Had a crying baby the whole flight. When we arrived at the gate we had to wait for the gangway.
We were making a move to Mexico from the U.S., and we were amazed at how pleasant the trip was. We had quite a few pieces of luggage, and everyone was extremely helpful. The crew and staff from both Delta and AeroMexico were great, and made our trip as easy as possible. Thanks to all!

I liked the direct flight from ORD-RSW. The plane was relatively new, clean, and in good shape. I didn’t like the two hour delay or the waiting an hour after we landed for my checked luggage. After a scheduled landing of 7:50 PM we didn’t head to our car until after 11 PM.
Traveling with face mask still sucks. No Booze on board, at least you can get a soda & pretzels again

As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service."

After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

Entertainment option with wide choice of live television was fine for flight and helped make flight go by fast. This was our first use of first class service, and we would consider it again. I was the only one in line and the "Customer Service" person was indignant and reminded me that i was the last person to sign in. I guess the last people to sign in, or maybe all people that sign in get treated with utter disrespect. I am 3 minutes late, Frontier is 3 hours and 45 minutes late and i am the one who gets treated with disrespect . Horrible!!!!! Inexpensive airline, NO they are a CHEAP airline that doesn't give a damn about its customers. I will be going to the internet, the Points Guys, the FAA, and to their corporate offices next. Although I won't be expecting a response from their corporate offices because the culture of CHEAP customer service starts at the top!"

Cons: "I took my 11 year old daughter for her first unaccompanied airplane trip to Florida today on Frontier Airlines. I paid for a window seat in the back row, which is where she wanted to sit and is also required to sit being unaccompanied. A few minutes after she boarded she texted me that a mom told her to move over so her kids could sit at the window seats (my daughters seat). My daughter of course just listened and moved over. I was livid. I told her to tell the flight attendant but she didn’t want to make a fuss over it. What was this flight attendant doing? She had to notice the seat assignment switch at some point. I do understand that she also has other responsibilities and can’t be a hawk over my daughter. Why wouldn’t she make them move to their own assigned seats when she did notice a seat change? I understand that another adult passengers can make a seat assignment switch but NOT a child. I am also fine with a flight attendant asking my daughter to move but not another passenger. It sounds like a bully just wanting the best for her kids at the expense of my daughter. I was a fury of no sleep (I work night shift)and pregnant (emotional) looking for help at the airport and there was no one to help me! I wasn’t allowed to leave the gate until the plane pushed back but the gate attendant had left before the airplane pushed back. I should have called my daughter and had her put the flight attendant on the phone but at the time the thought never crossed my mind. After the plane left I complained to the ticketing counter who told me they couldn’t do anything to help me and gave me a number for customer service. I was then on with customer service for at least 45 minutes. They weren’t rude but definitely didn’t have a response that was very caring. They asked me why my daughter didn’t speak up on the airplane. I said, “because she is 11 and listens to adults when they tell her to do something.” They said they would report my case/ complaint to the “back office” so this would “never” happen again and gave me back my money for my daughters checked bag of $45. I had to push them to give me back any sort compensation. At this point I didn’t want to make it about money... it didn’t seem right. This is about my daughter and her safety and the service I paid for her to have in my absence. So I took the $45 deal and got off the phone. I am still so angry. This was her first flight alone and she’s a little scared, a little sad, and then she has to give up the one thing that she was looking forward to on the flight. If something would have happened on the flight they wouldn’t even know what seat she was in! I don’t know if I will ever book flights with frontier again. The flight also left 40 minutes late without any given reason."

At 8:30 pm we departed. 2 hours into a 3-hour flight I happened to look out the window and noticed that I could see city lights, shopping centers, streets w/ lights and cars on the streets on both sides of the airplane.. we were not at 35,000ft but maybe 5,000ft. I was also aware that they were flying slower than the usual 400 +/-. My guess was we were only flying at 250 +/-. This flight mode continued the rest of the way into our destination airport. As we were taxiing into our assigned gate the flight crew came on over the intercom and announced that they were a little late and that there were 8 passengers who only had 10 minutes to make their connecting flight and asked that everyone on the plane please let these people go first on deplaning. OK, no problem. We stopped at the gate, turned off the engines, the 8 people got up and moved to the front of the plane, then they didn't open the door for almost 8 minutes. My wife and I will not be flying Frontier much in the future."

