Cons: Departure was delayed by hours due to the Air Canada computer systems going down. That made it an even later redeye, but the cabin crew insisted on waking everyone up to serve dinner at 2am. Boarding in Toronto was a mess, and the details about what was wrong were very sketchy.

Cons: The craft is a bit old. Harsh landing.

Cons: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.

Cons: The food could be better, but I understand ultimately what it is: mass produced. The pretzel bread is good. The chocolate chip cookie is great. The ice cream is great. The lemon and something cheesecake dessert was too lemony for me, but my mother would have loved it.

Cons: The crew was not particularly pleasant to deal with. Also, the seat kept reclining itself without me ever pressing the button. Had to constantly adjust it.

Pros: I was seated in Row 18 (comfort economy?) and my seat was relatively comfortable. The cabin was clean and pleasant. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Cons: My family was seated in the economy section and their seats were extremely uncomfortable. I had the pasta dish for dinner and it was mushy to the point of being inedible.

Pros: The bus was one of the most comfortable international flights I have ever been on.

Cons: Somehow, our luggage never made it to Rome, despite a nearly four hour layover in Munich. Disappointing.

Pros: Deni, our flight attendant, was most attentive, giving Robert, who is legally blind, assistance with safety features if needed, one on one as we were seated.

Pros: the trip was excellent and comfortable. LOved the windows that shaded out rather than the having to pull down the plastic blind. entertainment on board top notch screen huge One hostess , Helen was absolutely fantastic and the best I ve had on my many trips. I will recommend KLM whenever I can

Cons: the headrest is hard. Apart from that- all was fine

Pros: The space at my feet with the chair in front was a bit akward.

Cons: Not being seated next to small kids. Perhaps they should have a separate section? ;-)

Cons: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Pros: The crew ask some of us to help seating a family group together. No objection. Then they went out of their way to make the trip more enjoyable for us... even offering a drink of Champagne wine (the true one, not some substitute)... Departed almost on time, arrived a few minutes early...

Cons: The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade.

Pros: The AC flight between Vancouver —> Toronto seems much more organized than Toronto —> Vancouver. Flight departed on time and staff handled boarding more smoothly.

Cons: Only one drink served on a 4.5 hour flight, I am so thirsty. AC has some of the smallest seats around also.

Cons: Keep it as it is. No need to fix what is not broken. Just reduce the very expensive prices that Brussels Airlines charge for its economy class tickets

Cons: Old plane with very lousy seats for a super expensive business class. Super slow check in and overall process till boarding because of lack of ground staff compared to passenger volumes

Pros: The flight attendants were wonderful and the movies and space for the kids was great!

Cons: It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket.

Pros: The ticket was affordable.

Cons: It was not clear who was or wasn’t supposed to get meals so I only got a breakfast but no dinner. Also the flight was absolutely freezing and no offer of blankets was made.
