Pros: "The new plane was amazing on my way back from Singapore to Chicago. The staff is extremely courteous. The food was good which included some traditional Korean food options and some western cuisine."
Cons: "On my way from Chicago to Singapore, they had an old plane and the business class was mediocre at best. The seats were uncomfortable. They were stacked side by side and did not have a "personal pod" formation which in my honest opinion is quite a waste of thousands of dollars you paid to travel. Additionally, the entertainment was just okay. There were not too many great options of movies and for the old plane, the screens were really bad."

Pros: "I am giving my flight from Seoul to Bangkok 5 stars because the crew were just lovely. They were kind, attentive and ( shock) seemed to want to be on the flight. Too often nowadays it seems as if we( the paying customer) are nothing but a huge annoyance to the flight crew for daring to sk for a blanket, need a drink or to have to use the facilities. We had a screaming child in the row ahead most of the flight and one of the flightees went so far as to walk the toddler in her arms around the plane to help smooth her. The food reminded me of airlines meals years ago with a served roll and butter, main course ( beef with potatoes and veggies) , a tofu and soy sauce side and ice cream for dessert- no plastic silver wear here, proper solid stainless. Lots of juice and water on offer all flight and beer, wine etc with meal. American carriers should take a leaf out of this airline's book!"

For Air Canada to cancel flights 2 times in a row without any further communications with any of us... To tell us when we'd be rebooked, how, etc. is horrible. I work in the transportation industry which is American based and we can handle this much better than Air Canada. Awful... Wendell/Gate Agent said he couldn't rebook my flight until the 31st, but when I got home I called air Canada and she was able to rebook me on the 30th with no issues. Nonsense. Wendell didn't care, he was tired, yawned in our faces like it was acceptable. Awful service. I'm flying with Air Canada on my way from India in the next couple of weeks I hope I get better service. Otherwise, completion will be my only option."

I will not be choosing air Canada in the future."

The weather was fine in both new york and toronto those days, and other toronto flights left on time. we ended up being delayed 6 hours in the airport, and other flights still went out ahead of us. furthermore, because our flight was delayed, they didn't seem to prepare for the new departure time, and we were held up for almost an hour on the runway before being able to take off, and almost 30 minutes on the runway once we landed too. better planning and customer service needs to be required in these situations."

Our flight got in at 1am and because a family member needs assistance we were told to wait by some parked golf carts and someone would be right over to assist, we waited as we saw all passengers walk by and flight crew and no one showed. Then decided to slowly start walking and after awhile an angel of the airport staff, I wish I got her name to thank her saw our struggling through and quickly ran to grab a wheelchair and assisted us right to our shuttle service.These are the things that make airport service more pleasant, for such a state of the art airport the experience for passengers should run a little smoother and assistance to those that need it should be readily available. Cons: "To pay so much for a transatlantic flight and have to pay $10 for an IPad on the 8 hour trip home??? It would be nice if even limited internet was included so we could use our own device. The worse experience was getting through customs at the airport in Barcelona on the way home. Only two agents available to stamp passports on a Sunday morning when the world's largest cruise ship (Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas) had docked earlier that morning? We arrived at the airport at 8:30 and no Air Canada agents were available to check us in until 9:00. After waiting to get through customs and we proceeded to our gate, our 11:45 flight was just beginning to load! Lots of shoving and people cutting line to avoid being late for their flight. I heard one person mention they had missed their flight, and I'm certain many others did as well. With the chaos and delay, I'm surprised altercations didn't happen. The airports/airlines need to work with the local authorities to avoid these delays and provide their customers better service."

Cons: "The flight was considerably delayed, so that we missed our connection, the airport personnel at Newark sent us all over the place attempting to pass off the problem onto somebody else- even encouraging passengers to go to Montreal and "figure it out from there." Bags were taken off the plane and then put back on...the subsequent flight (the next day) was also delayed, and required half he plane to sprint through Montreal to their connections. It was not worth it. Especially considering I tried to call Air Canada for some of my refund and the number they gave me was a fax line."

I didn't complain and got on the plane, only to be told for a forth time (after I had already settled in my seat) that I had to change my seat again, to a middle seat. It was by far the least comfortable seat I have sat in with very little room both in front of and next to me. Nobody should be asked to move like that, especially after choosing my seat online at least three months prior to the flight when I purchased my ticket. Food also not great."

I had a family member who took a day off work and drove three hours from my home to pick me up from the airport. She also had to get a hotel room at her own expense because Air Canada's plane was not up to par. Not only was it an inconvenience to me but to my relative."

He got more leg room for free. I was cramped and could not sleep because of muscle spasm. The Legal age made it more comfortable but it is not worth 100$"
