Pros: "Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. This resulted in me getting hit by every person walking in the aisle or the serviré carts. While I do understand that overweight people have the right to fly, they should pay for the space they occupy like the rest of us. This person literally should have had two seats."

It is nice that you can play movies for free over WiFi on your phone or tablet (since the in-seat system simply didn't work...), but, bizarrely, the WiFi movie selection was different from (and substantially smaller than) the seat movie selection. What's that about? And the WiFi movie scheme is way more painful than it needs to be, requiring you "check out" movies using your web browser, then switch to a separate app to actually watch the movies. Clearly the product of a company mindset whose ONLY concern is "can we check some box", with absolutely no interest in "how can we delight our customers?""
Cons: "So we get the same entertainment system all these flights use: some ghastly totally non-optimized Linux setup that was rebooted three times during the flight, took 20 minutes for each reboot, and never worked correctly after any of the reboots. (The only movie my system would ever play was the very first one, and none of the on-screen controls worked. The seat next door could choose multiple movies, but each movie froze after 40 minutes). The amazing thing is: why don't they just install a damn iPad mini or Android equivalent in the back of each seat? Would be lighter than what they have today and would work FAR better. You'd need some co-ordinating/provisioning software to provide for OTA announcements and movie updates, but basically it's not that hard... At the very least, hire a Linux-head to optimize your startup scripts! It's just sad to see this 20 minute startup process (all dumped on the screen) with its constant repetition of time-wasting startup steps that just generate errors on this plane's particular hardware setup..."

Well, even if that's the fact of the matter, at least, be kind in responding to customer's inquiry. My son was seated across the isle, same row, but in reality the row was not even straight. And as a little boy, he cannot sleep straight and he has to lean to a stranger's shoulder? Thankfully I got a nice gent who should have sat next to him who were so kind to exchange seat with me. It's all in the attitude.... hopefully my attitude is not as bad :-) But maybe the gate agent was so tired for it was the last flight from ONT, at 1 AM. Bless her heart! Thank you though for your help to get the plane leave on time.!"

Cons: "Where to start? How about when I checked in at the counter, I asked the check in attendant to add my FF number on my ticket. They said they'll get right to it, handed me my tickets and sent me on my way. It never happened. Not a big deal, I can request the mileage post flight, but still something. Look at my tickets, that I had booked a week in advance and specifically reserved an aisle seat. My ticket says "Priority Verification," whatever that means. Turns out it means you don't have a seat, and you get the worst of the worst. So what seat is the worst? How about the middle seat in a row of 5. The middle in a row of 5, on a transoceanic flight... What kind of airlines has 5 in a row? The guy next to me spent $300 for his ticket, I spent $1200, for the same flight, and this is the kind of seat I get? The plane felt like it was straight out of the 90's, carpeted center walls, old seats, tiny tv's. Overall, a plane that felt had not been updated in decades. Took 20 minutes for a flight attendant to respond to the flight attendant sign. This wasn't during beverage or food service, just a normal time at cruising altitude. They also don't have eye masks. Every other transoceanic flight I've been on has them provided in the seat pocket, American Airlines doesn't even have them on the plane! Economy class has no USB or power outlets, the in flight entertainment is about a 5" screen in probably 260p resolution. Decent selection of movies, but you have to join the movie in progress or wait approx 10 minutes for the next movie to start. Legroom was okay unless you had one of the entertainment boxes in your way, then that takes up 30% of your space. Some of the tray tables do not have cup holders, on the top, bottom, or anywhere on it. Also my table was tilted, so every time I put a cup on it, it slid right off. Seems like a minor complaint, but eating dinner and fighting a sliding cup the whole time is a pain. Dinner and breakfast tasted decent, but you can tell American is cheap on the food. Most airlines will give something like a main course, a bread roll, fruit cup/salad, juice, small dessert. American gives you the main course and a fruit cup and that is all. Crappy utensils too. Overall, if I had paid maybe $200 for the flight, I wouldn't have any room to complain, but because American holds the government carrier contract for FY17, I had to fly on them at exorbitant cost, and would never recommend them to anyone."

