It's a shame that SW was previously my preferred carrier until they started imposing all these fees (luggage, seats,etc) and pulling back on other perks. I only flew with them this time due to time frame I needed to be at destination. Wasn't provided gate info during check-in, Gate info wasn't displayed at airport until last minute, gate info didn't match what SW personnel announced at fate. Kind of a mess.
Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
It was as expected and I was grateful for the wheel chair help and ease of use.
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
Tight seats. Be prepared to sit in the middle if you are in boarding group C.
Southwest never has accurate baggage claim policy information at Denver. They list one claim on the screens and invariably baggage is eventually found on another claim with zero help from staff.
This was a connecting flight for me and I had already traveled for 7 hours. First, the Pilot didn’t show up and then the gate changed twice, after which the flight was rescheduled for 2 hours later. This made me late and I had to make other transportation arrangements to get home to Astoria another 1 hour & 45 minutes away. This cost me $250 more than it should have. Will not fly southwest again.
Long layover in Chicago. Wish that could have been lessened.

Flight there was massively delayed but never updated on the app. Flight home was massively delayed but also never reported until after we arrived at the airport.
The inside of the airplane was to cold and there was condensation dripping down on me. We were late taking off from Portland to Medford and I was miserable.
The flight left almost an hour and a half late because Alaska Airlines didn’t have anyone there who was qualified to drive or tow the airplane from its overnight parking spot to our gate. Because of that debacle, MANY passengers, including me, missed our connecting flights.
I have a good impression with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness and with the confort.
Several gate changes and then the plane kept getting delayed. The delay is understandable but this constant gate change I think twice or three times is just ridiculous.

Had nothing to do with alaska just the passenger next to me on the first flight needed a second seat to fit. He was a big boy who couldn't stay in his own space.
I got a round trip ticket from LAX to Omaha, no stops. In the departing and return flights passengers had to take a shuttle from the gate we were told we would board at or (when returning) deplane from. To get to the shuttle there was a flight of stairs to haul our luggage, and when returning we had to all take the same outdoor stairs to get to the actual LAX terminal. For a $600.00 ticket I’d expect better experience, other passengers were saying the same. Also, leaving Omaha we were told there was no space for our carry on luggage for our boarding group, and had to check our bags. When I got on the plane there was room for more luggage in the overhead compartments.
Ashley - the flight attendant from OMA to SEA - was phenomenal. I was traveling alone with my 4 month old and she made every accommodation possible and went out of her way to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible. Give this woman a massive raise!

Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
Of course, the Gate change was last minute and they were boarding g when we finally got to the change of terminal as well.
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
It was good overall except from Omaha to Denver when flight a was a repeatedly delayed apparently due to some issue at Denver. Communications could have been handled better. I had to board then deboard with luggage and board again
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.
I will never book a flight through Cheap fare. They booked me from Portland Main . And would not give me a refund, so I bought 2 tickets one for 299. From Portland Main to ORD. Then I had to buy a ticket from Oregon PDX to ORD that was another 440. So Just so you know they even told me it was there fault but no refund. Bad bussniess. I did inform United but they said they couldn't help me due to the fact I booked through Cheap Tickets. Never again. And I'm spreding the word. I let everyone know at my 50th class reunion
Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.
There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
The staff was phenomenal. I can’t think of anything that could be better. Will be flying with UA again
I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.
It was ok. It was expensive to check 2 bags ($75.00 per bag), and then it took a long time to wait for shuttle to take us from one terminal to the terminal where the plane was taking off at LAX. And all of this for a flight where we had to pay for any food or drink that was not water.
The delay was ridiculous because nary a word escaped from the gate attendant regarding our flight status. It was a complete joke.
Flight was late. Missed connecting in Denver. My new flight is more than 24 hours later and I have no room, vouchers, or compensation, and might also be bumped from the one tomorrow.
The seats were awful, hard plastic covered in sheet vinyl. The airline tries to scam you into paying extra to get seat together when the flight wasn’t full. They were going to separate a family with young children but my wife who had a row to herself gave up her seat so the young mom could be with her young boys. I’m never giving this airline my money again.

Flight was delayed 3 times, would have been nice to have received text message instead of email notifications. Frontier app wasn’t even updated accordingly, no gate number disclosed. No agent at front desk of gate to inform of delay. Very confused and left if the dark
I ended up paying $70+ dollars to for a carryon because the website is confusing and misleading. I now realize I did not need to pay that. I request a refund. I will pay extra to other airlines and not fly Frontier again.
Although we received an email from Kayak AND the airline, turns out we were not on Frontier’s manifest for the flight. We had to purchase tickets at the gate. Not sure where this transaction fell apart, but it did. We are now disputing the charges for the SLC to PDX flight originally booked through Kayak.
While booking it was not obvious that I had to pay for carryon. Realized it only during check-in. Overall, meh!
We understand and comply with Frontier’s bag sizes. We’ve had some problems in past while having to await other passengers who do not understand the baggage restrictions or have not prepaid and that is usually our biggest concern (others delaying us) with flying Frontier. Flying OUT of ONT, however, has always been a great experience. I’ve also noted even on delayed Frontier flights very knowledgeable pilots who manage expectations well.
