude and dismissive. Arrived late to LAX. Alaska offers free texting & entertainment while in the air it didn’t work with my iPhone.

Cons: Flight attendent looked tired and over worked. They were rushing to give service and collect trash before fi ishing meal. Flight attendent who served us, might be tired so she missed the entire row to serve and a other fmight attendent already started collecting trash. She went back and got us food

Cons: My flight was canceled twice and had to be rescheduled. United Airlines employees at the airport were not friendly and they were annoyed by having have to deal with rebooking.

Pros: Quick boarding. Nice crew. Newer clean plane.

Cons: No screens provided. You have to use your phone with the United app and that’s assuming you have headphones and they gave me ear buds but they don’t work for iPhones...so yeah.

Cons: DTW to FLL, plane was delayed coming from BOS to DTW 5 hours for BOS weather. The plane arrived & they announced they would turn it around ASAP. They started the boarding process & then stopped it stating that a crew member had timed out. Delayed hour to FIND one. Shortly after delayed overnight.

Cons: This flight, from San Francisco to Frankfurt, was fine. However, I then had a 7 hour layover in Frankfurt.. However, all worked out well, and they transferred my bag and I got there fine - just greatly delayed.