You can't afford to provide a coffee to your customers? I was in row 36 and there was MASS confusion as to which seats were in which row. The labels are not directly above the seats, so 15 to 20 people had to move around to get it right. The boarding zones make no sense either. I was in zone 1 and was in the isle seat. Shouldn't the zones load all window seats first, then center, then isle? Common sense has gone out the window. Won't be flying frontier again."

Also, your Everything-as-cheap-as-we-can -make-it policy is evident in seating, tray tables, well, in everything. I still can't believe you nickel and dime everyone with everything. Carry-on REALLY? And lastly, we had to wait for our luggage for over 1/2 hour! I will say the flight attendants were very polite and helpful. I'm sorry they have to work for you. Never again, Frontier!"

This was a delay and a wait all with a 7 month old child. no explanation as to why the plane was delayed almost 8 hours and they still try to get you to pay for food when on the plane? Absolutely ridiculous. Even though the plane ticket is initially cheaper, by the time you pay $40 per checked bag, "pay" for the hours of delay or cancellation and reschedule, stress that accompanies your feelings when flying frontier knowing how unreliable they are, it's not worth it. I would rather pay $150 more and know I'll arrive on time with little or no hassle. I won't be flying with them again if I can avoid it."
Cons: "The service, and delays were absolutely terrible. They switched gates on me 3 times, which in turn made me miss my flight. I then had to uber back fourth costing me $100 to get to and from the airport, when my friends dropped me off on time. I arrived 2 hours before my flight, and then it got delayed, then switched gates, then the lady at the desk told me that they were boarding at 410. I arrived at 409 at the wrong gate and to run to the other gate to board which was then 411 and they said they were departing at 410. Absolutely terrible. Never again."

Cons: "Glad you asked. I have always loved flying, however; the aircraft have now morphed into a large aluminum tube that is noisy, and most noticeable, very,very crowded. It will probably sound trivial,however, these days one barely has room to fold a newspaper OR enjoy a snack on those 4 by 8 in. metal trays on the seatback in front you. You know---------- this the first time I have ever been so critical of a flight of any kind. I just hope I don't see the day when they have everyone stand in the plane so that they can get more into it. I fear the true pleasure of flying has gone out the (pardon me) window."

If you are in the habit of taking a carry-on when you travel (like most of us do), add another $80 charge to your round trip ticket. The only free drink on the plane is water. Soft drinks are $2, chips/peanuts/munchies are $2 and so forth! All window and isle seats are another $20-40 upcharge. I chose not to pay upcharge for an economy seat and ended up in a middle seat towards the tail of the aircraft! By the time I paid for my carry-on and premium seat on the return flight, my trip became as expensive as business class but got a very bottom deader service! Avoid this airline!"

Pros: "Crew was amazingly friendly both flights! The whole process seemed very nice and quick. I would DEFINITELY fly Frontier again in the US. Also, this is silly, but the tray tables are very cute. They are tiny (1/2 or 1/3 the size of a 'typical') and metal-ish; while not large, they are also not wobbly like on many other aircraft. I liked that there was no TV in front of me or controls in my seat; because usually I turn it off anyway but it still looks ugly and all the extra crevices in 'nicer' seats get filthy and disgusting. I did not feel grossed out by this aircraft, which is really cool."
Cons: "Obviously, it's really tiny and uncomfortable. I knew that going in and paid for an aisle seat, otherwise I would have been totally miserable. I would recommend doing that, and also NOT having stuff you need to put under the seat in front of you, because then you'll just squish yourself in more. I was fine and got both sleep and some writing done, but I did see others struggle."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled due to weather. No delay. No reschedule. I got online for a refund. The final box of the refund form asked for a "Frequent Flyer Number".-something I was never given. So I had to call customer support. After dancing my way around the ridiculously confusing hotline BS, I finally got put on hold to speak to a real human, who suprisingly spoke english. It literally took 38 mintues for someone to answer the phone. This happened yesterday. I still havent recieved anytime of confirmation that im getting my money back. Pay the extra bucks, and dont fly with this company."

