I had a seat that would not recline.

Flight randomly cancelled last minute.. my choices were to fly out/land really late in the evening, or choose a different layover a day later. Inconvenient.

Everything was great except the hour delay.

The boarding process was chaotic and haphazard. The unloading of the baggage was slow and frought with issues (frantic small women attendants trying to handle the oversized baggage and having jamming of the baggage belt).

Cons: "Was in seat 16A and got bumped to 12E. If you know Delta aircraft, that's exit row window, for the EC (more legroom) but middle. The problem is that nothing can compete with the exit row for leg room and being crammed between two guys isn't an upgrade either. Plus, due to proximity, got sick. And the flight was delayed leaving - due to the late arrival from ATL (Delta HQ) which had a power outage. And no video entertainment. No meals."

More importantly, the fact that I checked-in with seat 14 and ended-up, seemingly randomly, in seat 28 (the back of the plane) when I had SPECIFICALLY selected a seat in the FRONT section of the plane. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers..."

Worst airline experience of my life, depending on how the rest of my “customer service” experience goes I may never fly american airlines again.

Cons: "Paid $330.00 +/- for a one way ticket. Some how i messed up on the date and had it for 8/3/18 instead of 8/2/18. Had to pay an additional $500 + for the change. I understand that the fault didn't lie with AA, however, the rate for changing the ticket borders on the ridiculous. I have to travel quite a bit as of late for work, I am doing all i can to Avoid using American. There were others on the flight that paid for first class that didn't pay as much as me and i was stuck in boarding group 6. It really feels as though American is only in it for the dollars, not the customer service."

Why did you say you could check the bags through, then? 3. The long, ridiculous AA boarding process consisting of 9 groups and 2 short lanes, taking about 20 minutes to get 30 people outside. 4. 30 people wander around outside on the tarmac, trying to find a sign for Albuquerque. 5. BAGGAGE HANDLERS tell some of the passengers that the planes have been switched, and we should now board the plane marked Flagstaff. 6. Gate agents come outside, receive information from -- again -- BAGGAGE HANDLERS -- and then tell everyone to go back inside. 7. Once inside, gate agents tell passengers they have no idea what is going on, where they will be departing from, or when. 8. Gate agents tell passengers to go through the (long, ridiculous) boarding process a second time, and get on the second plane on the left. 9. A couple of PASSENGERS remind the gate agent that the baggage handlers specifically said that plane was not going to Albuquerque. 10. Gate agents change their minds, and tell passengers to get on a different plane. 11. We finally get on the damn plane."

They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

Crew was professional. I liked the captain giving us occasional updates.

Everything was actually very good except for the fact that they delayed the flight 3 times for a total of 4 hours when the flight was supposed to be at 8:30pm. So that made for an extremely late landing (2.5 hour flight), and if we had the wrong rental car company, we would have missed our rental checkout time.

Cons: "Allegiance staff at Check-in staff are very rude AMD full of themselves, instead of explaining they expect every traveler know policies of allegiant, there are no boarding pass scanners and to print for you they want $5 if not they force to download their app so that you can get the boarding pass that can be read by TSA scanners ridiculous!!"

Very rudely. The attitude in some of the flight attendants is wrong !!! You work in customer service help find solutions don't create problems."

Cons: "You cancelled my flight when I was in chicago to cincinnati United did not offer me anything no hotel, money back nothing and I had to be somewhere very important I didn't have my thing because it was in my suitcase which i didn't get till sunday. Ended up renting a car and driving the rest of the way. Never offer anything to help me. Then United messed up my plane ticket on my way back home almost miss my flight."

Cons: "Flight to Denver was supposed to leave from Albuquerque at 9:55. Screen said flight was on time. No rep at desk and screen changes to Houston and only way we found out our flight was delayed because the plane was diverted to Durango is because another passenger called United. Finally at a quarter till 11am the screen at the gate changed back to Denver but still said 9:55am departure flight on time but united's website stated flight delayed till 11:55am. Upon return to Albuquerque from Denver bag was not on my flight so I had to hang out in Albuquerque although, I live an hour away because I have prescription meds in my checked bag I need to take 4 times daily. Would not fly United again"

Cons: "The temperature on the plane was so cold that ice was falling on passengers throughout the flight from the vents. I chose coffee for my in-flight beverage to warm up, but the flight attendants did not have lids available to offer. As you can imagine, that didn't end well on a turbulent flight."

Cons: "We took off late due to mechanical problems and I think the practice of allowing first class passengers to board first and then get in the way of other people trying to board later is inefficient."

Cons: "In the Denver airport one of the wheelchair pushers let me stranded. The airline staff came to my rescue and got me to the restrooms and down the ramp to the airplane to Albuquerque."
Cons: "The snack food was the worst I've ever had on any flight. It was some kind of Asian-style snack and I almost gagged. Never had a snack on a plane I couldn't eat until now."

Cons: "We pushed out from the gate and then had to return to the gate to pick up tardy passengers. Allowing them to board and then prepare to depart again took approximately 1 hour which is an inexcusable delay."

Cons: "The flight was fine. Overall, the experience of flying on Frontier leaves me with a feeling of constantly being nicked and dimed. From charging for carry on bags to a fee for a drink during the flight, the seemingly initial lower fare price is not so."

Cons: "Seats seem smaller than normal, they have no padding, they don't recline. I always seem to get stuck in a middle seat and I'm a large man, maybe it's coincidence but I seem to get stuck between other large men. Can't beat the price though."

We were also delayed over an hour because they had to convince 5+ people to switch to a later flight... They offered $600 towards future travel. I didn't take it because I never want to fly with them again."

Pay for your seat (not just an upgrade, your actual seat after paying for the flight), pay for any beverage or snack, pay for carry on (not a personal item). I absolutely should have looked up the extra fees before the day of the flight, it was just funny how the ticket seemed so cheap at booking only to find all of this out after booking."

Cons: "Landed early at DIA - Denver. 15 minutes early or so but no gate was available so sat on tarmac for over 30 minutes which in turn made us late. Then it took over an hour to get our bags from Cincinnati. They had over 10 flights on one baggage belt. Then after waiting they moved us to a different one. It made me about 2 hours late to get where I was going."
Pros: "Check in, ok as I had preprinted passes... but that was a pain as no lo al printer. No smart phone app . Met several pilots prior to boarding, who provided cards of different animals, to us so we could share. These cards had animal pictures similar to those painted on Frontiers planes. Nice touch."
Cons: "Felt that everything ala cart pricing. Weather around denver tur ed a 3 hour flight to a 7 hour ordeal. Seats were ok for 3 hours... much longer became tedious. Weather caused landing at alternate airport, with a 2 hour wait on tarmac. We were not only plane impacted or diverted by weather. ... so not all the airlines fault. Just a full day work plus 8 hours travelling when only expected 4."
