Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.

It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

Although there were two delays, they were communicated clearly and the boarding process was expedited. The crew was pleasant and efficient.

The flight I booked was conveniently timed, had one brief stop and was going to be quick. The flight I ended up getting was delayed, took longer, had a far longer layover and arrived hours later than planned. Thanks for nothing.

Flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable. He was courteous and gave great care to the passengers

American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.

Cabin felt crammed Snacks are lame But crew was super efficient getting us out on time despite delay

American was having a problem with their kiosks when I arrived which made the check-in and bag drop process unusually long. Additionally, they only had one person working check-in. Eventually, the kiosks were fixed and everything else went smoothly.

The flight was short. However, my bag was delayed and was put on another flight.

There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Plane was filthy- food in the seat, on the floor, on the tray.
