The website check in was poor. Baggage fees were in US dollars but registered in Canadian dollars. The site would not accept my credit card. Scanning the passport was the worst. Someone from United needs to try the process. I’m not a novice with tech and I have to say this was a bad experience. Everything else was great.

Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.

Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.

Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.

Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.

Starlink is great Crew was polite Business class didn’t get a welcome drink just water and snacks were ok

very average service no complimentary alcoholics drinks unlike other airlines such as Porter airlines No decent seats available during check-in time the day before

Hopped on time for the flight only to get deplaned and delayed another 2.5 hours.

Flight attendants had a little attitude. Food tastes no good.

Very poor. The flight was delayed from Toronto because some forget to do there job . I got to my connecting gate in San Francisco 10 minutes before the departure.but this didn’t let me board even though the flight was still there for an other 30 minutes. The the gentleman at the unite airline desk told me that they usually wait for passengers but air Canada called and told them not to we I been rerouted to Manila instead of Hong Kong . In San Francisco they mad me check in my carryon bag . I was told the it will directly go yo ho chi minn cuyt but I was told that by the Vietnams airline desk that’s not there I’m 10 hours behind my scheduled flight and looks like I I’m going without baggage. I don’t have a chance of catching ..

Delayed as usual with Air Canada. Checked the status of the fly online it said took off when the plain was still at the gate.

Delayed on the way in 2 hours!!! And now on the way home delayed then cancelled!!!!!

From Montreal to Cincinnati the flight was perfect! Flight free and everyone was perfect and a pleasure to travel with. But from Casablanca to Montreal the flight crew were quite cold, unhelpful, also seemed to scold many passengers instead of simply educating or instructing them. There were a couple for sure I could describe but not name… i was really shocked bc my experience w air Canada is typically a good one at the very least. It seemed something was very much so I’m the air w the crew. The two older lady crew members and the male were amazing but the younger lady crew members w the exception of one were very clique-y and snarky, sassy

Flight was cancelled had to stay 29 hours at airport for next flight to Washington DC then to CVG

Flight was delayed for 3 or 4 hours. Then the plane drove around for 45 minutes without taking off (maybe not Air Canada's fault, but communication could have been better). Then, my bags didn't make it to my destination.

There was a 1 hour delay but only a half hour announcement. Why was there 3 security screenings on 1 leg of the flight?

Crew seemed bored and disinterested. I’m glad it was a short flight.

It was only a 1.5 hour flight on a small plane, so there was no entertainment or food, which is to be expected. They did serve drinks.

The problem was this trip was held due to connection from Halifax. My issue is with the Halifax leg which was delayed due to "cosmetic"problem on outside of plane. No communication to passengers about missing connecting flight in Toronto

My flight to Canada was delayed and when it did come it felt cramped and the crew was impersonal. My flight back home was canceled the second I walked into the airport leaving me scrambling to find accommodations for my senior diabetic dog for one more night. Do NOT fly this airline.
