Cons: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.

Cons: Rude check in lady who said I needed to check bag (but didn’t. Loads of space)

Cons: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Cons: It would help to train them on how pour wine without spilling.

Cons: Boarding was a disaster with zones being boarded. Too many people with large carryons. Had to check my small carry on

Cons: I have been treating covid19 patients in the USA. I was advised not to travel, and I received a letter from a physician to this effect. I called the airlines and sent them a letter. They refused to cancel my flight, and said concern over the safety of Mexican residents was not a good reason to cancel a flight. This has brought out to worst in some companies. So many other airlines are cancelling with no problem. This airline is compliant in spreading a pandemic. The people of Mexico should know how little interjet cares for them.

Cons: The Cheesy Ruffles were crisp and tangy, a perfect foil for the whiskey & soda. Unfortunately a screaming infant added a sour note. Kudos to the flight staff for not flying into any immovable geographical features. That's the kind of flying one hopes to encounter on a regular basis.

Cons: Snack service is OK for a budget carrier. It would be worth a bit more to have a sandwich rather than just chips.

Cons: we could not sign in for our boarding passes, not sure why, at the desk they didn’t know either

Cons: Flight left 90mins late. Crew did not allow passengers to occupy empty priority rows (slightly more legroom), even though this would have made the flight more comfortable also for people in regular economy seats, who would also have benefited from an unoccupied chair on their row (there were 3 empty rows). Seemed like an extremely stingy move on behalf of the airline.

Cons: Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet.

Cons: We had to cancel due to the travel restrictions and wete unable to reach anyone at all to help us...we lost everything and had no help or assistance through this and nothing was offered...i would never book again because they dont help you at all when there is an issue...book with the airline if you want any help

This flight was a gift to my parents so they could visit muy brother graduate from Juntendo University but being that they were in their 70’s and Japan was at Level 2 according to the CDC with the Corona virus, we decided it was not safe for them to travel. Despite my efforts to cancel the itinerary, I lost all the money. Sad that they could not go and sad we lost all that hard earned money because of this corona virus and justfly could not make concessions and ANA was difficult to reach! Disappointed!

Cons: The gate changed twice and the plane was a little cramped and not full. A smaller more spacious plane would have been more comfortable experience.

Cons: Despite the fact that I fell skiing and broke my elbow, requiring surgery, for which I sent a copy of the medical procedures, Aeromexico was the ONLY part of my trip, other flights and hotels, that refused to offer me a change of date option. Terrible customer service.

Pros: Due to COVID 19 we got a 737-800 on a route that usually boasts nothing better than a 717 so everything about this flight was superior to normal runs.

Cons: I wish DL could find a way to better manage food and drinks during the COVID 19 restrictive era.

Cons: We arrived around 39 minutes early and the whole process was very smooth

Pros: The entertainer system was down all of the flight, could not charge my phone. Crew was polite but Curt.

Pros: The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful.

Cons: My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best.

Pros: Crew was awesome! Service was quick!

Cons: One flight the plane was quite warm and the air overhead was blowing warm air.. didn’t cool down until we were preparing to land and then it blew warm air out again..