Cons: "Baggage check-in had one very long line. I waited 40 minutes to simply check my bags. My two small bags were expensive to check (compared with other airlines). After all expenses there were no savings over other airlines (other airlines with better service and better jets). Frontier has NO TSA PRE CHECK PROGRAM!!! Initial flight it was a big nuisance, return flight it was even worse. The security line was at least a 2 hour wait. The Frontier flight in the gate next to us left without 25+ passengers because they were still in line at security. The flight: this was the roughest most frightening flight I've encountered. I found myself having to calm down the passenger next to me. We arrived 40 min late. Return trip: my luggage didn't appear and I had to file paperwork at the ticket desk on another floor. The 2 pieces of luggage were found and delivered to me 3 days after. Case closed. I don't mind the no-frills interior & seats that don't recline. I can bring my own snacks and beverages. But this airline disregards the value of my time."

Cons: "I had to pay $45 for a small carryon, which I've never ever paid for a carryon all the times I've flown. I purposely did not pack a luggage to save cost. $45 is more than I would have paid for luggage with American and carryons are free. The seats didn't recline and there was very little leg room. I paid $200 for my ticket not including my carryon fee which was so unexpected, then if i wanted a drink, that was an extra charge. Are you kidding me? This was my first time flying frontier and I was disappointed."
Pros: "Absolutely no issue with the flight. The boarding went very smoothly and the flight itself was flawless,. We even landed 15 minutes earlier than projected. Staff on the plane were efficient and pleasant. Pretty standard flight attendants doing what they do."

Luckily I was in an aisle seat with a small child next to me so I had elbow room. The trays are ridiculous! Roughly the size of an ipad. Can barely hold a glass and a soda can. Forget about putting your laptop on it. The flights are cheap - but that is because you pay extra for everything. They charge for bags whether you carry on or check them and it's double the price at the gate if you don't pay at booking, charge for choosing your seat at booking, charge for all refreshments and food on the flight - only thing complimentary is a glass of water."

I told the attendant why did she choose this row when there are so many open seats. She was rude and said - this is the seat I have chosen and that is final. The mad DID NOT pay like I did to pick his seat. He just banked on getting a randomly selected good seat or the attendant to help get a new seat. WHY DID I PAY EXTRA when other can just choose their own seat. This makes no sense and was the last straw for me for Spirit. They nickel and dime you - but it really doesn't matter."

