Cons: "Limited options of entertainment for a 10.5 hour flight. I was happy that I downloaded a lot of content on my devices before my trip. Everything on the flight had a purchase option but got rather spendy to get headphones, entertainment, additional food & drink."

Cons: "While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️"
Pros: "Crew AND passengers were great, polite & calm. Seats are kinda squashy, tight. Food was yummy."
Cons: "Don't think you could make general seats more roomy for average sized people? Luggage bins were squashy too."
Pros: "When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights."
Cons: "The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip."

Cons: "Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes."

Cons: "My seat didn’t have a window. The woman who booked it told me there was limited recline, THERE WAS NO RECLINE, and she left out there is no window even though she asked me if I wanted window or isle and I chose window. I felt like I was in a closet. Landing was incredibly harsh."
Pros: "They got me an air sick bag since there were none in the pockets. Bathroom was very clean. Chair had bendy headrests. Didn’t have to check my bag."
Cons: "Very turbulent, seat did not stay reclined. On a redeye flight, this was the key misery-maker. Seat in front was reclined so no possible position to sleep from the middle seat, even for a short person."

American Air lines sucks! The changed our conection times in Phoenix less then 20 minutes to catch next flight toMexico city. Shut the gate door in our faces! Rude rude. The AA customer service representative even told me "American airlines sucks" Never again
Pros: "The flight crew were very nice. I needed help boarding and departing, and they were there every step of the way."
Cons: "Not very much room, no alcoholic drinks available, couldn’t connect to WiFi for inflight movie."
Cons: "Understanding the COVID situation but they can give more than a bottle of water (3oz) and a bag of pretzels 🥨 (50 grams) and yet they charge full fare prices and worse extra for any bags!!!!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to weather. That is understandable. However the crew was not helpful in sharing any information with customers about changes to connecting flights. Much time was wasted and I had to reschedule my flight. The staff members that booked my hotel and my new flight were short and brief and not very helpful or accommodating or informative. Overall I didn’t not feel like a welcomed guest and I do not feel enough compensation was offered for such an inconvenience. Not being able to have my bag overnight was a hassle. I had no clean clothes and had to throw out my contacts because I had no solution. I also couldn’t use the meal voucher they gave me because everywhere in the airport was closed by that time. No stipend was given for toiletries or food delivery. Very unimpressed."

Cons: "The crew wasn't the problem at all. Some of the passengers were just being obnoxious and sitting next to their friends not what their seat numbers were. The BIGGEST problem are the packed planes with no social distance between passengers which is a HUGE concern for me."

Cons: "When I bought the basic economy tickets and it felt like they intentionally on every flight had us in the same row but not next to each other. It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too."
Cons: "There was no entertainment. With a flight over three hours I would have thought there would be seatback mini-screens at least with a few movies to choose from. Also there was only one cart serving drinks which took forever because we had a seat towards the back and because it took so long we only had the one drink. It was so full of ice that really there was hardly any fluid and the ice pieces were too large to even chew them up. I felt very dehydrated during the flight. Since we can't bring our own water I feel like more should be provided."

Cons: "United really seems to have issues with their planes. Problems on Wednesday then again today. On Wednesday we boarded late and pushed people’s flights back because the cleaners didn’t show up at boarding time and at landing time we had to go back up when the prior flight was still on the runway."

Please understand that the descendants of Norway Germany & Native Americans are large people, we require a larger seat! I was stuffed into this seat so tight that today I will have to see a chirop."
Cons: "The different class of seating was silly to me everyone was at the back of the plane open seats every where but you had to sit in assigned seat"

Cons: "1. Flippant staff - it is not "hip" to be rude 2. We felt hostage on this plane. Not even water is available for free. 3. We ended up paying A LOT more for this flight, which is supposed to be a super economy flight. My bad for not understanding how gosh darn cheap this airline is. Had to pay even for carry on and to even get a seat assignment. Thia is NOT a family friendly airline. 4. Web site is all about bait and switch. When I logged on, initial rates low, then when I signed in, all rates increased."
Cons: "Our plane had to turn around due to technical difficulties which was ok because we made it back safe but the staff handling our rescheduling was clueless. They told us to call a number so we didn't have to wait in line to talk to the counter agent and the person on the phone actually fought with me telling me I had indeed made it to me destination even though I had explained the scenario multiple times and eventually told me he couldn't do anything for me so I waited in line for 3 hours with no answers. Eventually they put us back on the plane we were on earlier."

Cons: "Spirit Airlines offers low fares but then uses slight policy differences to charge extra fees. They reduced the size of carry on to an impractical size. I have never had a problem with my carry on, but it would not fit into their criteria, so I had to pay extra. The charge was not based on fitting in the luggage compartment it was just an extra charge for size. First bag $50 and second $60. They charge extra for a bag weight over 40 lbs when the majority of the airlines allow 50 lbs. You're only allowed one item to take on the plane, not a personal item plus a carry on. They charged for water on the plane. I do not recommend flighting Spirit and will not be a repeat customer."
