Pros: The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot

Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.

Cons: TV controls didn’t work. So I couldn’t watch anything for the 4+ hour flight.

Pros: For the price you can overlook some of the discomforts.

Cons: The layover was very long over 9hours. On line bag check was not working and had to pay full counter price.

Pros: Travel from ISP to MYR was so convenient. I wish Frontier would offer these flights year round and not just seasonal.

Cons: Not much to dislike. Flight going to MYR was delayed an hour but isn’t any different than other airlines that have flight delays. No airline has a perfect record.

Cons: Long wait on the cold jetbridge for our carryon baggage, tight quarters on the plane

Cons: This flight seems to be frequently delayed waiting on the inbound aircraft from SFO to CVG

Pros: Access to entertainment online with the app was good. Good customer service. Nice memorable suit case tag gifts for the inaugural flight. Friendly staff.

Pros: The food was remarkably good for a US airline. The wine was good as well. I found enough video material to entertain me throughout the long flight, although I would have liked a decent classical music program.

Cons: I had to ask for a pillow and when I did not take the blanket becaue it was comfortable I had made a mistake. It was VERY chilly in the last third of the flight and there was no way to locate personnel, or even a call button in the darkened plane to ask for one.Finally I climbed up on my seat (short people cannot reach the overhead bins on this plane) to get my coat out of the overhead bin and passed the last hours bundled up in that. While water was passed out frequently, collecting cups and bottles, not to mention the remnants of the snack or meals was not high on the priority list and eventually we were sitting in a trash pile. Bravo for having luggage available as soon as we got through customs!

Pros: Free tv to distract me from my state of misery

Cons: Unpacking wet clothes from one of my bags. It must have been left out in the rain for some time. I filed a separate complaint with Delta.

Cons: Flight was cancelled 5 hours before I was supposed to get to the airport. They could not get me on another flight. I had to spend an extra $400 for a last minute flight.

Cons: $40 for a carry on per flight - that's $80 more the cost of the flight.

Pros: The crew was very friendly,funny and helpful with any questions from the passengers.

Cons: the seats had no cushion, no food options and the price of the drinks on-board are unacceptable.

Pros: I paid for an Economy Plus seat and was three rows back from the galley and you would have thought the rows around me were prisoners. We were completely ignored by the flight crew. I had to actually go up and ask my own coffee and water. I saw one flight attendant yell at the person seating next to me, because she got up to go to the bathroom, after the "fasten seat belt" sign was off but the flight attendant was not aware of it. Basically everyone was rude.

Pros: Before I knew it we were landing. Good flight

Cons: The meal had no dessert. The coffee had run out and they promised to return and never did. I had to remind the hostess about an hour later.

Pros: The flight crew was terrific, and the pilot provided good information on the cause of the delay, and expected deoarture and arrival.

Cons: We were 80 minutes late leaving Portland. Fortunately I did not have a connecting flight and the late arrival was a nuisance and not a problem.

Cons: Delta always has 1 or maybe 2 people checking everyone in, including the baggage drop. So, EVERYONE has to wait for one person to finish checking in the first class passenger with a thousand needs. Very poor service as is their norm.
