Flight was delayed about 50 minutes and completely full. they did the usual demand for people to check carry-ons. they called all groups to board very fast only to stand in the gangway after having boarding passes scanned. Why don't airlines board from the back to front - since they now have assigned seats? our stewardess got drink orders confused, so she just called out "cranberry". etc.,.. I wish they wouldn't serve pretzels snacks with a powdered coating, as it sticks to your hands and they don't have wet wipes. don't want to lick my fingers after hanging out in the terminal for over an hour.
Delayed over 3 hours, extremely rough landing on all four flights. Would not recommend

Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
there were two flight attendants that were up front...that were the best! They get KUDOs for making my trip only fantastic. Tell them Jeff said that!

Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
We sat on the plane on the tarmac for 4 hours.
Cramped older 737. Noisy passengers nearby. Wish you would change and make KC a hub with a direct from OKC. Best new airport!
good in general food is just snack and beverages (same snacks all the time) could you try to change them?
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.
Seats in Delta Main are unbelievably close to the seat in front of. Hard to get a backpack under the seat.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

First class snacks - stewardess gave out multiples to everyone until there was almost no selection left when she got back to me last in first class cabin. Nothing left that I would eat.
My experience was fine, with one surprising exception. After leveling off at cruising altitude, the main cabin flight attendant made an announcement that he had a cold, so he would not be coming through the aisle to provide cabin service. He claimed this was in consideration of his health and safety and ours. However, if passengers wanted a beverage, he invited them to come to the back of he plane, where he would provide service. I understand that a flight attendant's primary responsibility is to ensure passenger safety, but a secondary role is to provide service. If this flight attendant was too sick to perform his duties - and if he truly cared about passenger health and safety , as he claimed - he should have stayed home and called in sick, rather than exposing the cabin to his germs.
Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.

For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
