Cons: "I did a web checkin for my flight number QR501 Hyderabad to Doha inspire of doing a web checkin I had to wait for 2 hours to get a boarding pass. Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

However, you will not go hungry because they make sure that you stay and hydrated on their flights. I do dislike all the dogs that are allowed in planes. Now flights have babies crying coupled with dogs barking. Takes away from the overall ambiance that Qatar tries so hard to achieve."

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

This must happen to customers frequently because the wording is not clear. i was very upset and due to this i will NOT fly this airline again. i was charged the price of a first call flight in total for economy service. NOT GOOD"

Cons: "The boarding was not handled properly. There was a 40 mins delay, keeping in mind it was never mentioned on the screens. When seeking guidance from crew members about the flight's boarding different answers were given at different time. First it was no delay, just the plane getting closer to the gate, later followed by a 10 mins wait that later became over 30 mins. Once we finally made it on the flight, when requesting a beverage the only option given is water or orange juice and if you have any dietary restrictions (even when providing said information to the airline) you will remain without food on the shorter flights."

Then was told my luggage may not be in Abu Dhabi when I arrive, which it was not. My paid for seat wasn't available and had to sit in the back. Had to fill out a lost luggage report in Abu Dhabi. Was promised my luggage by 4:30 pm . Didn't receive it until 2:30 am next day. Missed my whole first day of vacation as I had no clothes , toiletries, etc . Very angry, and feel I should get a substantial discount on my next flight in March to Dubai. Totally unacceptable !!!!!!!"

Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

Cons: "I didn't like the long lay over, considering I found a gnetleman that was also going to BWI, but he was given an earlier flight. I am grateful for being able to get a cheap ticket for same day booking, but the gentleman also booked the same day as me."

It arrived back to Salt Lake late causing the Dallas flight to leave late. I got a message at 6:24 pm regarding the late departure for the 8:15 pm flight to Dallas. They knew this info hours before. It should have been communicated sooner"

No turning back Our seat assignments had us separated on some segments and also at window and middle seats. On all flights we were bumped up to comfort seats with an empty seat next to us for his cast and the final flight home put in an earlier flight home to avoid a six hour layover! Delta really went over and beyond expected."
Cons: "Kayak sent me an alert to our flight telling us we left from Terminal S in Atlanta. After several joyvrides on the tram we found out there is no Terminal S!"

She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight."
Cons: "Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least."

Pros: "Food in first class was quite good. Flight was smooth, and arrived early."
Cons: "The boarding agents lost control of the crowd form the get go. The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

Cons: "Boarding staff were flustered because of overbooked flights - I asked them for a seat assignment and they dismissed me saying wait for your name. I asked again several minutes later after I hadnt heard or seen my name on screen, and they rushed me onto the last seat on the plane right before doors closed. I dont think I should have been dismissed so quickly and probably wouldnt have made it on the plane if I wasn't persistent I wish Delta offered better flight snacks in general. Pretzels and peanuts are disappointing. If not, then maybe offer snacks for purchase (on all flights). This was a 2.5 hour flight and they had nothing. I was starving. (Jetblue Southwest Virgin do a better job w food)."

Cons: "When I purchased a meal there were elements missing. When I asked the flight attendant for the missing elements, she signed loudly and said "that means I'll have to open every single meal" which any intelligent person could tell you that's not true - just swap out the 1 meal. Then they lost my luggage and was told it would be delivered at my hotel and hour after I arrived. This was a lie and several times I called their hotline and each time I was told they didn't have a status. Then their hotline closed at 10p. I didn't get my luggage until 3am (which was 6am by my body's clock still on EST) and then had to go to a huge annual work event with no sleep, a headache, and nausea."

Cons: "There's could be a better customer service at the counter of the plan the Lufthansa worker that work at the front disck they was so rod and the travelers has a lot of issues with them and the way the talk to the travelers they was like we're kids or slave to them"

Pros: "I was seated in Row 18 (comfort economy?) and my seat was relatively comfortable. The cabin was clean and pleasant. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional."
Cons: "My family was seated in the economy section and their seats were extremely uncomfortable. I had the pasta dish for dinner and it was mushy to the point of being inedible."

Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"

Pros: "Overall, the main leg to Frankfurt was fine for entertainment and boarding; the staff was pleasant; but, the seats on all legs were ridiculously tight, and the planes were packed like sardines. I was stuck on window seats on 2 of 3 legs, despite requesting window seats, and the comfort on all legs was terrible. In future, I will take advantage of an upgrade offer from the Airline."

Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

There was apparently something that went wrong with furl getting into a separate storage tank (that's scary in itself...how does that happen?) and they announced that they couldn't get the fuel tank to fill completely and the mechanics needed to get a "special tool" to complete the process. Then they needed some "tool" to drain the fuel from the mysterious storage tank. That was done and they announced that they had decided that they had plenty of fuel to make it to Denver. An hour and a half later of sitting in a sweltering hot cabin the y announced that the mechanical issues were taken care of BUT we'd have to wait another 20 minutes to take off because of the traffic waiting to leave Heathrow."

This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor"

It made for a very long flight as it was daytime and I could not sleep with the passenger group so active. Ironically, on the BA flight over the book I was listening to on the entertainment system would stop and then now resume where it left off so I had al lot of trouble listening to that one, too. I am not a complainer and the crew was busy with the daily flight activities. I would not rank the over all enjoyment of this flight very highly as that is a long time to be bored. Unfortunately this was my first round trip to London with British Air and I have to say that it did not compare well to the several flights I have has on Virgin Atlantic. My travel mate made the reservations with BA when I had researched and selected VA. I think in the future I would go back to traveling on VA."

To dot the i, of course we missed our connecting flight and got no information about it, again, only after running across half of Heathrow... About missing the connecting flight: it could have been avoidable with just a minimal amont of effort, or willingness, or any sign of care towards the passengers. Customer service is waaaaay behind my expectations."

They gave us just one hour to connect and you absolutely can not get from one terminal to the other - a long distance apart even by bus - and then go through security yet again, in just one hour. Then, as everyone is in the same boat, you wait in line for a couple of hours to be re-booked. Terrible! It all turned into a fiasco - 11 hours of travel, turning into 24. Awful. We will NEVER USE HETHROW AIRPORT AS A CONNECTING POINT AGAIN - EVER!!!!!!!!!"
