More importantly, the fact that I checked-in with seat 14 and ended-up, seemingly randomly, in seat 28 (the back of the plane) when I had SPECIFICALLY selected a seat in the FRONT section of the plane. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers..."

Worth $40.00 or more extra to get friendly service."

I nearly canceled the trip. I reboarded and made my connection with 10 minutes to spare. Also, my destination (Greenville) was only 90 miles from Charlotte, the connecting airport (unbeknownst to me). AA should have offered the option of driving to my destination."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful."
Cons: "I was advised by customer service agent over the phone that it would only cost me $100 for an extra bag on my flight and that it would remain the same whether i paid it online or at the airport. However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way."

Finally at a quarter till 11am the screen at the gate changed back to Denver but still said 9:55am departure flight on time but united's website stated flight delayed till 11:55am. Upon return to Albuquerque from Denver bag was not on my flight so I had to hang out in Albuquerque although, I live an hour away because I have prescription meds in my checked bag I need to take 4 times daily. Would not fly United again"

Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."

The desk clerks were rude on every encounter."

The flight attendant just says "he can't sit in the isle". I asked her where would you like him to go? She says "not in the isle". A 2nd attendant was able to move me to a front row where there was space for him to sit on the floor in front of me."

Pull this aircraft out of service and fix the temperature!!!"

I believe it is very selfish on United part. because passengers were not on a time clock everybody else was it was very uncomfortable nothing to drink needed to use the bathroom it was held very unprofessional I would appreciate have my flight money back or A free flight to try to earn your trust again ✈️"

Then, the agent printed out my luggage tags 8 or 9 times before she finally sent me to another agent to print it correctly. I paid extra to sit in the legroom seats (1F). When I boarded, it turns out I was reassigned to 5F with no explaination. Cramped seating with my knees against the seat in front of me and the seats do not recline. I will be requesting a refund for the extra fee paid. I understand, you get what you pay for, but I was disappointed."

Absolutely never flying with this horrible airline ever again."

It was impossible for me to sleep during my 3 1/2 hour flight to Las Vegss. Each bag you brought must be paid for whether it was checked or carry on. My original ticket price was $241. With the $60 bag fee and $16 additional seat fee ( I did not reserve one on the way home, so there was no additional charge for that direction). My total was $317. I would have preferred a larger airline with reclining chairs and free movies."

I was asked to move seats because frontier messed up a family's seating assignment. Then when we arrived in Denver we sat in the plane for almost an hour because our gate wasnt available for our plane because we were late. I will NEVER fly frontier again. Terrible experience. I want my money back."

We were late landing in Columbus as a result. Also, on the return flight, we somehow arrived an hour early and then had to sit on the tarmac again for close to an hour before we could get off the aircraft. This was a terrible experience with Frontier."

Cons: "I am very concerned with the staff of Frontier as how they could let not one, but two passengers on their flight who are CLEARLY past the legal limit of being intoxicated. I had two passengers, mother and daughter, who were in front, and beside me who were stumbling while walking to their seats, had slurred speech, and absolutely reeked of alcohol. I had made a point to one of the flight attendants about it, they did not do anything more than shrug it off, and then not only did I point that out, they went ahead and served them more alcohol 20 minutes later into the flight! More specifically two Coors and two small bottles of Vodka for the woman sitting next to me, and a Coors for the woman in front. They were causing me discomfort by making their drunken jokes, but the woman next to me made no due regard to personal space (which I get the airline at that point cannot control). However, the woman to my side had been alot less touchy-feely prior to receiving more alcohol. Not to mention I had paid the extra money for the assigned seats, which were added on to our total charges, but suddenly disappeared when I received my itinerary online. I will never book through this agency, or fly Frontier again."

Pros: "My 'one stop flight ' going turned out to be a 24 hour layover at the stop. No adequate explanation was provided to me or the 30 others stuck there. We were put up at a motel and most of us had no toothbrush, comb, or diapers and baby formula to get us thru the next day. A vacation day is precious. Staff gave erroneous information. The flight back was uneventful except that we waited at the gate for 45 minutes and then moved to another gate. This airline charges for everything, even a beverage."

Pros: "Check-in went quickly and all personnel very courteous. I was assigned a middle seat and when I requested a window seat on the return flight, they were very accommodating. The cabin was very clean and the flight crew very professional and friendly. Both flights were on time, I might add. Would definitely choose Frontier for my next flight."

As a former stewardess and ticket agent I am very picky!!!! I loved my jobs with the airline and had great fun with the passengers/customers while giving good service. Lots of KUDOS to all the Frontier people that I came in contact with. Will fly with you again. I swore I would never fly Spirit again after they left us in the New Orleans airport which closed without food or drinks with my two small children. But since I was flying solo to see a dying family member I decided to give them a third shot since they had the best fare a flight options for my needs. Still Leary about flying Spirit with my family. Thanks for getting me there and back, this time.

This flight was not full so we were able to get some space. I slept well enough through most of the flight. I used my iPad to watch Netflix I downloaded. All in all, I wouldn’t complain about the flight. It went well.

Cons: "I understand that MASKS are required. But making toddlers wear a mask on the phone is just TOO MUCH!! It's hard enough trying to make sure they wear a jacket and keeping their coat on or shoes but making sure their mask is on as well the whole plane ride. How can us parents relax on the plane when we have to keep checking our toddler to make sure he/she mask is still on their face. It's very uncomfortable for them and they are too young to understand why they have to wear them and they are sitting for hours. Spirit should loosen up the mask rule for toddlers. I think if they are under the age of 6 they shouldn't wear a mask. 6 and older they are capable of understanding what's going on and being able to keep their mask on their face but expecting a toddler too (2,3, and 4 year olds). Is not happening. If they are uncomfortable they will take them off and we are supposed to relax on the plane not play mask police and make sure their mask stays on their face the whole flight. They will get annoyed and start having fits because they don't want it on and doesn't understand. COVID"

Then before we were booking they announced the flight was overbooked by 4 people. That added another time 10 minutes. Then when we’re on the plane it took another 20 minutes for paperwork that wasn’t done correctly. So with no weather issues my scheduled flight at 8 am didn’t take off until 10:55 am."

Missed connecting flight. As I booked a flight from MGA to BOS I did not notice the short connecting time. I missed the flight to BOS because there was not enough time to transfer. I did nothing except go through immigration and transfer my bags. The immigration lines were long but not incredibly so. One hour is simply not enough time to transfer here. About 5 or 6 other passengers also missed their connecting flights who were on the MGA to FLL leg. These flights should either come with a warning or they should not be sold."
