Staff were friendly and awesome! Some Filipinos are just undisciplined, but not an airline problem.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.

I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
It was good. The crew was efficient, food was good
The meals were sufficient and tasty considering it was air travel food. Water coffee and juices offered each time a meal came by and water distributed between meals. It was good service in my opinion. Plenty of movies to enjoy. May not be the one you want but plenty of older movies and plenty of current ones as well. I enjoyed the trip.
The boarding process, food is one of the best, seats are roomier with better leg room.. the attendants are nice and accommodating…

The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.
Crew were efficient and friendly. But my seat was very uncomfortable . Was seated at last row window seat 27. Too cramp
We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
I spent 45 minutes with supervisor trying to get 2 bags checked for this international flight . He wouldn’t give it to me because West Jet was involved in this booking.

I wear hearing aids in both ears the infotainment system is hard to hear.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.
Late FA meant slow boarding. WiFi did not work. I’m a medium plus sized passenger. The seatbelt was for the first time ever barely fitting. And we delayed on the tarmac 40 min