Cons: "Baggage fees for a carry on were ridiculous. $57 for a regular carry on to store in the overhead bin. With gas prices falling to record lows, why do airlines still charge these additional fees? Oh, I guess we're used to paying them, so let's not stop now. For my carry on to fly with me, it cost about 20% of the total fare. The percentage of total fare price would be much higher, but my particular flight was $259. If I had flown into Ft Lauderdale instead of Ft Myers, the fare would have been $103, making the baggage fee over 50% of the total cost...this should be looked into."
Cons: "I specifically bought a suitcase that met Spirit's personal bag requirements. In fact, it was a little under the airline's 18/14/8 dimensions. My bag is 17/13/7 and I did not have to pay for a carry-on in Fort Myers. However, after bringing the SAME suitcase with the same amount of stuff in it to Baltimore, I had to pay $65 at the gate on my return flight back to Florida. I would have gladly paid $40 online for a carry-on if my suitcase was over the personal bag requirements; however, I followed the requirements and it was not. I bought a bag based on the airline's stated dimensions. Clearly, there is no way for me to tell whether or not it fits in their sizer box before I arrive at the airport. Online it says the dimensions include wheels and handles, but it did not say the personal bag had to fit into the sizer box upright. No where on Spirit's site does it say a personal item is not considered a suitcase either. Had I been able to put my suitcase in on its side, it would have fit without a problem. This airline is misleading their customers, and, frankly, what happened to me is bullshit. Baltimore also took 10-15 minutes to search my bag and never offered me an explanation. At all. I thought that was very and uncalled for. The ticket agent at the Spirit boarding counter in Fort Myers was also incredibly rude. The woman did not appear to be in a good mood and it was clear she did not want to be there. However, I do not think she should have taken it out on the airline's customers. In short, I will never fly with Spirit again."
Pros: "The crew was very polite and professional. The in flight experience was fantastic excluding my lack of comfort. A seat in front of me remained reclined the entire time during take off and descent. It was unacceptable and it limited my leg room completely."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed several hours and the "apology" given was a $50.00 voucher. I wasn't impressed because frankly after that experience I am not excited to fly Spirit again. As a busy professional, my time is valuable. This trip was a vacation and I lost essentially an entire day of my vacation due to the delays. We paid the additional money for advanced boarding which was never called at the gate. We were later told that this was included with "handicap and people needing assistance." There should be a requirement to call those with advanced boarding. We do not need assistance and therefore did not know to board early. I was very disappointed in my experience with spirit."

I waited in the lobby for an hour and went bag at 2:35 mentioned what happen and the guy told the women helping me after giving me a dirty look he would do me a favor and let me check-in. Then I went thru security to the gate. Just don't get it and why it's my fault. Thought was totally unnecessary guess he had a bad day. Lol. Ok I vented."

A few minutes more and, by law, we would have been de-planed. Nobody likes long hours on a stopped plane. Flight attendant Cindy is a problem waiting to happen. She seemed to have an authority issue. She instructed us to remain on carpet and out of galley-flight attendant area she said. I did that and she still asked me and another passenger to move. "Standing near my doorway scares me" she said. I also heard her reprimand mothers with children very un-professionally. Not very nice table manners."
Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 hours. The connecting plane then left without several passengers that were headed to Seattle. We were not notified that the flight was leaving without us. The employees were extremely rude and showed no remorse that we missed our flight because of their delay. We were given no options, just told we would have to deal with it. They refused to refund our flight or help with finding us a different flight home. We slept on the floor of the airport until the next day and took a different airline home. I will never fly this airline again. Their service is dispicable."
Cons: "My flight to LAX was delayed due to tech problems. Staff lied and said it was weather, found out later from pilot it wasn't. Missed my connecting int'l flight, had to pay $450 out of pocket. Spirit doesn't want to reimburse and instead offered $50 voucher. $50?? That is how much they charge for 1 bag. Ridiculous. My first experience with Spirit and may be the last unless they reimburse me. In LAX they make you check in "online" on a kiosk (presumably to save you time), then make you wait in line for another hour to drop your bag off. WTH? What's the point of that charade? Worst check-in experience of my life. This airline won't last long if they treat people this way. Their own staff appeared miserable and on the verge of homicide or suicide. No wonder."
Pros: "The flight was fine, attendants were excellent. Very efficient boarding. I wasted much of the day before and day of the flight trying to print a boarding pass. Difficult to get to site and then they wouldn't accept my password and then didn't send the password I needed to change it. It was extremely frustrating. When I checked in at the kios I was warned that if my bag didn't fit in the bin I would be charged $100 at the gate. I was a1/2 inch too wide so I paid the $55 and found that people were boarding with big backpacks and not paying. My bag fit easily under the seat. Can this money be redeemed?"

Second,gates 37&38 have a SMALL TSA checkpoint causing line confusions between entry to TSA and ticketing. Last the seating area cannot hold the passengers put in there, not enough seats,not enough toilets,no public water fountain, All these have me considering a complaint to the fire marshal and the health dept. The area is a hazard Pack your planes BUT not public areas"

Cons: "On both outbound and return flight I could not print my boarding pass. First your website made me change passwords, which was frustrating b/c the process did not work the first few times. Then I could not print my boarding pass, it just said "loading something awesome". It was not awesome to try several times and never print the boarding pass. So I arrive at the airport and they told me the flight was oversold and that I should have printed my boarding pass earlier. This occurred on both departing as well as returning flights."

