All but one of the flight attendants seemed like they didn't want to be there, and this was a 7:00 a.m. flight, so they should have been chipper and ready to start the day but instead were almost surly. In fact, one flight attendant seemed so annoyed that she had to clear people's trash after the in-flight drink/snack service that she was grabbing people's cups with such vigor that she spilled some of something on me, since I was sitting in the aisle seat. She didn't even notice (or care). They also didn't seem willing to help people. One guy was in a middle seat with a rather large person in the window seat, and he wanted to to move to another middle seat where he might have more space. The flight attendants just told him to wait until after takeoff and then look around himself and find himself another seat and ask the people in that row if it was ok for him to sit there. I would have expected the flight attendants to walk down the aisle, make note of the empty middle seats, and ask the people in those rows and then report back to the man asking to move. I mean, it doesn't make sense to make the passenger do all of this himself when he can't see down the length of the plane to find the empty seats. This was by far the most unpleasant flight crew I've flown with in a very long time. Not sure what Delta is doing to its flight crews, but they're clearly not happy to be working.
Seats where barely enough to sit in. It was to tight to fit my big frame in.
I liked the entertainment options.. just know main cabin for 8+ hours can be tough!
You should be less stingy with the free snacks. This was a 4+-hour flight that already started 90 minutes late. I was allowed one snack choice. I picked almonds and was given a 0.5-oz bag. Really? You couldn’t have given me 2 bags when they’re that small? Or let me choose two different snacks? For such a long flight! Because the flight was bumpy, there was only one snack service, about 2 hours into the flight. That’s fine - you can’t control the weather - but knowing that the normal 2 services was reduced to just 1 - AND that we had left Atlanta 90 minutes late — all the more reason to be more generous with snacks! Frankly, your snacks should be bigger portions anyway. I felt like your airline was being incredibly stingy.
Too crowded. Stale almonds. Boarding very slow. Crew was friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth and uneventful.
No seats in my row reclined, for no reason I could discern. Coffee maker was broken in the plane so no coffee or tea.
Great service during the pandemic.
Felt safe. No bathroom lines since many toilets are located throughout the plane. Passengers did great at following the rules.

Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

Cons: "Crowded, claustrophobic. Seats don’t recline. Not that great of service. They didn’t ask if you wanted anything to drink or eat. Also no tv or charger or WiFi. For an anxious flyer, it couldn’t get much worse."
Cons: "5 hour delay, horrible last minute communication. Second time in a row this has happened with Frontier. Will never fly them again at any price."
Pros: "Boarding was fast, Polite staff, Very nice crew."

Cons: "As someone who is tall, the seats are rather small. Boarding passes had to be checked manually but that didn't cause many issues."

Pros: "This was the worst. A 4 hour delay with no timely notification. Then a missed flight and 2 hours trying to locate our bags. It was chaos at Denver international. Never fly again Will fly United tomorrow to get to my Bozeman destination."

Cons: "The flight was delayed, and we were not given any information as to what the issue was (e.g. weather, previous delay, mechanical issues, etc.)."
Pros: "Just not a good airline anymore. The seats are so uncomfortable. Would never take Frontier on anything longer than a two hour flight. They were delayed 45 minutes. Wasn't given the option to pick my seat so ended up in the 41st row "window" although there is no window in that row. No more directv, so entertainment is no longer. No leg room. Just a bit disappointed and not crazy about their makeover. I guess they had to do something drastic to stay in business but I will only fly them as a last resort."
Pros: "Cost of ticket."
Cons: "There is no wifi..The flight was delayed over an hour and a half. I think the baggage fee is crazy as well as the seat assignment charge. The flights are very reasonable but then you end up spending just as much when you tack on the additional fees."
