Quick departure and TTN
Paying for seats for no reason other than profit when there were lots empty- paying more for carry on than checked bags- how about a free cup of coffee? Would cost u a penny

The dirt cheap, I can't believe an airline can operate at this low an airfare and still turn a profit-ticket prices
The hidden checked-baggage fees that were almost half the cost of the actual ticket for one bag. The non reclining seats. The lack of legroom. The feeling of cattle being herded into a slaughterhouse. The lack of friendliness with the RDU and MCO gate/ticket counter agents. The cost of having to pay $12 to ensure I sit beside my 5 year old son on the flight. Besides a free seat belt, having to pay for everything else under the sun. Surprised AC was free. Not even an in-flight magazine or barf bag. Which is exactly what I feel like doing after giving you my money......
Crew was ameable and helpful.
A passenger that was intoxicated and incredibly loud. It was ok though, she was on her way to a cruise.

The flight was on-time. Crew regularly provided water during the long trip.
I ordered a vegetarian special meal online, but when the crew got to my aisle, all the vegetarian meals were taken! I do eat dairy, so it was no problem. But, it would not be fair if they ran out of that too for customers who have specified vegetarian online ahead of time.
The crew was the worst ever!!! Very rude ladies who spent more time on their phones then serving the customers. They sucked
The crew were always really helpful and kind. They were happy to speak English or Japanese.
Despite stitching when I could and as soon as I could. Lower back buttocks hurt pretty bad half way through the flight. This is a knock on the airline industry and not so much ANA. Comfort levels start diminish when you try to squeeze as many seats as you can into airplane. Especially, for people like me who are at least 6' tall. Also, the food was very meh. This was surprising because all my other experiences with ANA were quite the opposite.

For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation.
People were nice
Great light, great staff. They did not have any movies or music you could listen to, but everything else was fabulous.
