I get not having vegan hot meals on hand because it's not the most common request, but even a cold snack pack (like the kind the AlaskaAir website lists as being standard in first class) would have been great."

The flight staff were polite, seats were comfortable, and we reached our destinations on time. This was my first time traveling first class since the pandemic. The difference in service was dramatic and made me seriously regret having paid three times more for a first class ticket. Specifically No Sky Cap lounge - One of the main reasons I traveled first class was to use the Sky Cap lounge since we were going to have to wait for our flight for several hours at PDX. PDX Sky Cap would not allow us to enter as first class passengers. The receptionist said we needed to have their American Express Card. Further the Las Vegas Sky Cap lounge is permanently closed. Food - Our first flight was early in the morning, so I thought no need to grab breakfast in the airport, I'm traveling first class. The only food we were served or offered between LAS and PDX was Biscoff cookies. Our return trip was the same. Seems the days of being served a hot meal in first class are long gone.

The bag was checked, not to just Seattle but all the way to Venice. Well, surprise, surprise, the bag was lost on the way to Venice. KLM does not allow enough time in Amsterdam for luggage to make a connecting flight."

The in-flight WiFi/entertainment keep resetting so it was impossible to watch anything.

I didn’t have TSA precheck although I have Global Reentry. My husband did. My flight home was changed twice. Ended up with a 7 1/2 hour layover coming home to Ohio from Hawaii which is already a long flight. Our seats were changed at the last minute so that we were not seated together.

It's called customer service. I understand things happen that are out of our control, I also understand what it is to help make people whole or happy."

I missed a whole night in Oregon because of the delays and got in at 2 am into Charleston.. which was not ideal. I will not be recommending United Airlines. Also, for some reason the last flight was the coldest flight I've ever been on? I was tired, cold and miserable by the time I got to Charleston."

Cons: "I missed my flight because on the printed ticket, the boarding time was the same as the flight time. It read that the flight was on time, so I arrived a few minutes before the boarding time per the ticket and the flight was already leaving. So I had to cancel the flight and they re-booked the flight for the next morning, pretty late morning, which made me miss a scheduled day of work. There was also a child kicking my seat behind me so I had to move my seat in order to avoid any issues."
Pros: "Efficient and professional crew."
Cons: "Almost nonexistent snacks. I know it is a short flight, but a small packet of pretzels is pretty sad. The flight attendants are great, but come on..."
Pros: "The kindness of the staff."
Cons: "Having to go back to Denver because of a storm-in Omaha."
Cons: "The flight had no flight crew, so I had to fly out the following day, missing important client meetings and losing money. I paid extra to fly out on Sunday so I would be able to make my obligations, but didn't arrive until Tuesday night. No refund or voucher was offered, although I asked. It would be nice if they at least paid the difference between the flight I paid for and the cheaper flight I received."

Cons: "cost was high person next to me on the way there was rather large and made my trip uncomfortable - not trying to be mean just being honest"

Cons: "The only flight leaving Eugene that would get me to Dallas in time for an urgent meeting left at 5:25 am. The crew identified something in inspection that gave them a little concern, so they called maintenance to come and check it out to ensure we were safe to fly (which I very much appreciate). The issue I have is that over an hour passed (after the flight was supposed to leave), with them giving periodic updates that they had called maintenance and were waiting for them. Finally I asked the people at the counter, who were visibly embarrassed, where maintenance was coming from (this is an airport - shouldn't they have it onsite), and they conceded that maintenance was at the airport, but they had no idea where they were. This delay resulted in me missing my connection in Denver, which caused me to miss the meeting and the whole reason I was flying back to Dallas a day early for. I essentially paid over $400 for an extra ticket (I had to not use my one on Friday - because it was just cheaper to buy a separate one way ticket). I will never fly United again."
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable and very small"
Pros: "Crew was nice but seemed tired or flustered. I could stow my backpack in overhead because it was a backpack, a true carry-on piece. Flight was short."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. Boarding is always a pain. Airline calls boarding, everyone queues up and then it takes forever. Also they take to long boarding business class etc then many times they call a group # but allow passengers from other groups to board, not including people with disabilities, older passengers who need assistance."
Pros: "Other than having the plane replaced with one that worked, noting."
Cons: "The plane was gross, no actually nasty! Dirty, dirty, dirty. The cubby that holds the emergency latch was falling off. The window shade hardly worked. But more than that, the scum that caked the seats, window area and floor was UNEXCEPTABL!"
Pros: "The United Wi-Fi that I paid for with my frequent flyer miles and the free entertainment via the United App"
Cons: "The screaming kid kicking the back of my seat the whole flight."
Cons: "Both flights round trip were delayed. The first flight was delayed 2 hours and the second flight was delayed 4 hours for maintenance issues."
Pros: "Very professional but friendly flight attendants. Best I’ve encountered in a long time."
Cons: "Was very crowded, trays so tiny. No leg room. Checked bag price unreasonable. Cabin hot"

