All good except both the outbound and return flights were delayed about 1 1/2 hrs.

The plane was late arriving. The Alaska people did a great job of turning it around quickly and getting us off. We took off about 35 minutes after it reached the gate.

The crew was hilarious. They made the flight even more enjoyable. My husband and I enjoyed the ample leg room.

Flight was delayed 2 hours. It was too cold inside the cabin. My seat mate had no jacket so she was shivering the entire flight. The stewardess says there’s no available blanket.

We had a very scary attempted landing in Palm Springs and were redirected to Ontario. It was a stressful flight.

Every thing means , crew, service, timing, boarding is very good.

I made a mistake with my reservation and customer service refused to help me. They basically said that it was my fault and that I need to pay for another flight if I want to make changes. The flight was delayed. I should have checked before I rushed to the airport, but it would have been nice to get an email. At the airport, the waiting area was too small, so there wasn’t enough space to sit. During the flight, there wasn’t enough air and there was a terrible odor on the plane.

I wish it hadn't been delayed. I'm thankful my husband got home safely but I understand turbulence was NOT GOOD.