Cons: "My flight on Friday evening (Flight 510 I believe) was badly delayed due to the inbound aircraft being grounded in LA which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. In hopes of remedying the situation I tried calling Spirit Airlines directly (about 2.5 hours before departure) but the only advice they would give me was to go to the ticketing counter at the airport anyway and see what they say. What is the point of having a phone line if no one will give you advice? Anyway, I went to the airport and ticketing counter and they too were not helpful. All they said to me was we can reimburse you or give you a credit towards another flight at a later time. They didn't talk to me about other flights I could take with them to get me to my destination. They didn't discuss partnering airlines that could help. They seemed entirely disinterested in me. So much so that they began hanging holiday decorations in front of me. I want to point out that at no point was anyone rude to me, they were just unable to help with anything and didn't seem like they wanted to try. I will not be flying with Spirit Airlines again."

Cons: "Let's start with your website, which never functioned -- except to book my ticket. 30 minutes and numerous tries to get a seat, to pay for a carry on bag & the same "unable to process at this time" response. When I called, the gentleman lacked strong English as a second language skills -- and that ordeal took another 25 minutes. Nice as can be, but really struggled to figure out HOW to keep my seats, which were showing blocked + couldn't tell if the charge was processed. Then there's the lack of participation in the TSA Program, which means having to unpack three computers and ALL liquids... The cattle call boarding process -- even when you pay the upcharge. And the kinda crummy/dirty waiting area at LAX, from going through security so early -- to make sure I didn't miss my flight. The seats so lack support, I work up with a horrible back ache. Definitely bring a blanket or firm pillow -- if you have ANY back issues, which I don't. It's a start up airline, and they charge for everything but oxygen. So if you don't want to carry on, you don't mind the almost freight plane experience... This is probably a pretty good deal. AND they fly direct to Cleveland, which is always a good thing."

Even desktop was difficult. - Didn't have access to printer for my return flight, saved photo of boarding pass to my phone (works on other airlines), but wasn't able to check in with just the picture. Had to return to ticket desk to get ticket all the way across the airport. (7 months pregnant...annoying) - Of the 6 or so kiosks in CLE, only 2 were working. Desk agents were just standing there not helping. - Seats don't recline, plane is tight and uncomfortable. - Overall, bad airline, bad service, will never fly Spirit again. Scam artists with their nickel and diming."
Cons: "Where do I begin? The price seemed reasonable until I arrived and they charged me $55 to CARRY-ON my bag. Would have been $55 to check it but I was afraid they would lose it. Then boarding the plane there was a sign saying "FIT CREW: We have the youngest crew of any airline". To me that says age discrimination and also inexperience. When I finally sat down, there was trash on my seat and also facial oil on the window. It was clear that they did not clean between flights. Sitting down, my seat was broken and reclined every time I leaned against it. I had a child about 5 years old behind me that was disturbing everyone in our area and the flight attendant never addressed the situation with their parent. When the child was slamming their tray up and down on the back of my seat, a stranger finally said something. Also, don't expect to even get water for free. $3 a pop! The landing was also extremely rough. Needless to say, I will never fly this airline again!"
Cons: "My return flight was oversold, so they wouldn't give me a boarding pass, then said I wasn't due any compensation because I didn't have a boarding pass. Supervisor in Cleveland was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in all my years of flying. So I had to stay another day. I had my child car seat in a plastic bag and it came back with the bag shredded, black marks on the seat and soaked."