Cons: "Considering you paid for luggage, no complimentary beverage service and attendants whom expected "team" work to clean the plane, this was the worst example of customer service I have experienced. I travel frequently and very disappointed in Frontier's service and comfort. The space between seats were uncomfortable for a couple of half marathoners. Again quite disappointed and will be avoiding Frontier in the future, no matter the perceived savings."

Cons: "They kept pitching their credit card. They charge extra for every little thing (carry ons, drinks), why would I want their card?"

Makes me appreciate Southwest airlines By the time I purchase my seat and paid for One carry-on I was out another $108. Seems like false advertising"
Pros: "We had a great flight. Very full but ended up with an empty seat in our row, which was nice. The price was very cheap and we had no bags to check so worked out extremely well. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making a trip home very memorable."
Pros: "Seats were about as thin and hard as plastic lawn chairs - not ideal for a red-eye. Attendants were nice but there was basically nothing offered and when my sister asked for a ginger ale she was told it would be $2.75. Ha!"

Cons: "They charge for everything and do not show those costs when booking which as far as I know is illegal. You have to pay to check a carry-on. You have to pay $40 to check a bag. We landed and had to sit on the tarmac since there was nowhere for our plane to go. The flight attendants were chilly. The seats don't recline. The tray table is 3 inches wide. It's a junk-o airline and I will NEVER fly it again."

Cons: "Extra charges for EVERYTHING, including a place to sit. No amenities at all: seats don't recline, tray tables are five inches wide, not even a cup of water without a charge. The ticket may look less expensive, but two people had to fork over another $200 to get on the plane with one bag and have an awful flight. Don't let any company treat customers this badly."

Cons: "Wasn't informed prior to purchase that any type of bag is an extra fee resulting in this flight costing me $80 more than anticipated. Now this flight ended up costing me more than other airlines but Frontier has far fewer amenities. I won't be flying with Frontier again."
Cons: "We sat on the plane for almost 2 hours once we arrived to Omaha. I had tickets to see Olympic Trials Swimming Finals and missed over half of it."
Cons: "We were stuck on the plane for an hour after landing and luggage took another hour to get. Didn't leave the airport until after 1 am."

Cons: "The airline takes cheapness to an extreme. You buy a ticket, but that doesn't buy your seat, so you have to pay extra for a seat. The seats are also the most uncomfortable seats you have ever sat on. They are basically a piece of plastic with leather wrapped around them and they do not recline. On the way to Portland I bought the cheapest seat, but on the way back I bought the more expensive... Exact same seat. You have to pay to carry-on luggage (costs more than checking a bag). By the time you buy a seat and pay for your baggage, you end up not saving any money so you may as well fly with a comfortable airline."
Pros: "The bathrooms were clean, otherwise there isn't much to write about..."
Cons: "The flight was delayed because an engine malfunction; which discovered right before take off, luckily they caught it. We waited about an hour and the "new" seats are ridiculously uncomfortable and I'm pretty sure they don't recline. Overall would not fly with them again unless the price is right."
Cons: "I wish that the crew had said something about the turbulence, like "oh this is completely normal" or "we're hitting some turbulence""
Pros: "It was the cheapest flight by a couple hundred dollars."
Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable. There was zero entertainment and no free food on a 5 hour flight. There was an extra $30 charge each way for a normal size carry on. This was not apparent at booking. I flied solo so this wasn't an issue, but you have to pay extra to sit together. It's cheap and you get what you pay for."

Pros: "I like how frontier waited until I had driven three hours to the airport to tell me the flight was canceled and when I got there they couldn't even open their own computer system to give me information of a useful variety."
Cons: "I didn't like how I wasn't able to fly anywhere. My flight was cancelled and the next flight wasn't until three days later. Needless to say the next time I travel I would rather ride a blind three legged donkey than fly with frontier."
Cons: "Ridiculous passengers nearly causing a delay in our flight."
