Seats are uncomfortable and left me in pain in my tailbone area. I got about one hour of sleep.

Delay of two hours due to some mechanical issue. Staff was wonderful and the pilot did let us know what was going on.

One of my checked luggage was damaged. Cracked on the top by the handle.

Not so good. Crew was not as attentive as they should have been especially if flying business class. Only offered dinner 2 hours after takeoff. My flight attendant seemed overwhelmed. Pushed my help button but no one came. I explained everything on my previous review.

I have been flying united for a long time but now I’m done

Delayed - leaving, delayed getting to the gate at destination. What should have been a very easy flight and experience was not.

Better management of the boarding process. Is there any way you could forward all the window seats first? That's the Way Reno Air used to do it, and they had the fastest boarding in the industry!

Wifi is very frustrating - could not connect and therefore unable to work on the trip

Seat pitch is horrible especially on the 15 hour flight. Gate crew at SFO was Outstanding. The flight crew was also great.