Cons: "Absolutely terrible in all other respects. After delaying the flight for 20 minutes or so (due to "maintenance issues"), the employee came on and said that the flight was cancelled. Not that Spirit would bring a new plane so we could all still fly out. Not that they would be taking a little longer to fix the issue. No, just that it was cancelled. Then, when the herd of people went to the ticket counter to get new flights or refunds, no one was there for about 30 minutes. When they finally arrived, they were unwilling to compensate for my $30 taxi ride. And they were generally unkind and unhelpful. This is unacceptable; I will not book Spirit again. Thank you for your understanding."
Pros: "One lady was the only help in Fort Lauderdale out of every single part of our round trip."
Cons: "Showed up almost an hour early to Cleveland airport to fly to another state. The lady tried telling us we missed our trip because she made us go to the kiosk to only get denied by the kiosk and having to go back to her for her to deny us until we flipped out making her realize it's her fault. Charged us extra for carry on baggage because the checked baggage "wouldn't make it." Writing that in a note that we were late...even though it was her fault we were. Our tickets were 218 dollars each we ended up paying 200 dollars for our baggage because you have to pay for both trips which is another round trip ticket to Florida because the lady never told us in Cleveland that we had to buy both ways. Everything on the plane to order was a cost not even water was complimentary. On the way back we got to the airport two hours early to find no one at the counter to help us at the gate...she showed up only about 30 minutes before we boarded, real professional...but we cut our vacation by an hour and a half because we "have to come 90 minutes ahead" to find none of the spirit crew members to be even present. Everything was inconvenient with this airline and not pleasant. Only positive was a lady in Fort Lauderdale that helped us figure out our luggage and did what she could to save us a bit of money. We will never take this airline again."
Cons: "What I did not like was that the seats were extremely uncomfortable, they would not lean back and they also had very little cushion. I also did not like that there are no complimentary items for the passengers (I know that's one of Spirit's thing however when I cant even get a water cup I find that bad). As well everything on their menu is overpriced. I also did not like that fact that they have more hidden fees than any other airline out there. I was charged almost three different amounts to carry on my bags (I had layovers as well as other flights with Spirit). I had to pay more to bring my bags with me than it was for my tickets. I also feel like Spirit (although upfront ticket price is cheap) will fly at the most inconvenient hours or ways (meaning lots of layovers, long ones at that, or leaving at late/early hours). I did not enjoy this airline and I feel sorry for whoever gets stuck flying with them."
Pros: "Nothing...the entire experience was the most terrible flying experience."
Cons: "From the start...I walked up to the counter (first time flying Spirit) and the girl working the counter was on her cell on Facebook or texting, she immediately had an attitude. I said, how's your day, she wouldn't even look at me, she said 'fine' and wouldn't ask me about mine...she said 'give me your license...put your bag on the scale'...the she said something and I couldn't understand her and when I said, Jm sorry what did you say, she says slowly and really loudly in a condescending manner...after all this I say...I'm sorry, is there something wrong...and she said 'the moment you walked in here you disrespected me so I'm gonna disrespect you back' - that was the beginning first impression of your airline...I've never written a comment to an airline...this I can't stop thinking about. I was treated, the moment we walked in there, like we treated people terribly and I must confess I can't stop thinking about it and it's not the way we are. The immediate blame placed on us was unfounded and unfare...this is not a bad day for someone...this is an attitude and one that is Cleary approved of by the company. The sad part is, when we share our experience, anyone we talked with had the exact same one."
Pros: "I flew Round-Trip LAX-CLE-LAX. Flight from CLE to LAX left on time and even arrived about 40 minutes ahead of schedule."
Cons: "I flew Round-Trip LAX-CLE-LAX. Flight from LAX to CLE was almost 3 hrs. delayed & we could not get a straight answer as to why. My biggest complaint is this airline needs to be much more transparent about the ACTUAL cost of flying w/ them versus what they advertise! It is ridiculous to have to pay $55.00 each way for a carry-on! For that same additional $110.00 I could have flown on a better airline that didn't have hidden fees, didn't try to check my carry-on at a higher rate & then get upset when I made them fix the error, didn't stick me in a cramped flying cattle car (more or less) with tiny seats that didn't even recline. The counter agents at LAX were helpful & friendly but not so at CLE. The agent there seemed very annoyed & was the one making the aforementioned error. I will NOT fly this airline again & wouldn't be surprised to see them go out of business."
Cons: "4.5 hour delay with no explanation, boarding staff were disorganized, sloppy. They boarded flight without scanning boarding passes. Once we were boarded they discovered that three people had boarded with a different destination. It was horrible. When you make people wait over 4 hours you shouldn't also charge them for water."

