What happened to our original crew? Attendants @ the desk would mumble "updates" in the overhead phone which were inaudible, prompting passengers to constantly approach the desk to ask about flight status. The whole process seemed unprofessional."

It turned into a bit of a cattle call and once inside the cabin of the plane there was much more standing around while people stowed their carry-on bags and settled into their seats. Loading from the back to front was done on the other flights and it was much more organized that way."

I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."

Cons: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

The walk and ride took us to a new terminal where we walked and walked and I am 78 and hard to keep up. Then we were off and a nice flight and we made up a bit of time. Upon arrival in Aspen and there was not gate for us so we had to wait 25 minutes to deplane, The staff and pilots were terrific and tried to make the best of it. At least we got there. Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Pros: "A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft."
Cons: "Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available."

Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

The "resetting process" took a while. She attempted, and the other stewardess did as well. They said that the TV issue that *some* of the people were experiencing wasn't able to be fixed by them and only by the company that provides it's service. So there wasn't anything that could be done. I know that at least the two guys that were traveling next to me had issues with the tv monitors as well. It was just driving it home that I will never fly on American Airlines again. I don't ask for much these days while flying, it's not like it's a luxury anymore. But the saddest part is that customer satisfaction is completely out of the question. Just pay the extra money and fly another airline. -Deidre Fugate"

So arriving at my connecting airport I literally had to RUN clear across be airport and the attendant tells me I was a "no show". So I would have to wait and go on a different flight. The plane was still there. It was 25 minutes before take off time. And she rerouted me onto a different aircraft in which I had to RUN to the other side of the airport again. Only to find out this flight was delayed for 45 minutes. In which adding on to me already delayed flight. I understand some things are out of everyone's control. But the lady made me feel like I was just looking around in shops instead of being where I needed. Never again."

Pros: "Gate attendant helped reseat my 2yo so that he wasn't across the aisle from me. Enjoyed the comped food in the Economy Plus seats."
Pros: "Rebooked flight was very good. Comfortable but one suit case Didn't transfer. It was promptly deliver the next morning. High marks for that. Last leg was Alaska airlines. Free wine was nice and egress from front and back of plane. Very smart."
Cons: "Lost suitcase...more waiting and rescheduling at airport."

Pros: "First time travelling with United, usually travel with American but united was a bit cheaper...absolutely loved it! Except thw flight was delayed but customer service was exceptional! Definitely choosing United again."

Cons: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."
Cons: "My flight was delayed by an entire day and I gladly accepted the change, I did not argue. Then, on my return, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight and the desk associates would not issue me my ticket. The flight had not left, I had not missed my flight, theywould not let me board for not being early by 40 minutes (I was there 20 minutes before). The reason this pissed me off is because I had to pay 2 additional hotel nights which wound up costing me additional 300 dollars which United WONT PAY FOR. I want at the very least 300 dollars worth of credit, it is unbelievable."

Pros: "No wi fi for this flight, I get it that it's a small plane on a short journey but I really miss it when it is not there. My food assessment is just based on the free snacks as I didn't buy any food but the classic peanuts would be better than the snack mix provided. The crew I feel for as they, I am sure, felt the stress of the flight being late to get in (and thus causing the other flights of that particular plane to be behind). The free sandwiches offered by SFO as an apology were a good thought but no substitute for timely delivery. Not a nock on SFO just an unfortunate circumstance."

Cons: "There is apparently nothing between the floor and the outside of the plane because it was very cold upon entering the plane and it got considerably colder on the route. The cabin temperature was fine but the floor was freezing on both outbound from Bend and inbound."

Cons: "Despite pre-checking in for my return flight I wasn't given an actual seat assignment until I was at the boarding gate. I has previously asked two United employees for assistance with my seat assignment (one of whom was customer service, go figure) and it took a third request from a different gate agent to actual get a seat assigned."
Cons: "It was FREEZING which made it impossible to sleep despite being exhausted from the extreme flight delays. Two issues (one was maintenance, the other was a passenger not feeling well) caused delays up to about 90 min!"
Cons: "Three of the four flights were delayed. It seems that this is business as usual for United."
