Cons: "In Orlando there were no Alaska Airlines Agents until 1:30 in the afternoon. There was a very long line of customers by the time they got there. The kiosks would not print baggage tags, there was no one to drop your bags with. We waited 2 1/2 hours, having to sit on the floor because there are no chairs in the terminal. When we finally got on the plane I witnessed the miss handling of pets being loaded by the baggage handlers. They had 3 pet carriers on the cart. Two were set apart on the bottom with the third tipped diagonally in the the space between on top of the other 2. Then the picked up and plunked down on the belt. That animal would have had no water for the 5.5 hour flight as the dishes in the carrier were spilled over."

In flight they are professional and personable and keep you up to date on what you need to know! Plus, I’m always happy when my flights have USB ports so I’m fully charged when I deplane."

This caused some problems for some who had schedules to meet, and rides to be notified. The airline needs to see this possibility sooner so long waits are avoided as much as possible. The 737 was not as comfortable as the regional jet on our first leg of this trip."

Cons: "They have a 20 minute policy for baggage claim. At the 19 minute mark they sent up about 20 bags and stoped. It took them another 30 minutes to start sending more bags. One of the airline attendants spelt a fruit package on the floor in front of me. The juice from the package got all over my bag below the seat in front of me, getting important military paperwork damaged and she didn't even apologize."

Pros: "I enjoy being a Gold SkyMiles member, which gives me the perk of being in priority boarding. I also enjoy seating in Delta comfort, especially on long flights such as the one to LA. Delta has greatly improved on keeping their passengers entertained by having the latest movies to watch, as well as, satellite television. Additionally, the mobile app is excellent since it allows you to check in and track your luggage."

in my case I forgot my jacket in my seat. I reported it after 2 hours of getting off the plane at Coustumer Service and they couldn't give me a reason, I checked with AA staff on my next flight to Lima and they told me that at my final destination they could help me find out with the cleaning company. I hope you can find it... in the end I made a report on the AA website

Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

This is a trick, by using Finnair and then end up in AA! There is no Finnair, this is a lie! I am so disappointed about Kayak and won’t use it again. Cons: "OMG. First class seat "broken" - wasn't really able to lean back because it went "too far" into row behind me. Nope - that's actually how the chair is designed. Was asked to sit upright the entire 7 hour flight. IFE spotty at best. It kept rebooting and kicking me and others out. I guess food was "okay" as I honestly don't remember it at all. This is my last of 10 years at 1K with United. Moving airlines this year."

Cons: "The lady in the seat next to me was so overweight that I couldn't sit comfortably for the entire flight - I had to lean out and it hurt my back!"
Pros: "Boarding and crew attendants were courteous and helpful. Flight left on time and arrived early. Luggage arrived and my time inChicago was short."
Cons: "Seats crowded but I was fortunate to not have a person in middle seat. Implied tv was free but system kept asking for my credit card."
Cons: "Getting bk to anchorage @midnight instead of the origibal time of 2:00 due to not having a fuckin pilot in new orleans"
Pros: "Not applicable. Do love the size of the Tulsa airport and ease to get to United gates. Yummy waffle snack!"

Pros: "First time travelling with United, usually travel with American but united was a bit cheaper...absolutely loved it! Except thw flight was delayed but customer service was exceptional! Definitely choosing United again."
Pros: "United delivered us to Anchorage so late that we missed the very last flight out of Anchorage to Homer. We had to pay for a hotel room and full price tickets to fly the very next morning. Because United delivered us to Anchorage so late, we had to spend so much money on the hotel and next day flights. Until this point I have always been happy with United but I don't think we can go with United anymore after this."
Cons: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."
Cons: "My flight was delayed by an entire day and I gladly accepted the change, I did not argue. Then, on my return, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight and the desk associates would not issue me my ticket. The flight had not left, I had not missed my flight, theywould not let me board for not being early by 40 minutes (I was there 20 minutes before). The reason this pissed me off is because I had to pay 2 additional hotel nights which wound up costing me additional 300 dollars which United WONT PAY FOR. I want at the very least 300 dollars worth of credit, it is unbelievable."
Cons: "It was a very small plane and the air must have not been working because it was very hot and uncomfortable"

Cons: "Though tickets were purchased many weeks in advance of flight, seating options were not offered online. Paid extra $35 per ticket, for side-by-side seats."
Pros: "The flight crew on this route is one of the best that ive ever had the pleasure to have been served by. The ladies were extremely helpful and were always out helping serve the people"
Cons: "The cost of the entertainment and that it didn't work all the way. Lost like the last two hours of the flight, not very good especially having to pay for it"

With the first 10 rows basically completely empty (only 8 people in the front 60 seats) That flight to anchorage arrived an hour early which is awesome, but we had to wait 45 min on the plane "for an empty gate" they said. There were at least 4 empty gates I could see from my window in the sand terminal we ended up deboarding at. Very frustrating"

Cons: "Delay of the plane and every show you have to pay for even the flight map, that was very disappointing."

Cons: "When I found out I had to pay for my luggage that was it for me. Everything went downhill from there."
Pros: "Because of our incident in LV, This flight was out of Denver. The flight attendants were fantastic! The staff was very helpful, and was able to get seats together."
Cons: "They had issues with the wifi, so there was no entertainment."
Pros: "Simple and easy to check in, board and even upgrade my seats."
Pros: "Overall everything was good. We made good time. The crew was personal and funny. It was a smooth trip with nothing serious happening. I just never know how backed p security was going to be. I wish there was a way to change that."
Cons: "The seats were so close I didn't have an armrest for two hours. It was just really close. Also, why do they not serve Dr. Pepper products?"

Cons: "The fact that the tv is on constantly without the option to turn it off is annoying. The viewing length to passenger is too short to really enjoy (Probably not your fault). PLEASE permit us to turn it off. The constant repeating of the Dish commercials while in dead air space is so annoying I will never consider Dish as a provider.! Please play more than one entertaining video than repeating the one about alligators (crocodiles?)."