Cons: "Rude staff when checking in. Delayed from 730a to 11a. Thought it was due to weather turns out it was spirit software having issues. Ridiculous. Day ruined. When finally landed (which was the oddest land I've ever experienced) there was not a gate ready and luggage took 20+ min to wait on. Took a gamble on spirit. Knew everything costs extra but my gosh what a rip off. Won't return to spirit unless they change process."

Cons: "Wait time to board flight. Understandable for flight delays due to weather or mechanical problems ( to be taken care of in a timely manner). Not only did both of these issues play into flight departure, but also a 2 hr. delay waiting for a pilot. Pilot arrives we are all anxious to board plane. Seated and ready to go and pilot announces another slight delay, now waiting for a co-pilot. One hour later, still strapped in and ready for take off, the co-pilot boards plane. Needless to say, approx. 3 hours after scheduled departure we are finally in the air. Arriving at 2:30 am made it tough for pick-up arrangements."
Cons: "Well lets put it this way we get to the airport early like they say you should.Then check in bags prepaid then go through TSA to get to your gate everything looks good.We get something to eat take our time go back to gate to find out plane has been delayed from 11:55 to 12:53 ok no problem it happens sit around half hour go check again and delayed again 12:53 to 1:53 so now your thinking WOW now we understand why Spirit has the WORST COMPLAINTS then any other airlines. BUT YOU STILL CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING ALL SEATS, BOARDING PASSES, ALL BAGS INCLUDING CARRY ON BAGS.Under stand low rates but come on give us a break FYI last year different AIRLINE and 17 inches of snow on ground and left on time no problems , and NO EXTRA FEES just to sit on the plane, so you tell us should was the cheap rate worth it......Our time is JUST AS IMPORTANT as your airline.....and maybe if we HADN'T felt we'd been lied to about fee s the delay wouldn't have been so bad....."
Cons: "I was seated next to 2 people who were clearly very ill as they were wearing masks covering their nose and mouth and exhibited numerous symptoms. I asked to be reseated but there were no other seats. Within 12 hours I came down with a terrible stomach flu and have been vomiting and diarhea nonstop for the last 12 hours. I have never been this sick in my life. The airlines should do a better job protecting people from other sick people in such proximity. I have an important job interview Monday which I will undoubtedly miss as a result and have never felt this bad"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed about two hours. I was informed at 4:30am that the 7:30am flight was on time. When I arrived at the airport at 5:45am the board indicated the flight was delayed."
Pros: "If you are flying Spirit, never book through CAR RENTALs .com, ACE Car Rentals charges you an upfront feeof $300 for pet damages. They were helpful but also not located at airport and that took alot of time out of my vacation just getting to their location by shuttle. I would recommend if you fly Spirit that you have a ton of patience and money. They charge for EVERYTHING. There were many upset people at Ft. Meyers aiprort."
Cons: "I had to check in and pay for my personal baggage going, and coming back I did not have to pay for it as it should had been in the first place. It was a small rolling tote around bag with my personal items."
Pros: "You can't find a better bargain than this airline. Yea that don't offer the in-flight amenities like peanuts and pop (free) but who cares."
Cons: "The only flights that were delayed out of Cleveland were Sprit flights. We were 1.5 hours late and I didn't receive an email notification. Just before we left home we got an email from Kayak that said the flight was on time."
Cons: "We were a half hour late in boarding and no explanation was given until we actually started boarding. A simple explanation would have gone a long way for considerate customer service."
Pros: "No food or entertainment. Seats do not recline. Otherwise crew and flight very good."