JAL or AA should have given travel vouchers to everyone who needed them. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATIONS, BAD RATING."

The customer service on the phone from both Air Canada and United would not take responsibility and continued to advise to call the other company to reschedule the flight. Not only did we miss our connection but our checked bag was rerouted onto another flight with no formal notification."

Cons: "The layover went from being 47 minutes to 4 hours had to changed gates only to sit 3 more hours after the first intial hour at the first gate and communication was not the greatest to say the least then when we finally did board we were filled to capacity they couldn't fit all the luggage we sat an additional 30 on the plane before take off... The experience for the last leg of my trip was more than enough to keep me from using United again, most unorganized company I've ever seen... Other customers were telling me that they have to fly United regularly for work and this wasn't an uncommon thing for them compared to other companies they use"

Pros: "Nice, respectful & very helpful attendance tall man @ the gait in SF prior boarding time. He help us getting the right seat for the trip. He was awesome help."
Cons: "Ontario delayed trip of almost 2 hrs. We could use that time more productively. Then, the other trip was a rush to made in time for Orlando. No entertainment in the plane."

Pros: "Everything went smoothly from arriving to the airport to landing and getting my baggage."

Cons: "No food 14 hrs of hunger!"

Cons: "First my flight was cancelled. Then when they finally gave me a flight to San Francisco for my connecting flight they said that flight to seattle was delayed. Delayed to me is up to an hour. I waited for 3 hours past my scheduled take off time until my flight fonnaly took off. I have flown a lot in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had on an airplane."

Cons: "It never took off! They did not reschedule, they were not attentive, it was absolutely terrible."

Pros: "The crew was reassuring when we were running to board and helped my husband, who had trouble walking."

Cons: "4 hour delay because frontier either doesn’t contract for or refuses to pay for deicing services in Phoenix. The pilot stated that Sky Harbor doesn’t have deicing services which I personally know to be false because southwest and delta both have deicing services and their is a deicing location at the airport. Instead we waited for the sun to thaw the airplane and further waited for a fuel truck afterwards. Only the first three rows have reclining seats that you pay extra for. I only recommend frontier for SHORT commutes, as the seats really are that uncomfortable with very little padding. NEVER AGAIN!"

Cons: "After Frontier charged me $50 for a carry-on bag absolutely nothing was good about the flight other than the 1:30 flight time. I couldn't wait to get off of the plane. Frontier charges you for every little thing. It is no wonder the exit row seats were empty too. They charged an extra $47.50 on the flight to Orlando so I opted out for the return flight. No more flights on Frontier for me."

Cons: "My flight was delayed by an hour because of a different flight to Colorado Springs that was also delayed, but NO WHERE did it actually say that the flight to Denver would be after the flight to co springs. I have the Frontier app and my boarding time and flight time never changed on my boarding pass, leaving me wondering what the heck was going on for an hour."

Cons: "If you want a snack you have to pay for it. Even Water will cost you. The prices are reasonable for a plane ride though. Seats are very close together unless you get the exit row. Each bag you bring cost you unless you are active duty military. Active duty gets one checked bag for free but you have to take it to the ticket counter the day of the flight. A carry on will cost you. Pay before you get to the airport. Both flights I took were 30-45 minutes late due to the plane being cleaned. The luggage was also slow coming down. An airport employee told me that 2 other major airlines bump Frontier a lot when it comes to unloading luggage but I didn’t confirm that with Frontier."

Pros: "Relatively cheaper than the other options I had to choose from but you can see why it is cheaper. The flights attendants where very nice and respectful."
Cons: "As someone who is tall, the seats are rather small. Boarding passes had to be checked manually but that didn't cause many issues."

Pros: "Really nothing was favorable. I will avoid Frontier at all cost now. I travel once per quarter for business and yearly for vacations. There are plenty of other carriers that I can take."
Cons: "Being "nickeled and dimed" and in consistency. I paid for a carry on in Denver and was told that I did not need to pay. So on my return flight I was told I had to pay for a carry on or else I would not be allowed to board. The message as presented by Frontier staff was very hostile and confrontational."
