Pros: "These Comfort+ seats had the most legroom of any airline (Delta, JetBlue, American etc) short of Business class that I can remember in my adult life!"

Cons: "They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us."

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Cons: "Ok. My wife and I are both disabled and use our own scooters to get around airports. My scooter broke down when I got off the plane. Toronto airport became a LOT longer pushing my scooter then. Fortunately CANADIANS GAVE ME A HAND TO GET THROUGH CUSTOMS, BAGGAGE CLAIM AND CAR RENTAL. Ok, what to do if something like this happens in America. Maybe to work with security staff cause I was in dire straights without the Canadians to help me. Thank them all. Alton Cason"

On that website I was not allowed to check in for my Lufthansa flights and i was stuck with seats I did not want in my 2 long intercontinental flights. This has happened before. Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Pros: "The plane was a relief - we got exit seats so we could actually sleep all through the flight! The crew was very friendly and nice. The 5 pound food voucher did help after the awful flight from San Francisco,"
Cons: "No one could explain why the plane was delayed - we were told to just 'look at the monitor'. The BA staff seemed to have no idea what was happening till the boarding started & then our seats were changed without telling us though the flight crew managed to seat us together."

When I checked in, my roller-bag suitcase carry-on was not allowed to be carried on and it made me scramble at the last minute to grab items I wanted for in-flight use. The odd thing was that the flight was less than half full and there was lots of storage space. Plus a young male was allowed to board with a very large duffel bag (larger than my roller), an over-sized skate board, and a personal backpack and a pillow."

I didn't like the length of time I had to wait at Heathrow, however, due to the canceled flight. It was several hours! My apartment rental landlord and I were both inconvenienced somewhat by the late evening arrival when an early afternoon arrival was initially scheduled."

The "lady" on the counter made me remove one jacket and one pair of boots from each suitcase because it was GRAMS over the limit. Grams those that my hand scale did not accuse at all. The following customer right after me had KILOS OVER the limit (almost SEVEN) and were not flying business or first class, regular economic class just like me. And they did not had to remove a thing from their extra heavy suitcases. What is the company criteria? Anyway, I bought me another return flight on OTHER airline and simply lost my return flight on BA. I am never flying this horrible company again."

Cons: "At the check-in counter, there were two lines. One that showed Madrid and one for last minute flights. It appeared to be the same line where others were waiting for flights that left at the same time. We were standing in line for 25 minutes for check in before being told it was the wrong line. There was a charge even beverages, which was unexpected."

Pros: "There were no passengers in middle seats. I liked the M&S food for purchase, although they ran out of sandwiches by row 10."
Cons: "I made the connection from T3 to T5; my bags didn’t, again, BA!"

Cons: "only complaint was that the woman next to me had the aisle seat, drank 4 units of alcohol and fell asleep so i was unable to go to the bathroom. additionally, she didn't get up once so why she needed the aisle seat is beyond me."

Cons: "We did not know it was Finnair until we got to the airport and could not find Brittish Airlines flight. This is on Kayak because none of your information indicated anything except a British Air flight. We asked several people and finally figured it out only they changed the gate at that point and we almost missed the flight after sitting in the airport for three hours"

It was incredible frustrating and could have very easily been avoided with communication from the airlines"

Cons: "There was no welcoming/comfort packet. That would be a small cost, but makes people feel tended. I left my sleep mask and in-flight socks because I expected British Air to provide those things as they have before. The snacks were insubstantial. No nuts, fruit, or cereal bars; only fluff. The "pizza" was tough. Not a good choice for microwaving."

Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: "No personal TV screens to watch movies, which would have been more acceptable if there were plugins at each seat to plug in personal phones/ipads/etc to help maintain battery. BUT THERE WEREN'T. Everyone's phones/ipads died a few hours into the flight and therefore had to stare at the wall for HOURS. I even brought my laptop to get some work done, but without a plugin to keep it charged, it died. In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. This plane was SO OLD and dingy. Just awful."

Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "Dinner was so so but nice and hot. The breakfast in economy class was awful. The apple and cinnamon cake had too much cinnamon and left an aftertaste. The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

Pros: "Let’s begin by saying that this plane should not be flying anymore, it’s dated and doesn’t offer any type of comfort.n No entertainment, seats are extremely uncomfortable, my husband seat was broken and wouldn’t recline. Flight attendants were sloppy and never brought me anything I asked. I asked for lactose free meal and my breakfast was a yogurt... Not worth the price I paid for this flight... stay away!!"

Pros: "Crew updates during a technical issue investigation."
Cons: "This plane is very small for an international flight, and it does not have the proper entertainment system for long flights. To top it off, the plane was very smelly; I got a headache because of it. We also had to return to the gate due to a technical issue and ended up leaving almost two hours late, which defeated the purpose of picking this flight over the rest as it was the one that was supposed to land in Milan the earliest. I will be careful next time I pick a flight to check what kind of airplane they're using. My assumption that international flights have the best airplanes seems to be wrong :(."

My girlfriend flew this same plane and had even longer delays plus needed to divert In flight and turn around and land in heathrow on a mxp-jfk route (they were over the Atlantic). Problems continue for me 2 months later on this route and as a pattern it's incredibly unsettling. I'm questioning whether taking the return flight on a plane that's clearly begging to be retired"

Later the stewardess went down the isle for my wife and she had all choices available! Weird. And the stewardess said this was as it was supposed to be."

Had to request a supervisor, who thankfully after an additional hour was able ro rebook us."

Held on the plane for 4 hours, another 4 hours in terminal of the closed airport once allowed to deplane, no communication, no food or water, put up in a hotel an hour and half away despite this being NYC, terrible customer service, no compensation, unable to get tofinal destination earlier than 24 hours later missed events in final destination overall financial and personal losses due to the inadequacy of the airline."

The plane was still there. It was 25 minutes before take off time. And she rerouted me onto a different aircraft in which I had to RUN to the other side of the airport again. Only to find out this flight was delayed for 45 minutes. In which adding on to me already delayed flight. I understand some things are out of everyone's control. But the lady made me feel like I was just looking around in shops instead of being where I needed. Never again."

Cons: "We were assigned a Boeing 767. The seats were barely comfortable, even though I paid $129 to get "up to 6" more legroom" and snagged a bulkhead seat. (Is it me or do you want to start a revolution when you are just on the other side of the curtain where those on the other side are being served champagne, have large tv screens and fully reclining sleeper beds?). The food mediocre/unremarkable but heh, it's an airplane , the crew ok but uniforms dated and drab. The real letdown was the entertainment system. Or I shoudld say lack thereof. I was psyched that the seat was designated as having a charger. Yeah, if I'm carrying my car charger with me! Yikes!!! So, strike one. Then, NO ON DEMAND service of any kind, since this plane is not equipped with wifi, which would have given us the ability to watch on an iPad or other device. Strike two. And THEN, when you think, no this can't get worse, there are a strong of three 2ND RATE movies shown back to back. No choice, no watch when you want, in other words, no ON DEMAND. Oh, and did I mention the really really REALLY old pull-out remote control with a credit card phone on the flip side? STRIKE THREE! This was a Finnair booking through Kayak, but on an American Airlines code share. The gate at JFK was changed no less than 4 times, the final time, one hour before departure, from Gate 14 to Gate 45. Good thing I had left myself plenty of extra time! The check-in process at Finnair counter no less than a nightmare. Stood in line for 30 minutes, then told we had to go to "Line 1" and use one of the kiosks to print our boarding passes (we checked in online but were not given phone-board passes) and check our bags. This area was nothing short of pandemonium with agents yelling at us to form straight lines. Many of the kiosks were not working not working and there were not enough agents to help the throngs."

Cons: "Our flight was cancelled after 6 hours of waiting! The. We had to wait in line for two hours to reschedule to a flight two days later. Leaving the airport with 4 tired kids at 2 am. To make it worse we couldn't get our luggage. My husband had to return the next day to spend 5 hours at the airport to claim our luggage. There has to be a better way. The flight should have been cancelled sooner Very frustrating to say the least. We lost over $1000 in hotels and train tickets also. We received no empathy about this."
