The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."

Pros: "When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights."

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Pros: "I don’t know what Delta could have done better on this two leg flight from Albuqueque to Miami via Atlanta . Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."

I had to rent a car at midnight and drive the four hours to be able to attend the reunion I was flying up for."

Pros: "When I checked in for my flight I was given another passenger’s ticket (very similar name) and my checked bag was then sent to this other flight destination. when I got to my gate (correct destination) I discovered the error. The gate crew worked hard to get my checked bag off the wrong flight and rerouted to my flight within 20 minutes of my flight’s departure."

In the end she reversed the tags. When I got off In MSP my bag did not come down the baggage carosel. Westjet support staff were not very helpful and a supervisor told me that they was out of their control. Wr did get a hotel but our flight was not until the next day. They put us on a 5 hour flight with a connection for a 25 min flight. The lady who wanted off was just a spoiled, she was sitting directly in front of me. So, if you ever just want to get off a plane just ask. Westjet will screw a whole plane for you."

THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"

The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do. 5 1/2 hours and I spent half the time standing up to avoid serious cramps. As a tall person I am literally getting phased out of airline seats. My knee to hip length prevents me from sitting in some seats. No one cares."

It was so full of ice that really there was hardly any fluid and the ice pieces were too large to even chew them up. I felt very dehydrated during the flight. Since we can't bring our own water I feel like more should be provided."

At one point I heard a female passengers use profanity when asked by her traveling companion "what is going on? where are u going" the woman replied "I being told I have to get off the plane there are no more F--king seats" My option the crew and or gate agents were irresponsible for boarding passengers that did not have seats! Get it together united!!!"

It read that the flight was on time, so I arrived a few minutes before the boarding time per the ticket and the flight was already leaving. So I had to cancel the flight and they re-booked the flight for the next morning, pretty late morning, which made me miss a scheduled day of work. There was also a child kicking my seat behind me so I had to move my seat in order to avoid any issues."

Cons: "The only flight leaving Eugene that would get me to Dallas in time for an urgent meeting left at 5:25 am. The crew identified something in inspection that gave them a little concern, so they called maintenance to come and check it out to ensure we were safe to fly (which I very much appreciate). The issue I have is that over an hour passed (after the flight was supposed to leave), with them giving periodic updates that they had called maintenance and were waiting for them. Finally I asked the people at the counter, who were visibly embarrassed, where maintenance was coming from (this is an airport - shouldn't they have it onsite), and they conceded that maintenance was at the airport, but they had no idea where they were. This delay resulted in me missing my connection in Denver, which caused me to miss the meeting and the whole reason I was flying back to Dallas a day early for. I essentially paid over $400 for an extra ticket (I had to not use my one on Friday - because it was just cheaper to buy a separate one way ticket). I will never fly United again."

A Delta/united employee at the Eugene Airport (Collette) quickly and kindly moved some things around and got me a flight out only an hour later, upgraded me to comfort select seating, and some how managed to get me to my final destination (2 flights ) only an hour after I originally booked for. She did all this with a smile on her face while a worried guest (me) wasn't sure what he was going to do if it weren't for her impeccable service. Thanks Collete and United!"
